Lovely cup of tea in a mug, unlike most of the other places around that just do the cardboard cups!! Cake was really lush too!

I am totally disgusted with this place my wife sister and mother in law went on Saturday to have a drink and bite to eat as they have many times before usually eating outside but on this occasion all the tables outside were full so went to use an inside one when they were told they don't let wheelchairs inside in which they challenged and was told to wait for a table outside. My family left disgusted this is an appalling way to behave and should be ashamed of themselves no business is really going to be able to justify this. Disgustingly Brian Coombs.

Very lovely little place for a light lunch bite! Unfortunately I didn’t have any cash but the lady was extremely kind and continued to make my food as I popped to a cash point! Brilliant service and great food :)

Fancied a coffee and cake and came across this gem. Very appealing and surprising as it is very deep inside. Smashing, friendly couple of ladies serving. Nice coffee and cakes were had. Loved it.

I popped in with my mum who has a wheelchair, on entry the 2 ladies greeted us and found room for my mum to sit, we had a cuppa and then later in the day popped back for a soup each. Towards the end of the week, when my wife and son arrived we popped in again and all had a breakfast, again the staff were very helpful and pleasant, a lovely cafe that we will pop in to again

I hadn't been able to find a healthy option anywhere else, but the ladies in this café were so obliging and friendly. I had jacket potato, cottage cheese, coleslaw and salad and it was delicious. The tea was refreshing and just the job after a long walk around the market. They had an array of wonderful home made cakes such as Victoria sandwich and lemon drizzle cake. I shall definitely go back there, as it was so clean, the prices were reasonable and the atmosphere was peaceful, only a stone's throw from the bustling crowds and the sounds of the fairground outside in the fabulous market area. Lovely café.

Nice food, friendly staff, i habe seen them be a little pushy with customers when it comes to ordering as soon as you sit they can be hovering to make sure you order somthing fast but this may be down to people just using seating without purchase in the past. My children love eating here though and its nice to get a healthier option than the usual burgers ect.. if you fancy a jacket patato or a nice salad sandwich and a quiet chat this is definitely the place to go

First of all everything was overpriced to the point where you need to pay by card but they don’t even accept card payments. The lady who served us was extremely rude and needs to get off her high horse! The whole place looked very unhygienic and the tables and cutlery was also dirty. Would never go here ever again worst cafe in the whole of Skegness.

We came in to the ‘cosy’ tea room today to be ‘greeted’ by a glaring woman. We came in with a baby to get a hot drink and to feed the baby. It was freezing outside so we wanted to come in to the warmth. We sat down and we were deciding what we wanted. My friend asked the lady working there for some hot water which the lady reluctantly gave. We decided to wait until my friend fed her baby before we ordered and we were sharing a pot of tea. Before we had chance to order, the woman (who had been staring at us for a while) demanded we ordered something. This was terrible customer service as we were still looking at what to get and she was incredibly rude. We then had to rush to decide what we wanted to order because she made us feel so uncomfortable. We asked for a pot of tea for us all to share and we got two small tea pots one with one tea bag and one with just hot water!! So we paid £4 for one tea bag!! We then rushed to leave because the lady continued to glare at us and she even propped the door open which meant the baby and us got cold. She clearly didn’t want our custom and considering she only had one other group of customers I have no idea why. Disgusting service, horrible woman, do not recommended.

I came in to feed my friends 9 month old daughter while she was feeding her she rudely interrupted and asked if she was ordering anything which we were going to once we had feed the baby as we all wanted to eat together. This then made us feel awkward and uncomfortable and therefore ended up just ordering a pot of tea for two and leaving as she opened the door which we was inconsiderate as we had a young baby and the tea turned out to be a big pot of hot water and a small pot with 1 tea bag and a small amount of milk. For a little cosy coffee shop it was all but cosy in fact it was awful as she talked about us to other customers. Definitely not what we expected on our lovely day out WOULD NOT REVISIT AGAIN.

In a street full of chips and burgers, we stumbled upon this lovely tea room with the old fashioned touch. Lovely and clean, tables inside and out... we had sandwiches and paninis, milky coffee and a pot of tea, beautifully presented with salad and crisps. In a world of fried food this quaint little cafe was a delight. Great service and immaculately clean, thank-you x

Visited mid lunch for a drink, ordered a tea and coffee. Tea came in a pot with an extra pot of water which for 1.80 wasnt bad. The coffee however was disgusting, 1.90 for a mug of what tasted like instant coffee with chicory also looked like it was topped with a film of oil. really was the worst coffee I've ever had! There are much better places for a drink.

Stopped in here for a cuppa and a bite to eat while in ingoldmels for the day. Not quite sure why it's called little cosy tearoom.. The "little" is about the only bit they got right, as it feels cramped. Too many tables, too close together. Had a sandwich and hot drink. The food is below average, two slices of bread with some plastic tasting ham and a bit of salad. Bread tasted like it had been in the bread bin a week and half. The tea tasted like it had been in the pot too long and then reheated.

Me and my family visited here this week and I have to say the place itself isn't cosy it has a cold felling so I would definitely recommend decorating they could really make a lovely little tea room. However they use twinnings tea and have lots of choices of fruit tea and the homemade cakes/scones are lovely so would definitely visit here again

Ordered 3 sandwiches. When they arrived one of the sandwiches was made with mouldy bread! As one of our group was pregnant we sent two of the three sandwiches back and received a refund for both. We felt the staff were not very happy about our complaint nor apologetic to us. If it was my business I would do everything possible to make sure the customer left my premises happy and not hungrey. Won't be visiting again.

Holiday romance!! Had a great holiday with my family. The beachcomber was amazing from start to finish. Food was amazing. The staff here are great you feel like one of the family. Always a great time weather it’s karaoke which my niece loved she’s only 10 and they encourage all ages to get up and have a go. Damien I think the dj was called, literally fell in love with him made my holiday complete. Unfortunately I lost my phone on last night on way back to caravan and lost his number but hopefully when I next visit in October he will be still there. I just hope he sees this and know I haven’t and wouldn't have ghosted him. 100 percent recommend the Sunday lunch and kids meals are great! See you in October! Can’t wait.

terrible service waited nearly 40 minutes for breakfast. when it came it was swimming in grease. One of the waitresses was petty a customer's dog(love dogs) but it was licking her hand and she carried on clearing table after. Tried to use toilet upstairs as that's what we used last visit but a very rude woman said it was now a tanning salon? so go downstairs. Won't be visiting again thanks !!
