Went to see our friends sing there which are called full on brillant duo service an atmosphere 💯 % xx

Worst pub iv been in. Shocking service and very over priced!

Manager (simon) is really bad and very rude and didn’t help an autistic kid.

So called “dog friendly pub” kicked us out because apparently you aren’t allowed to pick your dog up or have them sit on your lap… bar staff rude, food was rubbish

Last Saturday night was terrific great band great attomosphere.

I had a baby rack of ribs on the 25/8/2023. The ribs had no meat, well a little bit on some but dry and burnt so now im starving, i hope these people learn when they may get SACKED.

4 gin and lemonades £25 Which we didn't mind, but the drinks were served in tiny plastic glasses, the glasses were horrendous covered in other people's lip marks and stains. Definitely not worth the money. The bar staff need more training in customer service. Shame because we loved the atmosphere, but the bar staff and general cleaning needs attention.

Great staff, nice size venue, live acts, arcade area and good prices in comfortable surroundings.

This club is excellent the staff and very helpful and friendly the beer is fantastic Carling premier is £2.70 a pint and its an excellent drink and the acts that they have on are excellent I would highly recommend this pub to go for a drink and a good night's entertainment and the campsite is exceptional just been back recently and the staff the beer and the entertainment just keep getting better this campsite keeps getting better and better

Crackin evening with my daughter, mum and sister, three LoLdolls and poor old me-gordon the gopher...... Wouldn't change a thing. Reyt enjoyed us-sens in ere, and mi daughter came home with enough chuffin teddies, plushes, keyrings n winning tickets galore to open up her own lil toyshop. Visit ere cos it's dead reyt n enjoyable. Oh one thing tho, dunt be playin t'bingo in ere cos the bloke calling t'numbers is on a reyt chuffin fiddle tha nose...... his wife allus wins at least 1 house per neet!!!! Fiddlin-flippin-phooookaz

Never seen a singer clear out a club so quick 30th of September

Absolutely shocking! Went for Sunday dinner here today as water was off for us on burgh rd due to burst water mains firstly when we arrived approx 2pm the dining room was completely empty we should have gone then! We ordered two roast dinners at a cost of £20 we are VIP members and should have got 20% off our meal however the cards would not active then tried to pay for our dinner and the card machine to pay was out of action so had to pay cash not even a receipt we sat down and within a couple of minutes dinner came well it looked so dismal 3 tiny roast potatoes inedible and a bit of cold veg the only thing we ate was the Yorkshire pudding it came with two pieces of shoe leather beef which we put into a bag for the dogs and even they struggled yes I can see why it was empty was more like faulty towers what a complete rip off had to go to to the chipshop at salts absolutely delicious but had to pay another £16

If I could leave a 0 stars I would.... Bar staff are an actual joke and only care about getting their "bits" wet with other staff members... pointing out a member of staff called Adam... He collected my husbands drink ( full pint)from outside knowing he was on the park with our daughter. When my husband went to speak about the situation he was then barred fron ordering again. I then ordered him a drink and then we carried on our evening singing and dancing upto one hour or so before Adam came over and screamed at my husband removing his drink and pushing and shoving him out the door. Causing an unnecessary scene. From the first time ordering at this place we knew that the staff was rude and self centered but with new staff behind the bar we thought we'd maybe give the place another shot. The girl behind the bar was great and helpful but ADAM not so great currently still at this caravan site and will be going in to give a final complaint for thier actions tomorrow. Absolutely disgusted. The fact I had my children with me ( we'd been at the beach all day and then got back and had a beer ) and they ruined that whole day and humiliated us is downright frustrating get better staff and then you'll eventually have better custom

Have been here a lot of over the years in our camper its a nice place. Toilets and showers are clean. Water is hot all facilities are good and very clean. On site pub is good. entertainment is fun with choca woka bingo for the kids. Nice walk to skeg vagas and a lovely Italian restaurant around the corner but book in early frequent visitors

Went for Sunday diner yesterday never ever again, the roast potatoes was like cardboard the meat tasted like it come out of a packet and there was no gravy, I just don’t get it how know one knows how to cook a Sunday roast it’s not hard!!!

Average. Not very clear on how to order drinks / food. Food OK but not worth the price (nothing special), overpriced drinks too.

Went to have a drink here as it looked lovely . First time here on the site. Bar man was no where to be seen. Upon inspection I found him sat at a table with his girlfriend having a drink with her and they both seemed to be kissing and cuddling each other. Managed to get a drink when he finally pulled himself away from her. Went up a second time to get another drink and he was outside with his "girlfriend" stood by her smart car while she was having a smoke, again all over each other. Really put me off so I left and I've gone to a different pub.

Went for a meal and a game of bingo sept, 2021, to see if it had changed from last year, the staff just couldn't be bothered, the atmosphere was static, officious, the meal was a million miles from last year's fare, finished the meal and departed to a more friendly pub. Be sure this was our last visit, shame really could be so much better with better lighting and a friendly welcome.

Not good start to my visit place clean enough but my oh my the staff need a training course on hospitality. Asked about evening entertainment they did.give vague answer although football was on england game, so no bothererd about me as a customer never even said thank youanything terrible attitude to all poliite querys Do they know that they have a ideal time to get repeat trade year on year an ideal time to attract a repeat customer in that we cant really go abroad if the rest of my holiday is gonna.be like this my money will be spent in other places Viva espania England 0spain10

Slightly dated and could use something modern to spice it up. Otherwise, an amazing, warm space for relaxing. The entertainment could be better aswell as the food.

Nice pub on site of North shore caravan park, when here at night with kids for a couple of hours so they could play on the park an in the little arcade on site :)

First visit to the club. We went to see a singer we know. Everyone seemed to be enjoying their evening in the clubroom. Children and dogs allowed,

One of the worst experiences of my life. Terrible staff, overpriced drinks and just an overall awful atmosphere. Avoid at all costs - wouldn't go here if it was the last pub on earth. The shortish woman behind the bar with black hair offered some of the worst service I had ever received and is the main reason why this venue fell embarrassingly short of expectation.

Excellent holiday centre ticks all the boxes , clean , friendly and quiet . Pitch and Putt club excellent food , service and entertainment. Only thing missing was swimming pool. But hey ho.

Updated - okay but not as good these days

The pitch and putt we have been going for years 22years exactly we have enjoyed the entertainment the staff were really nice and friendly but this year the club was a disaster the staff was very rude and ignorant and not abit helpful the entertainment during week was totally rubbish only entertainment on a weekend was OK during the week it was bingo. And abit of messing about on stage and when people were leaving they tryed putting more bingo on just to keep them there the club was empty in all the 22years I've been going I've never seen it so poor I say bring back the old staff and get club back to what it was the club is done out nice as goes for rest plus staff rubbish

The food for dinner was from frozen and a lot of fried stuff. The breakfast was lovely, even if it was only a fry up.

Bar was too full to help people in the arcade area, no point in having an arcade if not willing to come from the bar & deal with people.

Newly refurbished bar, it's very nice but for me has lost the family appeal. It has been made too pub ish, too mainstream. The children's entertainment area has gone and been replaced with an amusement arcade. This is what becomes of selling out to a large leisure organisation.

Don't get drawn in!, we should have known about kids playing bingo but every night for nearly 2 weeks my daughter bought the bingo tickets for us and played along. she is 13 no mention of age restrictions was made or advertised, no one cared until, yes you guessed it, we won! only a line for £16, but all hell broke out. the old witch who seemed to run the show (not the land lady) snatched the tickets from my daughter, no reason was given, the next game started, so I asked what was wrong. lucky to get out alive I would say.
