Way better than the competition and better deals too. Glad I looked at the deals, the menu looks expensive, the deals are good and the pizza is far more to my liking than the others.

Fantastic hosting well done to staff zero value for money £170 for pizza for party of 6 adults and 5 children (one less than year old ) no garlic bread run out !!

Always perfect! Great pizzas and staff are always very friendly. Can’t say better than that from a takeaway! A+++

I ordered from here and the customer service is disgusting the language and sending cold food out when I rang up I get told that they would give me £10 off my next order then I told them to send the whole order out again or I would be reporting them for there disgusting service I then get told to shut up and f**k off you need your head testing AVOID THE PLACE

Pizza hut claim they have vegan bases, it's only in restaurants. Please dont order from here! They don't understand veganism and they are so rude.

So with a number of local schools off this week, I decided to take my youngest son and a friend to Pizza Hut for the buffet lunch. Was told that we would have to wait as they didn't realise it was half term. Now admittedly most of Leicestershire schools were off the previous week, but you would have thought that by Thursday they'd have realised there were children off school. Despite there being loads of tables free we were told we would have to wait as there was only one chef in the kitchen and they were struggling to cope. We didn't in the end!

Absolutely the worst pizza I have ever eaten , and I've made my own! Even the 75p ones from supermarkets are a feast of taste sensation compared to the one I had. At least it was delivered quickly, can't fault them for that! The margerita I ordered actually tasted like cardboard, I don't mean a slight twang of taste from the packaging, it tasted as though it was made with cardboard. The cheese was definitely not mozzarella ,there was no stringyness one normally associates with that beutilful cheese. It's only redeeming feature was the ability to bung me up. So in short if you are an anibriated student or single fellow/lady gaming junky this will hit the spot. Particularly if you have a ponchance for cardboard and tasteless cheese! Oh, and nachos were overdone and soggy. I will never eat from here again (unless I'm anibriated or gaming or have a bad case of the trots).

This is the worse pizza I have had in a long time. I have had better supermarket pizzas at a fraction of the price. It was so tasteless and the crust was like cardboard. So disappointed. The nachos were very overdone.

My friend and I visited Pizza Hut at the wyvern Derby and were not as pleased as the week before when we visited the one at foresters park the service not good food good and hot kept having to look around for staff won't be going here again

I say the pizza is really good ... but .... if I read Buy one pizza get one free I expect to buy a pizza and have it a free ... instead I did not ask for a daisy and a pepperoni ... the Girl presents me an 18 pound account and I expect that a week before I had bought a daisy from pizza hut at about £ 7 ... ask explanations the girl corrects the price 11.98 ... i need explanations .. no offer and 'So I look at the 2x5,99 subscription then I emphasize the offer and' false I take the pizzas I go away and I will not go back '

Pretty standard pizza hut but fresh food served fairly quickly and unlimited options; drinks, salad bar & ice cream useful for kids.

Can always rely on pizza hut for a good pizza- they have good prices and the delivery time was very good too considering it was the weekend.

Came slightly later than promised then order was missing and when I opened the pizza extra cheese guns special I got this well a stale left on the side cold starters and a manky pizza when rang up they lied and said they were going to sort it and bring order out again but never turned up so out of pocket by £23 but felt really let down never go there again staff really didn't care one bit

Value for your money is always ok in Pizza Hut's. It's nothing speacial but ok. I took a pizza with garlic crust, and boy did it have garlic and oil...

When ordering I wasn't too sure if we would receive our order correctly as we changed a few things. But there was no need to doubt them. The pizzas arrived still really hot and the delivery girl was lovely and friendly. We are so pleased they deliver to barrow as we lurve thier pizzas. Will be ordering again soon.

Wanted somewhere child friendly with easy parking for quick lunch with my grandsons. They wanted Pizza, so off we went to Pizza Hut Loughborough Staff and cleanliness fine but the pizzas were a grease-fest! And the unlimited salad bar is now portion controlled by using side plates rather than bowls. This place must be feeling the competition from the new pizzerias near the new cinema. The Pizza Hut's quality control needs to review the menu, ingredients and production processes if it wants to win the price/quality wars with the town centre competitors both national brands and local independents

Can you call it a restaurant if it only has like 4 seats for you to sit at if you want to stay? It's a really small store, practically the size of a cardboard box, but they do serve pizza hut quality food so i can't complain on that front, I just wish they had actual tables to sit at there, it's more of just a takeaway store.

Visited here with friends, was alright, just what you'd expect really, pizzas were nice and restaurant clean. It is what it is, it's Pizza Hut!

A family meal. Great pizza, good options on the menu. Good wine. Great service. Maybe more variety for desert please.

I ordered my food, the lady said it was going to be 10 minutes. My food come 1 hour later and the forgot half of my meal!!

Good quality Pizza but the service during my visit was woeful. Waiting staff seemed more focused on clearing up tables than taking orders and it wasn't exactly busy. Salad bar was pretty bare and I literally had to poke my head into the kitchen to get someone to take my money before I left.

My friends and i enjoyed our rather small but tasty pizzas and we were paying when we saw a mouse scuttle across the floor and the waitress jumped in fright and claimed it was a spider..Got a refund which they later admitted it was a mouse and were very rude and only one member of staff had the manners to apologise

After poor service and a long wait for food. When we were getting ready to leave and the last few were paying, a huge rodent scurried along the floor past our table. The staff were not at all apologetic about the situation and weren't understanding in the fact we were not happy, we will never be returning.

Poor service, rude staff and a rodent (mouse or rat!) ran under the table whilst eating! Staff comments when we asked for a refund were "Don't know why they want their money back it was only a rat!" Disgusting

Really fancied a pizza & salad. Was great to see Pizza Hut offered a Gluten Free option. Ordered on line. Was delivered 20 minutes late, fair enough sometimes that happens.However the pizza was tasteless. Literally could not taste anything! Pizza base tasteless - supermarket GF pizza tastes better. Ordered BBQ sauce base, tasteless. Cheese - tasteless, toppings tasteless. If it wasn't for the fact that ordered coleslaw with the pizza - it would have been inedible & in the bin. Shocking price for such tasteless food! Avoid!!!

Nice place although very hot inside. Could do with having air con on or something as always hot in there and not nice when u are eating a hot pizza. Temperature needs sorting out. Pizzas are lovely and kids love the ice cream bit.

Overrated and overpriced pizza deals, staff pleasant enough but food not up to standard. Better pizza's at other places and cheaper . Mrs happy just to get drunk,lol

Called to order a few pizzas and sides.. To be told it would be 45 mins... It turned up late and stone cold! We called to complain to get asked to reproduce the meal in exchange for the same.. I said it was too late and that the same again may be late and didn't have the time. To then be offered a free cheesy bites pizza on our next order which we agreed to as its hopefully better than nothing... But somehow I doubt when we call to order it, it will happen. Never again!

received a voucher from hut with an offer that states clearly in plain english ANY 2 PIZZAS FOR £9.99 DELIVERED, not each or a quarter but as indicated,but the shop refused to honour the voucher claiming "it can't be right!" are you serious?? pitiful if you can't commit to the vouchers you print and then have the cheek to post! shame on you

The food standard and quality was perfect, the customer service was a little disappointing! After struggling on the phone (we have an advertisers discount card which they wouldn't approve) we decided to order on-line and fore-fit the 50% discount...so much easier!! We've had many issues with the discount card over the year and we will not be renewing our advertisement in their brochure in the future.

Pizza Hut Loughborough is located outside of town on the Main A6 North road to Derby. It is at Rushes Retail Park and is spotlessly clean, bright and shiny new.We wanted a pizza, salad and glass of red wine and that is exactly what we got, just how we like it.The individual pizzas were perfect and you get to choose from a range of bases, the thin and crusty ones are excellent.We were served by Charlott who was cheerful, polite and efficient. Her face lit up when I left a £2.50 tip which I think should just be standard.Can highly recommend and do not be put off that it is outside the town centre as we took a very leisurley stroll and it only took about 10 minutes.

Popped in with my kids on Thursday night. Very busy , only one person serving when we arrived. Young lady 22 years old. Absolutely ,amazing cheerful , oozing personality, in a very stressfull environment . Also incredibly efficient. Credit to Pizza Hut . And the food , was as Pizza Hut is , a quick tasty pizza. Give this girl a pat on the back !!!!

food was very nice no complaints there, but service was poor, waitress never smiled and gave a rubbish excuse when wanting to change something with my desert. Need to teach staff to have some manners and to learn good customer service.

It is "just" pizza, it is "just" a takeaway, but it is lovely. We order pizza roughly once a week, usually after an afternoon session in the pub, so we're not always all that coherent when ordering. We have always been been treated with the utmost courtesy, even when we have managed to mess up our online order and had to phone in to correct it. Nothing is too much trouble, EVER! There is a lovely manageress who deserves nothing but praise for the way she deals with our inaptitude. The pizza always arrives piping hot and is well presented, unlike some of the local competitors'. They're also one of the few businesses who seem to find out home address without having to call us and ask us to fetch the meal ourselves, hats off!! The delivery drivers are all funny, polite and courteous, quite a rarity for a chain business. And to top it off, the pizzas are actually really tasty. Well done Pizza Hut, we wish they were all like you!!
