Called up, thought the bloke on the end of the phone was being rude but then remembered the name of the restaurant, not sure if intentional but hilarious nonetheless. Great food

Didn't receive my chicken balls rang to tell them and no answer

I had chicken chow mein, egg fried rice and large pancake roll. It was delicious. Chow mein, tasty and lovely chicken pieces, rice great and gorgeous pancake roll stuffed with ham , beansprouts etc. Their king prawn balls and chicken balls are also second to none. And try the prawn toast for an extra treat. This Chinese never fails to impress me.

We have been ordering from this Chinese for years and was sadly disappointed by our order we order it was chicken chow mein and special fried rice we were disappointed by the sheer lack of meat we rang back up to rectify the issue only to be hung up on DO NOT order from here

Picked this Chinese at random and we weren't disappointed. First of all the lady serving was very friendly and helpful. The food was ready quickly and was excellent no complaints at all which is something to say when you're feeding picky teens!

First time ordering from this Chinese and they delivered free from Skegness to hardys caravan park all four of us loved our meals .....staff were fab on the phone and the delivery driver cannot fault them thank you so much will def be ordering again in the future xxx

Stopped by for a late night supper after racing at Skegness Raceway. The food was excellent and reasonably priced . All 5 of us cleared our plates. Highly recommended

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, placed a order for delivery and it arrived in 12 minutes (baring in mind we live a 5 minute drive away) so 7 minutes too cook it and plate it up tells you all you need too know 🤢 should be waiting 40 minutes minimum for a Chinese

Doesn’t look much from the out side and the restaurant isn’t open. Its just a takeaway, I had meal for 1 and it was reasonable price and good food.. lots of chicken. Cash only! Very good will return.

Ordered in the take away. After sitting there, which it felt like forever. They realised they had given my order to someone else, who came in a while after me. The man had to come back to get his original order. Plus bring mine back. They said they was cooking me a fresh order. Once I finally got back to my caravan. The order was cold. And food looked horrible. Phoned up to make a complaint. And told them I wanted a fresh order. It took them well over a hr to deliver. We ended up having to go to a chippy onsite. As we all were so hungry and had a 6 yr old child needing her dinner. The whole experience took 3 hrs. Nearly £40 order.

What an absolute joke sat in the shop waiting for food for 50 minutes Why the Cooks thought it more important to get the delivers sent out Felt so sorry for the the front desk women bless her Absolutely disgraceful the amount of times front desk kept telling them that we had been waiting and waiting serving new customers and there food was coming Would never eat there again !!! It was a very disappointing meal. For starters, the beef in the beef chow mein was dry n chewy and underseasoned n there wasn't much noodles. . The crispy 'shredded' beef in chilli was more like sweet n sour beef, beef wasn't shredded, it was coated in batter n deep fried, cldn't even taste the beef. The salt & pepper chicken wings & chicken balls were ok, nothing to write home about. Last but not least, the battered pineapple in syrup was 'meh' canned pineapple was used n the batter was so thick n doughy as it was not properly fried. Overall, not a pleasant experience. Won't be going back .

Crazy expensive for what you get compared to others in the area. Food is nothing special and is average at best. Our egg-fried rice was a small tray. No free prawn crackers despite a large order. Nearly £2 delivery charge? Doesn't quite justify with what they charge.

Unfortunately ot was our first time we used here and our last too food nothing like we ordered starters very dry egg fried rice had no egg in special curry and special house noodles had next to no meat in , did not eat at all warmed up my cottage pie from night before

How a takeaway should be. They were really busy but everything was cooked fresh not warmed up. The food was great quality. We got a set meal for three which was more than enough for a family of four. Will definitely use again next time we are in Skegness.

As the food goes, quite good and tasty. My wife would have preferred more noodles than all the other "stuff" thrown in but that was a personal taste. The only criticism would be the time it took from order to collection. I sat there and several people came in, ordered and then collected before me. It seems their organising was a bit off. That said, the lady at the front was polite and apologied for the want. Would use again if ever in Skegvegas

Was visiting the area and with it being a Tuesday, many Chinese takeaways were shut so my options were limited. I came across this place on just eat and a quick scan of the reviews led me to order. I was not disappointed. I collected and I’ll be honest, the restaurant does not look at all impressive from the outside. I only popped to the reception desk to collect so cannot comment on the interior, but my food was ready for the specified time and was piping hot. Once back in Ingoldmells (took 6 minutes) my meal was still hot and in all honesty it was one of the biggest chicken portions I’ve ever had in a satay. It was beautiful. Chicken fried rice also full of chicken, chips and spring rolls lovely. Only negative was no free prawn crackers so I had to buy them when I only eat 6/7 at most. Really lovely food. Don’t be put off by the exterior.

Ordered did not receive order and had to walk down because they did not answer the phone. A very rude old lady decided rather than deal with me she would answer the phone to someone else. Terrible service

IGNORE ALL NEGATIVE REVIEWS!!! This place is amazing. Food took 15 mins to reach us after ordering and was all very very nice! Chow mein had no veg in just as I requested. Making changes like this goes a long way with me as some places don't do it. Only slight issue was a small bone in the duck but everything else was amazing!

Shocking customer service over the phone, quite blunt to me. picked up my order and got back to my caravan and it was completely the wrong order, even when i phoned back up the answer on the phone was completely rude, no way to treat a customer. i had to go back and was a 40 minute round trip overall, fuming especially in fuel crisis. didn’t even get any compensation for troubles. only thing good about the food was the chicken balls which i could cook with one hand and partial vision. not happy. once again, and I REPEAT, avoid this place AT ALL COSTS.

I have been going here for years then on Friday we ordered our meal and an item was missing. I called them up and the lady on the phone was lovely trying to resolve the issue but the boss came on the phone and said he had packed the order himself and it was there I tried to explain it wasn’t and I had no reason to lie and I have been a costumer for a long time he basically called me liar and passed me back to the woman. I am totally disgusted in the way he treated me and will not be going back ever again.

Up here on holiday with my husband and we went here for a takeaway. The service was very good and quick and the lady who served us was very efficient at her job. When we got back to our caravan the food was lovely much better than what we get down in London. Where we come from .

Don't bother ordering food from Fu Yuan (Roman Bank). We made that mistake and the delivery never arrived. It was meant to be here for 1915 and we are still waiting. Have tried calling their takeaway numourius times but they don't answer the phone.

Rang up to ask where my food was as it had been over two hours. Ended up getting attitude by the woman over the phone who couldn't care less where my food was. Food still nowhere to be seen

Very quick and friendly service. Some of the food we had was excellent, the crispy chillie beef was amazing, the duck with mushrooms was wrank. It smelt off, it wasn't but the overpowering aroma and taste of fish sauce made it inedible.

Amazingly fast service and excellent food!! Currently on holiday in Skegness, rang to find out if they offered a delivery service and indeed they did! From ringing order to delivery was just 20 mins!! They even rang me back to let me know driver had set off! Please tho google telephone number the one on trip advisor isn’t correct, you won’t be disappointed!!

Ordered takeaway for 5 via Just Eat; delivery was quick and driver friendly. We had a variety of meals which were all delicious and good portion sizes. Definitely recommended.

Ordered on Just Eat, but for collection. Ready at the correct time and piping hot. Had sweet and sour chicken which was nice but a little greasy - nice sauce though and some would like them that way. Crispy beef was excellent as were the BBQ ribs. Special chow mein was good as were the prawn toasts. Finally chips were obviously pre-fried and re-fried which made them crispy and really quite good. There is a lot of takeaways in Skeg but this one is worth ordering from. We order quite often and the quality is consistent with good sized portions. Collect, is the key!

Terrible - big family order - ordered 3x Chicken Fried Rices, 2 without peas. Got 1x Special Fried Rice and 2x Chicken Chow Mein. Kids wouldn't eat Chow Mein so ended up just having chips and chicken balls. Not happy. And, during pandemic when government say to avoid using cash, they're still insisting on cash only. CHECK ORDER BEFORE LEAVING.

Ordered king prawns in batter, got average prawns in half cooked greasy batter. Roast duck with ginger and spring onions got very little stringy boiled duck with barely any spring onion or ginger, loads of unwanted vegs thrown in which i didn't ask for or like. Never again. GOLDEN DRAGON roman bank far outclassed these cowboys

Delivery time was good with a great service, had to pick up from camp gates which is fine, we had a beef curry, egg fried rice,beef chow mein, portion of chips and 2 curry sauces, the food was very bland tasting, and the beef curry and curry sauces well there's more spice in a bottle of HP Brown Sauce, was very disappointed.

Tuesday 27th April 2021 ..We ordered and picked up from here this evening the food was beautiful 4 happy people 4 different meals and the portion are plenty we will use them again

If I could rate a zero star then I would. Staff were arguing in front of me when I first arrived and none of them had a clue what they were doing. We ordered for delivery and we were told it would be 30 mins. Over an hour later I received a phone call advising it was ready for collection. I queried this and an extremely rude woman came up with some rubbish and it turned out that only part of the food was ready. We were told the other food was being prepared. I asked how long it would be and she hung up on me. We went to collect and still not all of the food was prepared which meant the food that was ready would be cold. The woman serving was rude, arrogant and obviously doesn't know the meaning of Customer Service. She sat there arguing with us and didn't apologise once. She needs sacking before she ruins an already failing business. AVOID THIS CHINESE AT ALL COSTS. THEY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL !!!

Good tasty food. The set meal for one is big enough for two. And they delivered to caravan park. We had to collect from the gates but we didn't mind. Most don't deliver to parks at all. Will be using again next time I'm up that way

Found a hair In chicken ball to be told they won't refund but can go back for a replacement chicken ball??? Had only just started eating the food and found the hair, at this point 3 people lost there appetite straight away, so that's over 20 quid of food in the bin, would avoid at all costs

This is a 5 star takeaway with the best Chinese food in Skeg and friendly staff, would reccomend to anyone.

Avoid at all costs. The staff are incompetent, rude, unapologetic and the food is terrible even if they get your order right. The worst experience I've had from a take away in my life, no exaggerating.

Now under a new name not open 7 days a week as advises last order not sent all we asked for very disappointed

ordered around £15 worth of food to be delivered to my house only to find out they gave me satay sauce instead of the lemon sauce i requested, no prawn crackers and 9 chicken balls instead of 10! phoned back to request the rest of my order but didnt get anything replaced! will not be ordering from here again!

Service is shockingly poor. Toilets were broken. Food.....orders were incorrect, and although they were corrected, the time from the first part of the mains hitting the table and the last dish was over 30 mins. Sweet n sour chicken was cold even though it was the last out. All the rice was cold. Not going back. No baby change facilities, even though highchairs are available. Not disabled friendly either.

Curry sauce tasted like thin gravy and egg fried rice tasted of fish and couldn't bite prawn taost too hard and chicken chow mein wasn't bad but no chicken in it as well the seaweed too sweet and chicken ball was alright but everything was cold and won't be going there again and everything went in the bin

Asked for plain chicken skewers for kids got curry ones, asked for house chowmain got chicken fried tierce got boiled basically asked for one thing got another. Food dry and bland prawn crackers hard not very good experience won't be going bk💩💩💩💩💩

i dont know whats happened to this chinese take away .we have been using on a regular basis since it opened a couple of years ago and thought it was the BEST in skegness and we have tried them all.BUT the last two have certainly gone downhill and the man on reception too isnt even as friendly as he was .The yung chow had no flavour let alone any meat in it and the king prawn and pineapple was awful all you could taste was vinegar .We have decided now we wont be going back and going to check out the others yet again to try to find the best yet again .I dont like to leave a negative review but i am just being honest as our hard earned money i feel gone to waste on these last two takeaways .

Best fresh, hot cooked to order Chinese food I have ever had! The staff and service is second to none!!! I eat from there every week and will carry on doing so. Please try it you will not be disappointed xxxxxxxxx
