Popped in yesterday to pick up a drink and sausage roll.Service was slow but its always like that in there. It was when I went to collect sugar and milk for my drink that I was shocked! the two self service points were absolutely disgusting, bins overflowing, counter tops covered in rubbish and used cartons and drinking cups. There was no space left for me to put down my cup to add my sugar and milk, I had to use a nearby table. If that is what the customer facing area is like what on earth does it look like behind the scenes? Greggs may have the good sausage rolls but I certainly will not be going back in there again.

Today we have gave them one last chance after complaining and sending food back. Today we found a clump of hair in my partners sandwich. And mine was stone cold and not even what I ordered. We called and complained yet again and sent the food back to not even get an apology but rude behaviour. Bad service, bad food and bad and rude workers

Bawtry RoadThe service is tragically slow - there is visibly one member of staff servicing all of the orders, of which there are many. People are having to wait half an hour for their ‘fast food’ orders. Not good enough by a long chalk.
