Been into this diner now a cou0le of times and the food is outstanding the saff are very friendly and its a great place all in all

Absolutely despicable place. I was enjoying a day out with my family when my small child was desperate for the toilet. I went in to here so my child could use the restroom as he was struggling. And got confronted by a RUDE member of staff asking “are you ok” I replied “yes my little one is desperate for the toilet” she looked at me and stated “it’s for customers only” I said “but it’s for my child” she then replied “customers only” disgusting staff they need to understand when a child needs to go they need to go. Disgusting to not let a small child use the restroom because we were not CUSTOMERS. I understand there are rules in place, but to refuse a small child a basic need is DISGUSTING !!!! And they should be ashamed of themselves.

Food portions werent very big, the toilet looked like a murder scene, music was way too loud but the staff were friendly enough

Wouldnt eat here again. The staff apart from the 2 young lads pot washing were miserable not a smile between them. One woman was stood at the top end taking to her friend the whole time. The pork stuffing gravy and chips was terrible, dry horrible pulled pork, cold tastless stuffing plate full of chips really not good value for money. Partners chilli dog was not a hotdog it was a chippy sausage. Utterly rubbish

Went with my family for lunch Had the jacket potato Was perfectly cooked with plenty of feeling. We will definitely be returning. Lovely new owners they were very friendly and welcoming.

Not open 24 hours, came to get breakfast and closed.

Food was nice,place was clean and the staff friendly would have been 5 star if it wasn't for a few nitpicky thing's i.e food took 25 mins,plates all had chips with sharpe edges ...all in all it was a good breakfast experience

First time of coming to this diner this morning and it was an amazing breakfast and service,the woman who served me was very friendly and polite and the food was lovely definitely will be back!

DO NOT! Eat here absolutely disgusting RUDE staff very impolite took my money no please or thank you and the cheese burger nearly broke my tooth with all the gristle that was in it. Would have gave no stars but didn't have that choice. I will definitely NOT be going back there! 👎👎👎👎👎

Wouldn’t give it a second thought. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt, they’ve got a nice place, but the staff are rude, service is seriously slow when no one is even in there, and if you ask them to change something off your meal, theyll happily take the piece of food off, but they want to charge you extra to add something on in replace of it. Not really a skegness fan and this has just put me off more.

Reasonable prices, huge portions and delicious food!!!! 5* rating from environmental health! I am surprised is pretty quiet! Shame we decided to visit Empire diner on the last day of our holiday otherwise would be having 3 meals a day here!!! Totally in love with the diner and their food

expensive for burnt food. onions like charcoal chips. roast pork had a funny overcooked flavour, all served on those pretend bread rolls. tried to feed the seagulls with it but even they refused ...

Enjoyed the food that I had today I just think the price could be cheaper at the takeaway window, nice staff, nice clean area to sit outside if you wish too. Would recommend too all if prices was looked at

A Wonderful American Diner with Incredibly friendly staff. We had Breakfast which was beautifully cooked and a wonderful cup of tea.😁👍 We sat in but Takeaway is also available. If sitting in, find a seat make a note of the table No. Choose from the menu and then Order at the till. I mention this because even though there's a massive sign on the wall telling you what to do we all missed it.🤭🤫 They have a working toilet but it says out of order on the door?😳 Will definitely go again to try some of the other dishes from the menu which is double sided which I forgot when taking the photos. My Apologies 🥺 Well worth a visit Go see for yourselves.👍 Tell them Gary sent you, it won't get you any discount but I would be very interested in the response.👍

Very good food . The staff was a bit sleepy 🤣. I had chips . You could taste that it is not old . For me this is the best in ingoldmels !

For whatever reason we always avoided this cafe until recently! What idiots we are, its the most friendly cafe with polite staff. The food is absolutely amazing and freshly cooked! I would highly recommend eating here.

The young man was so nice and hard working, he went out of his way to do a lot for us. Food was all so lovely. We all enjoyed our meals. Pork crackling was AMAZINGGGG, and hot chocolates also, i even ordered one to take away when leaving lol
