Ordered a delivery and was disgusted with what we received order was wrong and everything was cold couldn’t believe what I had paid for such a poor order

Food is usually pretty good but we have to travel to pick it up as they don’t deliver to us, food is currently 30 minutes late to be prepared and still not ready, ticket machine backed up, staff looking stressed and overworked. If you are going to offer a buy one get one free prepare staff wise to be busy!

The staff here take your dining experience to a different level. The food is great but with the level of care and attention the staff give you it makes it soo much better. I was here by myself and no staff walked past me without asking how my meal was and you can tell they enjoy doing what they do

Food delivered was not as seen on example photos. Also very little chicken Jalepenos and sauces. No loo roll in disabled toilet.

Food was average and cold when arrived part of our order the Doner Quesadilla was covered in oil and looked nothing like the picture described behind the till . We complained to the Manager but she refused to comment and wouldn't give a refund. On arrival the ladies toilets were without toilet roll and water all over the floor still the same when we left. We have eaten this type of food in Leicester Narborough Road and the complete opposites, Food excellent and service fantastic.

Been here several times and each time there's something not right. Doner kebabs should be really easy to get right especially if the place isn't really busy or understaffed (we were the only ones in there, about midday on a Thursday) This was the third time I've gone for the Lahmachun wrap and same old story, undercooked base and watery salad. My son had his usual Dorito doner thing which was fine if you like that sort of thing but also the fries were stone cold. How's that even possible? We'd taken away and I was minded to go back and get replacements but in the end I just thought this would be the last time we went. There is a great range of kebab / grill eateries in Loughborough (if you want authentic tasty kebabs definitely try the new Tarboush shawarma side show!) and this cold food nonsense just won't do. Should be absolutely great but isn't, I can only assume that either we've been unlucky each visit or the people leaving 5 star reviews have never actually had a proper Doner, much less a German style one.

Best kebab in town!!! Will come back again. Always nice to visit here, staff always lovely. The sauces are the best thing ever. Service also not too bad.

This was my first time ever trying this and it was soooo good. The girl who served me was so lovely and friendly. She definitely is amazing. I can’t remember her name I think it began with an o, she had glasses. The serves was bang on and the food even better.

we ordered and it was very quick a slight hiccup with the order but was quickly and easily sorted, they even gave us free food for the trouble, would 100% recommend very friendly staff and amazing customer service !!

After writing a bad review back in December 2022, i have to say today i was pleasantly surprised, i was given a voucher for a kebab and a phone call from fat buzz to discuss my complaint, it did not disappoint today really enjoyed my meal and staff where absolutely lovely

Quite disappointed with what we expected to be a decent kebab. Meat was cold - we sent it back and didn’t come back any hotter. Our first and will be out last visit to here. My advice is to stick with a traditional kebab house

Me and my wife tried to dine in in gdk Loughborough last Tuesday, and I was surprised the kind of service they provide with us it was fantastic, staff very accommodating and explained all the details of their Valentines promo. The food is so lovely and their promo was really good. I can comeback again even without any promo we just really like their service and food. I can recommend to all my friends.

Ate in with friends no one in kitchen prep wore beard nets absolutely disgusting I was so shocked and couldn't believe this something has to change!

I’ve almost tasted all items in the shop and to be honest everything taste good. The meat is fresh and tasty. Highly recommended to try it at least once so it becomes your regular.
