Orded nearly over £30 and rather than leave it at the door dispite it already being paid for also checked the tracking and it said was quality check rather than delivery. They told me when I rang them that they already threwn it in the bin and had to call the store manager for a refund absolute disgrace never will I order from here again.

The attitude of the Manager Steve was absolutely shocking I asked a simple request and his response was aggressive argumentative and rude. If you cant do something as simple as add a topping to only half of the pizza fine but there isn’t any need to be so rude and impolite aggressive on the phone. How can a someone be so rude over a pizza order that isn’t even theirs. Disgusting

Ate Domino's because a friend who we were with reckons they're great. Cost a small fortune for 3 pizzas, which weren't great. Valentino's in town is much better Value and Quality

Absolutely disgusted with this place the managers an absolute joke I paid for my food Alarm for sure that did something to it So I just throw it in the trash Do not spend your money hair Then need a new manager and new staff If the don't change their staff I think this place should be closed down🤢🤮

They are consistent in that if you order more than once you get the same quality, many other local spots quality depends on the tide and if its a full moon. They have reasonable offers to help with the price. staff seem ok considering they have to deal with local scroats on a daily basis.

Would give 0 Stars if I could after my experience tonight. VICTORIA is an absolute disgrace after her customer service. I ordered a £25 order, waited an hour and 10 minutes. Said delivered on the app. No phone call or voicemail left to say it had 'been delivered'. Rang after no sign, they said if you don't answer your phone they take it back to store (funny that, because A. it says NOTHING about this in confirmation email OR terms & conditions and B. other people I know in the area have said drivers have knocked on their door when their delivery has arrived.) Asked for a refund ( I work in customer service and am aware that it is within my consumer rights to ask for a refund if I am not happy with what I have received) she said she will not issue us a refund as it is not their fault that it didn't get delivered. I asked why not leave it on the step to which she replied 'in case someone steals it' yet it's ok to take my order back to store for the staff to tuck in to, ay? Rang a second time asking for a refund after reading through terms & conditions, to which the store hung up on us. I have taken this further, written 3 complaints and have mentioned her name to customer services and head office. I have screen shots of proof of NO PHONECALL or VOICEMAIL from Dominos. I have screen shots of their terms & conditions, where it mentions nothing about the phone thing, and screen shots of their liability section. Absolutely disgusting practically taking money off someone so near to Christmas. Update: I emailed the area manager about the above and they couldn’t have given less of a toss. Said our attitude wasn’t acceptable but it’s not going to be if you’ve just stolen my money and refused to give it back. Plus what about the attitude of your staff member who has a role in customer service? Seems like they’re all the same! Save your money and buy elsewhere, saucy pizza co in Retford are faultless with lovely staff, and they won’t steal your money or speak down the phone to you like you’re an idiot.

It’s probably been two or three years since I’ve been in a Domino’s, and I must say that a couple of things took me by surprise. The first was when the bloke behind the counter asked me what I would like, and I asked him if there was a menu so that I could decide which pizzas I fancied. “The menus are all on-line” he advised, and although the walls of the shop were festooned with posters outlining details of deals and photos of food, they couldn’t find room for a list of the food they serve. Neither could he provide me with a leaflet showing me what they have. Progress? I don’t think so, and this must be the only eatery in Retford that doesn’t have a menu. The second thing that surprised me was the price of the actual pizzas. As it was two for one Tuesday I suppose I felt reasonably happy with two pizza for just short of £16. But I can’t see me paying that for a single, medium pizza. As for the food itself - it was fine without being memorable, and I guess that memory is a funny thing. I had it in mind that Domino’s pizza was something a bit special. In reality, it’s not.

First time ordering. I ordered via the app. Large letter at the front asking if you want delivery or collection. Collection 12 minutes or delivery up to 36 mins. Didn’t think anything of this as 36 mins is average for delivery from other pizza places. Ordered and after 45 mins rang up just to check where it was as I’d ordered it for a late tea after football practice before my children went to bed. I was told I should have read the small print because delivery of 36 mins is an estimate and as they are busy with no drivers my order wasn’t in the over yet. I asked if I could cancel as it was 20.15 and told I could but again in the terms and conditions I wouldn’t get my money back. Pizza arrived (eventually) at 20.45 (70 mins after ordering) after a call from a rude driver who was lost. He told me I had to wait outside as his sat Nav couldn’t find my house. He put the pizzas on top of his car and told me to collect them from there due to him not being allowed to pass them. Pizza itself was mainly ok. Pepperoni one was burnt though with hardly any pepperoni. The other two meat pizzas ok. Wedges were cold but garlic bread ok. Not somewhere I’ll rush back to. £33 for 3 large pizzas as part of a deal. Expensive for what we got and the time you had to wait…

Yeah it's a more expensive option but at least the food is always consistently great and has been exactly what we had ordered, it's always delivered on time too and by great drivers. Been ordering from here for years, never once had a bad experience. I do wish the twisted dough balls would hurry back though!

The delivery guy was nice n friendly, the lady who took my order was also nice, they would have got 5 stars, but the food was not nice at all, cold, in most of the places on my pizza it looked like they'd forgot to put topping on it, on the box there's a warning about hot food, 🤣🤣 it didn't even taste luke warm, my recommendation would be stay clear

Recently very disappointed with an order I placed, apparently they have new delivery practices in place that doesn't appear when ordering online, and now they can't even ring a doorbell or knock on the door. This means because my phone was on charge upstairs, I completely missed the first delivery as the driver was stood outside my house but didn't knock or ring the doorbell and instead apparently rang my phone. This means it was sent all the way back to the store and when I finally rang them to ask where it was it was (as it was over an hour since ordering) they explained to me and re-delivered, but by that point the food was room temp at best. Normally had a good experience in the past, but you really need to change your delivery practice going forwards

Summary: They mess up simple orders, not enough drivers so pizzas get cold before they're delivered, have found short curly hairs in our pizza 2 times. We've been here many times, but yet they somehow manage to mess the order up every time. Sometimes it's just 1 topping missing, sometimes it's been an entirely different pizza to the one ordered. A couple of times we've found short curly hairs in our food too. I genuinely can't remember the last time we ordered a pizza from them and got exactly what we ordered. They seem to not have enough drivers as the tracker frequently shows our pizza sat on 'Quality Control' (which is just a hot plate while they wait for a driver) for ages, meaning our pizzas are never hot when they arrive. it would be good if someone actually did check the quality of the pizzas while they're sat on the hot plates, maybe then they wouldn't send out so many incorrect pizzas with hairs on them. We've boycotted them once before for a few months, but upon returning they seemed to be even worse than before. We are now permanently boycotting this Domino's. I do not recommend at all.

It's pretty standard dominoes. Have to say that the instore staff were friendly, normally you are lucky to get a grunt in most dominoes branches. The staff were knowledgeable on offers, polite and offered quick service. I have used the online services and collection and delivery services. I have to say my experience of delivery is hit and miss, some drivers will deliver to the door, other drivers will phone from the car and demand you collect the pizza from the car. I have found the online ordering to be buggy. My experience with collection is much more positive.

Have used both the online service and in store the staff refused to deliver down the alley way so if your door is not on the front of your house dont bother using them and use one of the local companies who is happy to accommodate. In store the staff are slow and more interested in having a conversation with friends that making pizza.

Absolutely terrible. Terrible customer service, first time I went the guy on the desk ignored me untill I stood there for 5 minutes looking angry. Second time I went my pizza was due for collection at 21:30 - I arrived at this time and Waited till 21:58, I was seconds from leaving, very unimpressed and not what I expect from the dominos brand. It's a shame as I'm Retford born and bred - love rhat there's a dominos but Retford deserves better than this. Basic customer service need work and clearly someone's not put on enough staff to supply demand. Sort it out and we're all happy.

Seen the other reviews on here, but in my eyes, I’ve never seen harder workers. 2 Indian men, both alone day after day, serving 8 customers, doing just eat deliveries, sandwiches etc. PUT 2 ON AT LEAST Subway! Cheap business. Lovely men, both well done

The service was good but the food was terrible; tiny baked potato with a tiny amount of the most finely grated cheese and curled up, dried out salad and a congealed coleslaw which clearly was not fresh. I made the mistake of dining here again after a similarly poor experience; the portions are tiny and the prices are exorbitant. I will not return again. there are far better places to eat close by.
