The food is absolutely amazing, and the owners are amazing hosts. We had Sunday lunch platters, which were all fresh straight out of the oven. Extremely highly recommended.

What a find!! Tucked away from the main centre of town but well worth a short walk to this quaint tea room. Lovely food and more... Go and find it and see for yourself 😁

Went today and 3 out of four had Sunday Lunch. Little disappointed as no mash potatoes included, parsnips over cooked and looked like burnt offerings. Strange lamb, not sure if processed as none of us had seen lamb slices look like that. Then to top it off after checking our bill afterwards, noticed we were charged £1 for cream for our coffees! That one’s the weirdest! Who charges for cream to put in your coffee. Sounds like I’m complaining a lot, don’t usually, all in all a good catch up with family, and Sarah was very attentive and made our lunch time visit worth while. Won’t stop us visiting in the future as usual, just won’t order the same again.

Love this place, the staff are amazingly friendly and helpful they have a lot of knowledge about their food. The food is delicious we have worked our way through the menu but our favourite is Kochi 😋we have never had a bad meal and never had to complain about anything. We enjoy a chat and a laugh with all the staff great bunch.

Wife had Vegan breakfast and oat milk latte and I had Mega breakfast with black coffee, both excellent, everything spotless with tables quickly cleared and little delay waiting and very well run by the very hard working guy at front and young girl on coffee machine!

Normally a place; highly thought of The Station (Platform 3) let itself down when my family visited for a long awaited family meal. Staff appeared lethargic and paid little attention and we should have gone somewhere else. Our order came out late in an empty restaurant. Some forty minutes later after giving in the order and we'd honestly thought of walking out because we'd gone past it! Lame excuses greeted us, as did the food which was as cold as the stare we'd given the waitress when she forgot to bring out the tea we'd ordered with our food...."Yes, Yes oh I hadn't forgotten I was getting round to you." was the pitiful excuse. A shambles really if there was one bright spot my sons enjoyed their food. Service, I am sure you'll have guessed terrible

my partner and I visited for brunch, we both had eggs Florentine, he had a coffee, I had a tea and a water. it was a little pricey at 27 pounds, but the food was delicious, the eggs were cooked perfectly.
