Shocking do not order from here. Was 4 people ordering every one of us didn't get what we asked for two of us asked for salt and pepper chicken and received salt and pepper chips instead the chicken is like its bein boiled too soft and unlike chicken at all like its raw. Terrible was clear and precise when ordering but yet they still got all 4 orders wrong. Avoid they charge ridiculous prices thinking its quality food but received food what i wouldnt feed my dog. Shocking.

I’m staying at caravan park and noticed this Chinese on walk in town. Made note of number had delivery to caravan park. I had ribs in syrup, beef curry chips n sweet n sour sauce everything was delicious just sweet and sauce could be thicker definitely recommend.

Food was delivered hot and there was plenty..... unfortunately it was bland and not very appealing (I had to add seasoning)

After looking on Google for the nearest chinese to our caravan park, we chose the Golden, it was fabulous, great price, good food and great delivery, we had it twice during our two week stay. The food was brilliant, it is often hard to get a great chinese, this was on both occasions. We had special fried rice, beef curry, noodles and special omellete, al was hot meat was great. All great, Thanks Golden.

Worst Chinese I’ve had in a long time, chicken was chewy and rice not hot, used to be best around here, not be going back to this one

Waited 2 hours and no delivery, kept saying 1 more order and then it will be sent, told them not to bother, I honestly wouldn’t bother ordering from here

Ordered from here and when it came it was terrible, chow main not cooked , crispy beef looked like it had been cooked and re heated for days £30 order in the bin and rang up to speak about it and they didnt want to know , Please dont order from here

Went to Golden dragon for a chicken curry and chips the containers were verry small not nuch curry source it was all chicken and mushrooms it was very dry .I won't be using this chineese again

I'm 60 something and love chinese food. This is the worse food I have ever eaten. Chow mein, nothing added no onions, nothing.dry noodles,probably 1/2 a packet which I pay 65p for. Would never go again or recommend.

Food is great, nice portions. The lady at the counter honestly has no idea what dish is what and it confused her. She ended up giving us the wrong order too.

Delived on time but cold not tepid cold. The rice was bland the black bean was beyond spicy. The pancake Rolls bland,greasy ,tasteless, only bean sprouts in the filling. A waste of dosh

Ordered my meal 2 items missing I was called a liar by the owner..as he said he.d put one item in my meal which he didn't..I have been going there for over 20 years ..the girl on the counter was really apologetic..but when I heard the owner call me a liar I was not pleasant .. will never go back again

Absolutely delicious meal delivered to our holiday accommodation. Herons Mead, Orby. Very polite on the phone as was the delivery driver. We will definitely order again when we come back

We got chicken fried rice curry sauce. Very tasty chicken was delicious 😋. Will order from them again, its that good clean plates all round.

An extensive menu and a good chef make this place and the small bag of prawn crackers included with the takeaway add the finishing touch. Fast service and decent prices.

Better than the place across the road, if slightly more expensive. Free prawn crackers, food enjoyable. Could do with a few more prawns in the shrimp curry.

We ordered special fried rice and curry sauce must say it was tasty and good value for money.we will be going back again soon.I will update you on that.

Very disappointed they now use chicken wings with all the skin left on in their dishes no breast, horrible ! Will not use them again.

Found 2 hairs in our food,my little girl choked on it,when I called them,they said will refund and pick food up,I explained we have eaten some of the food,and have thrown the rest,I got the food back out the bin,took it back to the delivery man for him to tell me..not his hair,he have black hair,I pointed at mine and said so do I,I gave him the hair in tissue paper,and said you can clearly see its been cooked in with the food!!! He would not refund me Avoid this dirty place

2 HAIRS FOUND IN FOOD,MY DAUGHTER CHOKED ON IT,CALLED AND THEY SAID THEY WILL SEND A REFUND,WHEN THEY CAME BACK TO PICK IT UP THEY WOULD NOT REFUND SAID ITS NOT HIS HAIR! COULD CLEARLY SEE IT WAS COOKED INTO THE FOOD...NEVER AGAIN

Lovely food, prepared very quick

Had the Chefs mushroom special it was so bland and utterly tasteless, used dishwater comes to mind. It was the worst tasting Chinese I have ever had. Always have given Chefs the benefit of doubt. This time it was horrible. It ended up in the bin. We have been good customers.

Not long waiting chips tasted bland and like re-fried chicken weren't very tasty not the best by a long way.

Takeaway was both tasty and plentiful and good value for money. My only objection is that they are cash only, which in this day and age is crazy. I nearly didn't go because of old reviews, I certainly wasn't disappointed, lovely tasty food.

Love a good old Chinese had the sweet and sour chicken balls and Singapore chow mein was lovely and very spicy the Singapore 🔥, always order here amazing place for a take away

Was optimistic with the reviewes. Rosy pork fried rice very good Kung po chicken very tasty, rost pork satay asked for spicey and they added green chillies and was how I ordered on a Friday night when food standard could drop due to been busy I'd use again and the 3 dishes was good standard.

There food is OK But they are very unfriendly Staff. When you walk in they just stare at you like, yes what do you want. I would rather keep my money for better customer service for MY MONEY

Food was excellent. We ordered a selection between 6 of us and no-one could fault anything. Delivery was a bit slow but worth the wait.

I had the set meal for two, my god the chicken dish was awful I have never had chicken like this in my life, rubber would have been nicer, the pork balls were so chewy one would take you all night to eat the other dish well it had a vegetable ive never had before it was like cardboard tasteless, also the hygiene rating has gone down to 3 which is on the door should have walked on by.

Very very poor, my beef chop suey emerged as some bits of beef surrounded by a pack full of beanshoots bathed in a strange tomato-ish watery substance. We had some mushrooms lurking in some black...... slop? stuff? I would wholeheartedly recommend you go elsewhere.

I have used golden dragon for years normaly very quick took 1 hour to come spring rolls cold chicken soup so peppery it was not edibale and the rice was dry and curry very greasy not the first time latly its not been great that was the last chance for me

I wouldnt use any other chinese in skegness. I have never had a bad dish and always great service.

Was tasty food on previous visit but has changed alot. Very overcooked food and had bad stomach next morning and was sick. Bringing up the Chinese. I'm not normally one to be ill with food but this time I was. The prawns and chicken seemed to have a jelly coating and veg was not krisp like usual and sauces were not the same.

Wife given the wrong sauce, my chicken was wet, rubbery and tasted slightly chemical. Rice was ok, fortune cookies were the highlight.

Delivery in time frame promised. Food hot and very tasty. Even delivered directly to the caravan. Would certainly order again.

Used this after our regular takeaway closed for refurb. All I can say is we use this as our regular now. Fresh hot food, great taste and quality. staff friendly and polite with great delivery and service.

I ordered a takeaway for two people from this place ,changing the meal choices from those listed. This took a little time ,the girl on the telephone was a little confused at first.The meal arrived as they said in 30 mins from ordering , it was nice and hot, and all correct as order.The meal was delicious and tasty top quality prawns and nicely cooked. Highly recommended would use again.

Food was cold the only thing the hoisin sauce had in common with actual hoisin sauce was it was brown spare ribs was cut in to chunks most bone chicken balls hard and special chow mien only had prawns in chips cold and spring onions was brown for some reason would not recommend waste of money

We have never known Chinese that tasted like an Indian before but we do now. Too much garlic and chilli used in the food.

Two visits in August and September. The chow mein was excellent, but the chop suey was far too sloppy and tomatoey with very little flavour.

Always have a lovely meal from here. Go every year. Delivery always on time. Lovely staff. They deliver to parkdean resorts, where we stay.

I don’t know what I was given but it wasn’t spare ribs in bbq sauce!! Was all chopped up bits of bone in a watery gravy with onions! The curry sauce was really lumpy and the salt and pepper chips were tasteless! Would not recommend this place. The only possitive was the girl on the desk was very polite.

Pretty sure it was all warmed up in a microwave prior to delivery.. was told it would be 40mins and it was only 15mins The chicken in the curry was dry crispy the fried rice was soggy and the spring rolls tasted like perfume. Youd think on a Wednesday it would be cooked fresh. Wont order from here again or recommend sorry but just wasnt good enough.

Somethings really not right with the chicken/dog/cat that's in the dishes... Ordered Cantonese chicken and egg fried rice. Binned both. Very upset, batter on the meat was wet, black discolouration on onions and cabbage. Rice was dry, I would recoment anything other than eating at this place, and I wish i didn't have to write this review but I have wasted my money again. Good luck finding a good takeaway in skegness. I don't know any anymore unfortunately.

the staff is very rude on the phone and they hang up on you when they send you the wrong order you asked for ....And the food they sent looks like crap i will never order from this place again it not worth even a 1 star rating its a crap serve they offer

My King prawn kung po was delicious best I've had for a long time , salt & pepper chips I highly recommend. Chicken curry was good as were the spring rolls and rice dishes.

Usually get chinese from here but had one last night chicken was bit dry in my curry and singapore rice was dry also and warm when arrived usually hot and forgot drink again.it wont stop us ordering

We rang up to place an order the lady on the phone was very rude and told us we needed to hurry up! We then rang back again trying to place the same order the same lady then asked why we had such a long order and then nearly at the end of the order she she told us she was going to hang up on us and then proceded to hang up the phone to which we then drove down to the takeaway to place the order and she was extrmely rude to us still and after we placed the order kept telling is to sit down instead of standing! Would never go bacl there again! Absolutly disgusting costumer service!

We bought Chinese meals from here recently. My wife's king prawn and cashew meal was passable, although a little dry and perhaps overcooked. However, my chicken chop suey was sweet (I've never had sweet chop suey before!) and the beansprouts were thin and stringy. It was as if the meal had been microwaved to death, or the beansprouts came out of a tin. Most disappointing meal.

We ordered a take out for delivery it was awful we might aswell have chucked £18 down the toilet we couldnt eat it at all we wont be going back

Visit the place while I was on holiday and the food was disgusting. I had Chicken Mushroom and the Chicken was weird. The Chips were hard and tasteless Worst Chinese take away I've been to (well Lee Garden is probably worse with that 0 food & hygiene rating) next time I'll stick to the Chinese at Ingoldmells on the Coatfields site.

We picked what we wanted from the menu, didn't get what I wanted. The rice is very stodgy, loads of rice.they gave me beef in yellow bean sauce and not chicken, it's a good job I didn't mind eating it.it was ok for a one off but wouldn't go back again.

1st time here never again we came for a holiday and because I gave the wrong entrance the delivery driver was very rude on the phone and rude to my partner and my 12 year old son is am very disappointed

Found fly in rice all food went in the bin as they wouldn't take it back waste of space wouldn't recommend! Would give no star but no option!!
