Heavenly Desserts in Charnwood

Desserts taste like they are cheap, heated up in microwave and sold for a huge amount of money. Honestly had nicer desserts from Iceland. Ordered two desserts, and two coffees cost nearly 30 pounds, never will ever go there again. Feel ripped off, decided to not complain and instead will not be going there again. Can't believe people were ordering online from them. Staff were very nice.

I went with my friend for dessert. One of the staff her name safiya. She is a brilliant. We are asking many questions about vegetarian she helped us really well.Really helpful make us very comfortable.

I usually order the same cake (saffron milk cake) to takeaway, and it's been already the second time where the cream was actually rancid. I don't understand why it keeps happening since it's clear from the moment you smell it that there is something severely wrong with it.

Came in to celebrate my daughters 14th birthday. Food was delicious. Asked about allergies and staff were super helpful.

Food was as expected, but unfortunately the service leaves a lot to be desired. When we were seated it seemed that only one employee was on shift, she was rushing around to get everything ready, we were the 2nd table in the store. When ordering, we asked for the milkshake deal which was clearly displayed outside, when spending £10 you can order a milkshake for free, we were told that it’s wasn’t on today (even though on the board it clearly states it’s on Sunday-Thursday), we saw the employee going outside to check this herself but even then, the bill wasn’t rectified to reflect the free milkshake. When paying at the till, I notice that 3 employees are actually in the store, casually chatting away in the store room, I ask about the benefits of the app as I have collected some points, I was then told I would need to order on the app to claim them, not sure if this is entirely true or if the lady serving was just reluctant to take the money off the total bill. The food was ok, but the service is a complete let down, the drinks were never brought out and the milkshake clearly advertised to be free by the door wasn’t honoured ( an issue for trading standards). This used to be our favourite desserts place in Loughborough but the standards have clearly slipped since opening!

it tasted good and luckily my friend likes white chocolate however we ordered two waffles one with white chocolate sauce and the other with milk chocolate, both had white chocolate sauce, it still tasted good and was enjoyed however it was not what we ordered.

Got in at 9.15pm, asked the waitress if we could have a booth where she rolled her eyeballs, when I caught her doing it she said she wasn’t well. I mentioned to her that we’ve been waiting 40 minutes to which she replied that we didn’t, basically insinuating that we were lying. Shocking service, waited 45 minutes in total for the desserts to come and when they did it was an absolute let down. Portions have gotten smaller for sure. Never again! Would never recommend this place and would advise people to go elsewhere.

The vanilla, pistachio and rose milk cake was truly heavenly topped with a saffron late. You can’t go wrong here, so many amazing and creative choices, lovely seating and atmosphere. A real treat that’s worth every penny.

I have been to quite a few Heavenly Dessert loactions around the UK. Menus are quite similar. The Loughborough branch, the menu seems to be more condensed compared to Coventry and Nottingham. Still, I would recommend 👌 a visit if you are passing by. There is free parking available. You just have to drive around to find the spots. Service orders are available at the table at a request. You just need to grab their attention and let them know, or you can order via the QR code or just go straight to the cashier/till. WC facilities are available onsite as well. The place is fairly clean 👌. I will be honest I am a lotus biscuit milk cake fan, which they do serve at this branch. So, the only reason I will be going back is because of the HOT 🔥 beauty with dyed blond hair with glasses. She was the highlight ✨️ of the day. The natural beauty type that doesn't need any make-up. She's the oriental type. I guess my next visit will be because of her. Cold and hot drinks are also served 👌 😋

Extremely tasty food, gorgeously decorated, however quite empty in terms of people seated. Kept waiting for quite a while to pay but seated and served instantly! Staff was polite, overall a pleasant experience!

Food is ok but the service from the waitresses was terrible and they were really rude. We had to go up and order our food as nobody bothered coming over to take our orders. They also got our order wrong. Will stick to ordering online in the future instead of eating in.

Ordered Nutella & banana waffle. Got little to no sauce at all. Really dry & tasteless, so disappointed. Wanted the chance to resolve this but no one bothered to ask how our food was/came to follow up. Service extremely slow. Lady who took my order was very rude and uninterested, but the lady who initially seated us was amazing.

While the food is passable and one waitress tried her best to be kind, the management is a joke. I'll reconsider visiting only if there’s a change in leadership. Until then, steer clear.

Although the desserts are mediocre at best and one waitress did make a valiant effort to be nice, the management ruins the experience. I won’t be back unless they overhaul their leadership. The food is decent but the service is atrocious. There’s a lovely brown waitress who is super nice, but the manager is disrespectful and unprofessional. Told my 7 person party to sit in a 4 person booth when the larger booth was empty and her reasoning was there’s a potential of the larger booth being booked. (No one books a table at a dessert place) And the way she told us was like we were boys from early, I do not know this woman and she’s chatting to me like im her mate. She is not adept to be a manager, the managerial role should be reviewed. If her position changes, let me know I might come back to eat there again.

Came here with my boyfriend to get some dessert for his birthday. Food was delicious, I recommend the mango bubble smoothie and the cute plant pot dessert. Our waitress was lovely, was apologising for the wait even though she didn’t need to. Was hoping to leave a tip but didn’t have cash - I didn’t get her name but she was the blonde girl working in the evening on Monday 29 April, pls give her a raise from me <3

Had a very nice scoop of strawberries and cream ice cream with a strawberry cheesecake. Jess was a great host as were the rest of the staff, all friendly and made me feel welcome. Will definitely be back to try more of the menu!

We came here for the first time a couple of weeks ago. The menu is HUGE! Never have I ever seen so many desert options! The food was good. The price was way more than I expected though.

Oh my gosh, so much goodness on the menu to choose from it took us ages, to pick what we wanted. When we did finally choose out dessert we were quiet because it we so scrumptious. So good, I can't wait to go back for more, and try the other dishes on the menu.

Went here after eating our main meal elsewhere. I had the dark chocolate honeycomb crepe and asked to swap for banana gelato, which wasn't a problem. My partner had the chocolate and pistachio croffle. We both loved what we'd ordered and, although it's more expensive than desserts at a restaurant, it's probably a bit better tasting! It was great that we could modify our order, though it would be good to offer this via the app rather than only having the options for add-ons. Service was great and friendly

This place is amazing! We are all vegan and it's one of our first choices in Loughborough for vegan puddings. The staff are so friendly and helpful and it's always a treat, even when the kids are being hard work! Delicious food.

Incredible food. I had been wanting to try an affogato for years, and it was even better than I dreamed of. A must have spot for anyone visiting loughborough. Yarting was our server and she was very patient and kind. Lovely experience and good music playing aswell.

Went in to treat the parents and literally had the best time! Served by the delightful Jess and Saf, who were fab with their hospitality and service. Was impressed with their memory and the food was AMAZING... honestly the waffles are totally worth the money! Really great with our 9yr old and i could not fault the service we received at all. Jess was particularly excellent at her job and her manager should be super proud of her. Deffo will be coming back and even considering having my baby shower here♥️

We came to this place after having lunch or dinner in the town centre. They have a selection of desserts. My favourite was a double Belgian chocolate brownie with mint and chocolate ice cream. The service could have been better but still yummy desserts.

By far the friendliest and most warm welcome I’ve ever had in hospitality. Olivia, Yarting, Leanne, & the rest of the team are absolutely wonderful and a credit to the Heavenly Desserts company. We visited the establishment before leaving. The atmosphere is pleasant, We ordered food to go. The cakes were delicious. Cheesecakes, too. We ordered about ten different delicacies. Each was packed in a separate box. Waiting time is approximately 15 minutes. I can recommend it.

Love Heavenly Desserts. They seem to introduce new treats to their menu. Last time I visited I tried the Caramel Monkey Bread and it was irresistibly delicious:)
