Should you be given your food on the time slot you selected or should you have to wait another 15 minutes for it ? Chicken was fine and hot whereas the chips were luke warm by the time.we got home which wasn't great. Would we order for collection again not sure to be honest. Place was busy understandable on a bank holiday weekend but anyways

Looks OK. Nice staff on shift. Sometimes the chicken breast aren't well seasoned enough. I have never finished the chicken breast become it becomes too dry. PARKING not guaranteed which could ruin a date. Had to go back in Tesco and walk. Bottomless coke is a good idea.

Very friendly staff, very nice restaurant sauces amazing as usual but big but portion size is always too small for cost need more of a standard side with every meal maybe a garnish or fries 🍟 or bread 🍞 but always worth a visit 😀

Every Nandos I go to seems to have an issue cleaning cutlery. This Nandos was no exception. Today I had to remove 9 knives from the cutlery pot just to find one that didn't have visible food on it. Of the items of cutlery I found without food, every single one looked manky. I cleaned them all at the table with vinegar and a napkin.

Very disappointed about the way they serve , after we was waiting for one hour to get our food when in the mean time people who arrive later on get the food quickly and we was still waiting finally they bring 2 of the meals and they said will be 5 minutes more for the last one ,when again another half hour is gone when I ask what is going on they said ohh we sorry and just like an apologies they will give me a gift card around 20 pounds...Guess what even the card never come back to me ...no words for them behave apart of disgusting and disrespectful about them customers....🤬🤬🤬

Very friendly staff here, even when busy you can tell they handle the pressure very well and hold their professionalism. Wait times were very short to say it was busy too. Food never disappoints I have the 3 lemon and herb chicken wings, garlic bread and chips every time. It is always so lovely. Will 100% be back

I came with a group of friends this weekend and we all had an extremely pleasant visit. We were seen and seated immediately, and the food took next to no time at all to come out. The restaurant wasn't packed but you couldn't say it wasn't busy either so the speed of the service was excellent. I had the butterfly chicken done with the medium spice and it was cooked to perfection. I did opt to start with some olives which I'd not tried from Nandos before and they were gorgeous! Very happy with the visit and will be back again when I'm next in Loughborough

where do i begin. me and two other friends came in one evening, we all ordered online and all was fine, the issue was with the lack of service and care. i had ordered my meal first, yet the other two orders arrived first, fine, i get that it can take time for these things. the second friend to get their food however was deeply apologised too for how there food was late. whilst i still had neither my food nor drink. cut to about 30 minutes post ordering, i can see what i believe is my meal sitting on the hot serve area, chips are missing but im at least hopeful that my food has not been forgotten. chips are put on 5 minutes later, great, my food is ready, right? nope, the people at the counter are busy stacking glass cups in a pyramid and all the people waitering are just walking past my meal. i can see the food is ready, it only took 10 minutes for someone on their break to overhear my conversation and ask if im missing my food, i told him its been sitting there for about 15 minutes. they brought it over , no apologies or nothing. burger was now stale and the chips weren’t great.

Last week, I decided to have a meal with my family at Nando’s, when we arrived we were greeted by a man wearing a blue t-shirt who seemed to be the manager. It wasn’t that busy so we were seated abruptly. We eventually made our order at the counter to the manager and ordered a starter of pitta bread and hummus along with our mains. When the food arrived, we received our three mains and one pitta bread and a small block of butter. We asked about the hummus we ordered with the pitta bread and the man in the blue shirt said ‘my bad bro’ .We expected him to then bring the correct order. However he did not. We found this very rude in the way he apologised and did not even bother to replace it. The customer service was very poor.

Popped in for lunch after a bowling trip with my daughter, and this has been the best experience eating out in a while! Our server, Jacob, was highly attentive and amazing with interacting with my daughter and even talking about her colouring when he came to check us. Absolute credit to the team. Big shout to the chefs too, I know they can lose out on the limelight sometimes, but the food was perfect and served very fast! Overall a massive thanks to all the team, and we will be seeing you again soon 🙌

So rude and nasty to us . Made us wait 20 minutes and they said we would have to wait until they checked if they had enough food . There was an empty table but he refused to give it to us . It appeared he was hogging it for his friends . Some of the restaurant staff definitely need a refresher course in hospitality and respect for diversity.

Update from last evening(2Aug23): After a long time of not visiting, yesterday felt right to do it, a weekday, not too busy. It reveals to be the worse idea ever. Never got served a "wooden" chicken plater before, although we tried to dig in the very hard and dry chicken. It was like chewing "sugar cane without the juice" if you know what that means. By the time we got a waiter and then reached a manager, all sides were cold. The duty manager offered us half a chicken (as they did not have any other choices at that time). So, we got half a decent chicken (not whole like in the original full platter order) to eat with leftover sides cold chips. Needless to say that we asked for a take away box, and took the chicken away with us and went home to get some warm airfryer oven chips to go with it. Therefore, until we forget this latest eating out experience "Not Nandos" is on the blacklisted ban again. - It's Nando's...depending on how busy the branch is, the quality varies. It was edible and decent, as we people are...some days better than others... from almost edible to really nice...this time was in the middle...and sadly...no olive oil to season our salad (it was not supplied on request, as there were no more bottles available - according to our table assistant). Toilets (male) in need of some tlc maintenance, after the 3rd time visit and the middle hand wash sensor faucet was still broken - maybe next time ;)

Have visited Nandos before in Loughborough but I feel today was poorly managed, as myself and my daughter had to wait over 30 mins for our food order, and when I asked how long will our food be, a staff member said have you not been told of a longer waiting time, I said no, she said food would be along shortly after I said I'm not happy Then I remembered it was that member of staff who first greeted us on the door! When the food arrived we were rushing as we didn't have long to walk back to the carpark, so wasn't an enjoyable lunch. The wrap was really flavourless and boring like it had been rushed. Disappointed this visit. Customers should be told before they order food if there is a big group in eating beforehand then people can decide whether they should eat out somewhere else.

Having heard all the hype I decided to try a cheeky Nando's , sadly for me and the family over priced small portions of food

So yesterday 22nd of march 2023 we decided to go for a meal at nandos Loughborough, I must say it was such a lovely experience, we were served by the lovely Debs, her service was amazing and we really wish her well with her new position as a assistant manager... looking forward to our next visit... only if every Nandos could have a Debs 😀😊

Ordered Fino Pitta and found a bone by biting into it.. when it is a boneless thigh, I told a staff member and he didn’t apologise at first but told me to check as they can sometimes come with bones.. this did not make any sense… please can you tell your customers to watch out for bones then and maybe say your sorry on behalf of the manufacturers? Disgusting…Nandos sort your staff out!!!

Has a selection of chicken but no meat but can fill your stomach

Ordered via deliveroo app, cost me £50 for two meals. The chicken tasted of chemicals and was completely inedible. Phoned the restaurant and they offered us nothing. Also gave us no sauce, which is the whole point of nandos. Terrible. Absolutely terrible. So we paid £50 for chips and two cans of pop... How's that for value? Insanity. Certainly will never be going here again.

The drivers waiting by the windows in rainy day and every time workers come and give one minute 2 minute three minute and they are not passing the orders while I can see my order on the table that is ridiculous, I have no choice of cancelling the order wasted 30 minutes for nothing worse service I have ever seen !!!!!

Really great experience this week at nando's Loughborough. Visited with the 7month old for a nandos lunch. Staff very accommodating with heating up baby food for us, mean we could enjoy a nandos treat. Great work guys

Pretty quiet during Wednesday tea time so the food came quickly. We enjoyed our tea.

Lovely food and generally good service. Only issue was that it took a while and few attempts to get the sweetcorn that I had ordered.

I ordered the fino pitta, it was almost completely raw when it came and jelly like, absolutely vile I will 100% never eat from this establishment ever again and will tell people to avoid eating here!

I’m the biggest Nando’s fan but there’s ALWAYS a problem here, either with long wait times for food or a massive wait to sit down. Cannot cope with the demand in Loughborough. Walked in here more times than I can count and left because of 30 min+ waits. Frequently turned away when there are empty tables as they cannot properly manage take away orders and walk-ins. Rarely leave reviews let alone bad ones but it’s become bit of a joke now as you end up leaving more times than actually eating there.

Ordered half chicken with 2 sides. Sides were fine however the half chicken was over cooked and dry. I ate what I could but I was a little disappointed, I wish I told the staff this rather say its fine when they asked but I was on my work lunch hour and not one to complain

Ordered a chicken wrap with medium heat sauce dish came and as I started eating it realised that the sauce was not medium but hot..complained to a young lad who worked there who apologised and asked if I wanted a different one..I declined but accepted his offer of a desert..in the meantime a young Asian girl came over and asked what was wrong so told her to which she claimed my dish was correct and wouldn't get a dessert..she said the medium sauce is hotter in a wrap than what it is on flat chicken 🤔...anyway she then started having a go at my father in law simply because he asked if I could get a refund and said she didn't like his attitude..so he replied and said he didn't like hers and asked to see the manager..he came out and basically backed her up and then offered me a free voucher...I'm now going to try tomato sauce on chips and on a bacon sandwich to see if it's more tomatoey on either one using her logic 🤔won't be returning

Great service. The staff were awesome and super friendly. They didn't have the slaw I ordered and they came out quickly and asked if I wanted something else. The food was piping hot and delicious.

My first visit. Staff was polite, however I ordered 5 medium chicken wings. They tasted weird and slimy and like they had been sat there for ages. I ate two. I have come down with food poisoning and suffered really bad. I will not be visiting again

Went with my daughter for my birthday meal as I love the food…in particular the peri peri salted chips, rice with the chicken thighs!! Been a few times and loved it. Sadly not this time??! The chips arrived cold …the garlic bread was stale?? And the chicken was pink in places?? Being told by a young lad how chicken is cooked and that I had nothing to worry about was slightly condescending as I’ve been cooking for over 40 years!?! …the rice was the only thing that was fine sadly. I did mention the issues but all I got was “sorry about that” from a young girl who knew no better and obviously wasn’t that bothered as they all carried on chatting amongst themselves like they had been all evening. I can understand the odd thing going wrong …but the whole meal??? (Rice was okay). Really don’t think I will bother with Loughborough Nando’s again 🙁

I came for my daughters birthday yesterday and the lady that served us I’m pretty sure her name was summer was so lovely, and it really made my daughters evening. we had an issue where we forgot to order my mums food and as soon as we ordered it summer brought it out to us. she was a good example of brilliant customer service! thank you.

Long wait times especially on weekends but well worth it the food tastes and looks good aswell as the building itself is decorated amazingly, staff were a bit grumpy and their "hot sauce" wasn't all that hot but minor things that shouldn't reflect on the experience as a whole.

Excellent food everytime. The staff are so welcoming, and are a credit to the company. I know how stressful the industry is so fair play to you all.

We had a meal out earlier, great service, the manager Sam looked after us superbly and the rest of the team went above and beyond. Food was great too, will definitely be back.

Disappointed. On the plus side, the staff were brilliant, the food tasty and the cider excellent. Downside, what purported to be a main course was barely a snack. Never seen such a small chicken breast! Even the sides weren't exactly a good size. Makes it really expensive, especially when you have to grab something else shortly afterwards. Not the experience I remember from other outlets in the past, although our last visit to another branch - although the portions were better, were still in the stingy side. This may well be our last visit to a Nandos.

Terrible experience. The waiting area was empty but I was told people were waiting on the iPad and the wait time is over 50 minutes. There were more than 5 empty tables and you can't reserve online. Sort out your table planning, no reason I should be declined a table when the people who were supposedly waiting for a seat weren't there! Go to perilicious just down the road. I wasn't sure based on the outside appearance and it was a bit quiet but was 100% worth the visit!

Ordered through deliveroo. Item missing and food was cold. Called the Loughborough restaurant and was told no delivery drivers but was told I could collect. Spoilt a family meal.

It was pretty busy when we got there, but a waiter told us to wait 15 minutes and true to his word he cleared a table and we were sat within 15 minutes. Despite the take away counter quoting 45 minutes wait, we had our food quickly and it was delicious. My only complaint, which is a big one, is the cleanliness of the place. The condiment holder at the end of the table was vile (photo attached), as was the rim of the table where the seal had peeled off. For that reason I don't think we'd go again

REVIEW FOR DELIVERY SERVICE- RESTAURANT IS FINE I've ordered delivery from Nandos in Loughborough 4 times in the last year and each and every single order has been wrong, culminating in todays order which didnt show up. At all. Nandos LB, I strongly suggest you look at the deliveroo guys doing your drops because this one claimed hed dropped the order on my drive. I'm absolutely fuming because I've had to ring your customer services team 4 times and express my displeasure in no uncertain terms to get a refund. Which initially they werent going to do. I like nandos but it's not cheap and deliveries just not showing up means I wont be ordering from you again.
