We came for a Friday to Sunday after our haven holiday fell through what a wonderful little gem staff fantastic food spot on! And beer is good quality and price within expectations. The entertainment was fantastic I can’t praise enough what a great holiday camp we loved it and this is just our first night! Xx

Stayed in one of Joy and Kev’s holiday cottages for 4 nights. Spotlessly clean and high quality bed, linens, towels and kitchen equipment. Beer in pub was well kept and the welcome was warm from all staff. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting area.

Staff are absolutely lovely and really accommodating. Food amazing :-) I'm quite an anxious human and they put me at ease quite quickly. Breakfast a lot of choices. Would recommend it. Beds comfy, shower amazing. Only thing, would recommend bringing an extension lead incase wanting to set up a laptop to TV and such for netflix. Overall a lovely way to spend a business trip away. Thanks guys 😄

Popped in for a latte and a sausage bap on a misty cold morning before 8am.Latte was OK but the sausage bap was 3 tiny cocktail sausages is what it resembled, asked for brown sauce..all I could taste was vinagar in the supposedly HP sauce..I'm not convinced that it was actually HP sauce..or a cheaper version put in the HP bottle.Wont be going again..gross..

Not sure why people are giving bad reviews, this chippie is amazing! I've had several meals here while on holiday and enjoyed all of them! The chips were fresh, the cheese burgers are perfection, with tasty burger patties and cheese melted just so. Pizza (we had margarita) was full of cheese. The lone kebabs could feed more than one person! There is so much meat. All of the staff were friendly. I met the owner, a Londoner like myself, who is a cheeky chappie and had a great laugh with him.. he even gave us free chips. All in all, very hard working staff who ran around at incredible pace to ensure we got our food quickly. Only gutted that our holiday is over so we can't eat there until next year! Keep up the good work guys.

Disappointed with service of the staff. Walked in and waited where it said to stand to place food order, stood there easy 5-10mins whilst the staff were having a conversation between themselves before anyone spoke to me to ask if we’d been served. After waiting where it was signed to order, got told was in wrong place for ordering. Food came, curry sauce and sausage lovely but fish was tasteless and chips were bland even with sauce, salt and vinegar on.

During our stay at Woodhall Country Park we were pleased to be told The Village Limits was open. We rang to check they had a table and we would be able to take our fur baby and were pleased to get a yes to both. The restaurant is beautifully quirky, full of lovely old furnishings and lots of items from the past set in decor that matches perfectly. The staff and owners were very welcoming and friendly, the choice of drinks at the bar was more than enough and they are not overpriced. The food was delicious, the menu is not huge like some restaurants but there is still plenty to choose from to suit everyone’s palate. I had the pie which was packed full of chicken and ham hock, while my husband had the Schnitzel, both came in generous portions. It was very busy and obviously popular which is understandable and I think on our next visit we will have to pre book as we would be very upset to not get a table.

A hideous experience from entrance to exit. I think this was hospitality at its worst. We entered the bar to order drinks, we were told to go into the conservatory and someone would take our drinks order....time went by...the pub didn't seem very busy, other customers entered, ordered their drinks at the bar and carried them to their tables. 15ish minutes later we still hadn't been served. I went to the bar and asked the young lady if we had been sent out into the conservatory and forgotten....We were served immediately. I ordered a black coffee and pint of guiness. To add insult to injury the small cup of coffee came in a chipped cup with a used dirty spoon. I took it back to the bar and eventually was served with another small black coffee. We were charged £8.10 for a pint of guiness and small black coffee. The apologies received, I felt were empty, not backed up with any gestures or sincerity. I wondered if this is how you treat all of your new customers?
