The best restaurants in East Lindsey East Midlands

We called in on a Wednesday evening for tea only to be told no food until Friday! Despite the advertising outside and it being late June.

De boa chinese...more like de how is this not more popular!!!! had such a plesent ecperience. Was in skegness after visiting many seaside towns like blackpool and rhyl (but holyhead was a horror area) and tried the local chineses which were satisvactory at best. I got a lickle portion of chips, egg fried rice, and curry sauce. After one bite i felt i'd gone from skegness to shanghi. Warra place and servers are blimin ledges couldn't recomend enough. Highly recomend for young families theres a kids menu which is banging. packed with flavour. Also love how the toiletes are close and an easy run/waddle from the tables. this helps ibs sufferes like me self

Lovely cup of tea in a mug, unlike most of the other places around that just do the cardboard cups!! Cake was really lush too!

Dreadful food please ovoid at all costs me and my whole family were up all night due to being ill after having dinner here, ridiculously overpriced for the terrible standard of food offered. Go and get some fish and chips better value and won’t make you ill.

Website says that they were open on Friday but NO they’re definitely NOT! So don’t be fooled that they will be open when you get there 🤣

Great coffee. The food menu is limited, BUT this is a small cafe. The food is always very nice. The cons are really good. Staff are always friendly and obliging. Some have given a poor review byt when I read their review history, they were all critical. Just go and try this delightful Cafe the roof terrace is great in the summer but fairly cold in winter months. We go at least once a week. Thank you Marie and all the staff for making us so welcome.

Soggy cold chips, cold greasy fish. Service mediocre at best, filthy looks when order numbers muttered. Not recommended.

One of the few places open late night in June but smelt good and I was starving so went for the 1/2 LB grilled chicken burger with lettuce, onion, tomato and burger sauce. Freshly cooked to order and it was perfectly grilled but a bit of a mess to eat with so much on it (my fault, not there's). Cheap too!

Yes food came out quite quickly and was hot ,but cheap burger full with hard grizzle, and very chewy,. Chips tasted as if they was chip shop chips that had been warmed up again. The only nice thing on the plate was the 1 cherry tomatoe cut in half couple of shreds of lettuce and a slice of cucumber cut in half. Complained to the staff who wasn't bothered in the slightest and very rude so asked to speak to the manager or chef just to be told they are busy they will get to us when they can. Horrible food Rude staff Would never eat at this place again!

Amazing food , large portions would definitely recommend and I am really fussy with food

We were in Louth on a Monday night and were looking for a restaurant that was open. We noticed this little gem and tried their Grimsby Fish & Chips which was so nice.

Really delicious, fresh and flavourful Chinese takeaway and genuinely lovely staff/owners. The crispy chilli chicken is easily the best we've ever had, anywhere. A real gem in Daventry town centre!

Came here today on our first day on holiday. We ordered a few cakes and some pastries which were lovely. We also ordered some hot drinks. My mum ordered a decaf black americano however we discovered that they had put milk in her coffee despite her having a milk allergy! We went back to the store to ask if they put milk in it and turns out they did. They didn’t seem bothered as to what they had done but little do they know this would ruin our holiday as our mum is now in bed ill. We explain how she can’t have milk and there was little empathy for their mistake. Our mum works demanding hours and was looking forward to this holiday especially as we don’t see each others much and now she has to spent it in bed feeling ill. Never coming here again!

Gammon should be cooked both sides. Never seen such a small slice of pineapple. Served on paper which had started disintegrating. Will not be returning
