Ordered a delivery and was disgusted with what we received order was wrong and everything was cold couldn’t believe what I had paid for such a poor order

We visited here for a late night Dessert, they were due to close however kindly stayed open for us around 11.00pm on a Sunday. There’s a wide range of Desserts to choose from, presentation is good and staff are really professional and friendly. Most importantly the price is so much cheaper than Heavenly Desserts and worth the visit, highly recommend this place.

Friendly pub vibes food is very good. Beer is probably looked after. Staff is the best in town for serving with a smile and very friendly

I rased a complaint regarding the deficiency of customer service,this was because I feel a member of staff came across as condescending. I came to the pub week late and the individual member of staff deal with me in an hostile manner. The words she spoke in a truculent way was" I am a nice person how dare you say that about me everyone here thinks I am nice" After this conversation the issue was razed with Champs management at first they gas light saying there was no female member of staff. After member conversation champs management admit she was the but say "this was total out of character "once again gas lighting the situashion. I took the issue higher it felt once again that champs overall did want to take customer service serusly.

It was quite dirty, quite busy place though. Centre of Loughborough.

Thanks again for the fast delivery service and a happy smiling delivery guy. Our half and half pizza was delicious. The toppings, sauce and cheese are high quality. Chips were hot and crispy and the spicy chicken wings delicious and meaty. It's nice to have a food delivery that is hot. Thank you 😊😋😋

Brilliant night out cheap drinks and good music friendly customers and staff will definitely be coming here often for a few more nights out with my friends

Had a breakfast this morning and it was overcooked luke warm and should not have been sent out of the kitchen what a disappointing visit revisiting today breakfast was not good dirty knives and missing items and breakfast barely warm and on a cold plate another spoons I won't be eating at there's no pride in the job anymore they should concentrate on bringing the food out warm instead of speedy delivery

Ordered online. Did not receive one of the items that I had paid for except for some garlic perinaise. When I called they told me the best they could do was give me a refund and would not resend the correct order as they had now run out of the items I had asked for. Why bother having a delivery service if you cannot actually follow through with orders correctly? This is not the first time this has happened either! I clearly have someone else’s order and they have mine. I’m sure they might be feeling just as frustrated. Such a shame that a place with such a well known name cannot achieve the bare minimum.

Way better than the competition and better deals too. Glad I looked at the deals, the menu looks expensive, the deals are good and the pizza is far more to my liking than the others.

I’m afraid the food wasn’t great. Friendly delivery but was later than the estimated time. The pad Thai noodles were mushed together and very spicy. The soup was tasteless and hardly and chicken or noodles. The chips were soggy and the prawn crackers seemed old and hard. I won’t be ordering from them again which is a shame as the menu looked inviting.
