Duty manager was very rude never explained the situation properly. As me an friends was disgusing the situation she bardge over her name was laure and threatend to kuck us out im 63 years old and being spoken to like that was uncalled for

Just ordered my first Everest kebab, I went for the chicken tika & salad in a plain nan & my partner had the donner plus chips, both great portions, was a pick up so was good to see the open kitchen preparing our food. Very tasty very happy, will be back.

Booked a table for 13 people for the old folkes 50th wedding anniversary. The service was excellent, especially from a lady called Emily, she went above and beyond, she was patent with separate members of the family going up and ordering, she ensured we got our food around the same time, made sure we all had drinks and even boxed up left overs if we wanted to take it home. Food was great, yorshire puddings were enormous, compliments to the chefs. Would defo recommend this place. Good play area for little kids, big play area for the older ones.

Walked from the Caravan and Camping site, couldn’t do enough for us. Did are welcome. Really enjoyed our visit and a nice walk from the caravan site.

My daughter and I were travelling down the A1 and honestly couldn't face the dreadful food served in the motorway service stations so thought we'd Google somewhere just off the main road. I'm so pleased we made the short 2-3 mile diversion to go to.Clumber Park. Lovely place - the cafe had great views over the lake, and we had a healthy baked potato and salad served with a nice cup of tea in a China cup rather than plastic beaker. The staff were really.pleasant and friendly, food nutritious and the views excellent. Tiny bit on the pricey side but worth the trip.down the tree-lined avenue and not a greasy burger in site!

Slow service, we were the only customers in there, food normal TB fare, but so overpriced for the actual quantity of what you get. However, kids like it so would tolerate that, if it wasn't for how filthy the place is. Again, there were no other customers in there, yet nearly every table had bits of food or sticky stuff on it, the floor had food everywhere and the bin was overflowing. These are absolute basics, so it makes you wonder about how clean the kitchen is. Won't be back.

Went to drive through twice home delivery once drive through had to wait 20 minutes second time they forgot order all together home delivery cold food

Popped in yesterday to pick up a drink and sausage roll.Service was slow but its always like that in there. It was when I went to collect sugar and milk for my drink that I was shocked! the two self service points were absolutely disgusting, bins overflowing, counter tops covered in rubbish and used cartons and drinking cups. There was no space left for me to put down my cup to add my sugar and milk, I had to use a nearby table. If that is what the customer facing area is like what on earth does it look like behind the scenes? Greggs may have the good sausage rolls but I certainly will not be going back in there again.

Ordered 2 X Whoppers with cheese and a chicken royale. Got home , a few minutes drive , the royale looked nothing like the pics , hard on the outside , like cardboard on the inside with one lettuce leaf and a dollop of mayo. The Whoppers were luke warm and just not appetising . Very disappointed .
