Subway in Bassetlaw

Olives have been in my sandwich two times I have ordered from here which I am highly allergic to. Today we have gave them one last chance after complaining and sending food back. Today we found a clump of hair in my partners sandwich. And mine was stone cold and not even what I ordered. We called and complained yet again and sent the food back to not even get an apology but rude behaviour. Bad service, bad food and bad and rude workers

Great customer service and lovely food.

They called to say they didn't have certain sandwich ingredients. Delivery delayed and then one sandwich had wrong ingredients in it. Overall a bit poor .

Asked for delivery food was cold and they got my order wrong because she couldn’t read the ticket I spoke to the manager and she said it was her fault due to English language not been the best, I didn’t request most of the items on my foot longs I think this is disgusting

Delivery was over 2 hours tried ringing the shop and no answer

no cheese which was unusual but apart from that food was good…. service wise was not impressed

Awful food, slow staff and rubbish service do not visit!!!

Sadly after travelling for 2 hours we arrive at this service station. We park at subway to be greeted with you can't use our toilets! Nor asked us if we intended to purchase anything. I stated we needed the loo and we are on a service station, and therfore we should be able to use the toilets. Told to go to the shell petrol station on site and even here it stated that only if you purchase fuel! What is going on in our country? Do we just flop it out and pee on the floor? If you call it a service station then let us use the toilet in peace, then perhaps we will then go on to purchase. The sign should read. Please feel free to use the toilets and could we encourage you to purchase some snacks before you leave.

Bit grubby compared to other subway shops.

They don't accept vouchers and discounts from the subway app.

Only Subway that been in that allway out of stock want ask for will not be going again as last 4 times end up leaving without food

This place is ok but it's not a place I use regularly so I don't think I should judge it.

Subway is a great place to meet your friends, have a bite to eat and, they make the nicest and best value cappuccinos in town. Good place to keep warm and dry on days like today.

I went to the Retford subway about 10.15 this morning for a small veg patty with salad to be told they only have the vegan patty so I ordered one, I had cheese melted on it and looked at the salad available and it looked like it was yesterday’s.the lettuce was brown and tomato was shrivelled as was the rest of the salad so when the girl asked me if I wanted any salad I said only if it was made fresh to which I was met with a blank stare so I declined the salad. I then noticed the price £4.10! “How much I said ,that’s shocking “especially when you can have a meat and salad sub for £3. And when the franchise owner is there he is so tight he just about counts the strands of grated cheese. Needless to say I won’t be recommending it to anyone else!.

I like the salad bowls not keen on the bread but that's everywhere not just subway

Has gone really down hill. A couple of sandwiches I loved they have stoped doing. Don't put any where near as much stuff in to make the value for money n half the staff don't care or want to be there. The last 2 I've had have been that disgusting I've had 3 bites n thrown the rest away. Standards totally gone

It was all right however staff looked quite sad to be there and skimped a bit on the cheese

Subway with higher priced menu, eg. Franchise. Higher menu than regular subways. Charge extra for salad bowl, charge 70p for additional water, other subways give it included. Also portions are restricted on the small side. I prefer other franchise subways due to these limitations. Only one in retford.
