Golden Fry Chippy in East Lindsey

Soggy cold chips, cold greasy fish. Service mediocre at best, filthy looks when order numbers muttered. Not recommended.

Lovely fish and chips! Dad and I. Have been here before. In my opinion. Best fish and chips I've had! Very tasty and value for money! Sit outside! Really enjoyed them! 😁

Unfortunately, the staff are rude and miserable. My mum asked for her curry sauce on her chips and they gave her next to non. When she asked for more, it was as though the question was offensive. Then I bought a bottle of water and asked for two cups for the kids and I was questioned as to why I wanted two cups. They made me feel stupid for asking. They said that usually people steal the cups so couldn’t give me one. I said but I’m not stealing, I am asking. In the end, I was left feeling embarrassed for asking for a simple request. Customer service is bad.

Decent portion of fish and chips. Good taste. However quite annoyed to learned that we need to pay £0.40 for one packet of ketchup. If you need to takeaway you need to pay £0.20 for a small container that can’t fit even half of the serving portion.

Probably the worst chip shop I have been to, normally a chip shop is ok, even when bad but this is the worse I have had. The batter isn't nice, the sausage in the battered sausage had a horrible taste and the chips were horrible. High price, poor quality, will not go to again. There are a lot of chippys in Skegness that are better price and way better quality.

Nice fish and chips. Don’t lose your receipt or you won’t get your order when it’s ready.

Expect a cheap looking place (That's Skeggy) but still good service, brilliant menu and decent food (as good as any other Fish and chip restaurant) Great place. Even on a busy bank holiday weekend, great service and good food. Would have given it 5 star if they made it non smoking.

Absolutely fantastic fish and chips. Best I've tried in skegness. Been here 3 times now and never been disappointed. Why it's not on TripAdvisor I don't know.
