literally the worst taco bell, so slow it’s unreal, all the workers look dirty & the workers swearing 24/7

The area manager of this Worksop branch needs firing. High prices and terrible service isn’t a good recipe. Staff had no idea how to use the qr code from their own app. Were totaly clueless, even worse he tried to cover it up with a lie. No wonder it’s empty in here

went last night. Took 25 ish minutes for the food which they were busy so we understood. The guy did apologise and in return upgraded my medium drink to a large. Only one downside, I think only 1 out of the 5/6 staff working had a hairnet on, not a massive deal but made us cautious when eating our food !

It’s been 25 minutes and I’m still in the driveway, please send help.

The food is prepared and served without any issues,but sometimes they don’t accept app orders…

The entire store was dirty and the employees were not very responsive. The food was also sloppily made, all sauce on one side and not spread out as it should be.

Went not long after opening, staff were very friendly. Food came out straight away and was delicious. Definitely recommend, can’t comment for busy periods.

Ordered for delivery food was Luke warm at best, two of the three meals had asked for amendments and they were all missed. Overpriced and really poor. Will not be ordering again.

Ordered food for delivery and basic food items were gotten wrong as well as special instructions not followed. Only gotten to each my chips and even then they were slightly soggy. Family also said the rest of the food was luke warm at best

Waste of time, cheesy beef burrito is just cheese sauce in a wrap no filling. Crunchwrap Supreme is again just Sauce with a bit of lettuce no filling and not crunchy at all. Both undercooked and empty, the fries were like cardboard and the drink had no flavour just carbonated water. Always wanted to try Taco Bell will not be doing that again, quick service and polite staff but the point of coming was to eat something, honestly don’t bother.

Long wait times, which you would assume means that the food would be accurate, warm and good quality. If you assume that here, you're very wrong. The food is often cold, not made properly, or in today's case, it was literally falling apart as my taco was practically ripped into 3 pieces before I opened it. The food was put in upside down and mixed all around in the bag. The drinks regularly taste disgusting. The place gets worse and worse. At least I had an apology for the long wait, whatever good that was. Better off driving to Meadowhall if you want Taco Bell

Tasty food and staff should honestly go onto BGT, the rendition of Little Mix’s power brought a tear to my eye while I waited for my food, BRAVO 👏 🤩

Doesn't matter how much you love Taco Bell food, no one goes for fast food to have to wait twenty minutes for one taco.

Not enough staff only 2 and it was extremely busy. took ages to get food although staff were apologetic for wait times. Place was untidy and tables needed a good clean. Get some extra staff not fair to those working there!

My first visit a lovely member of the staff Lauren helped me use the machine after explaining what was hot and spicy , she then told me how it worked drinks wise . Such a lovely girl I really enjoyed my visit and would go back .

this is my favourite taco bell staff always friendly and welcoming food is fresh, tasty and fries are seasoned to perfection recently discovered that they have cherry pepsi and it’s sooo yummy perfect refresher i like to go to the drive through and eat in my friends car and it’s very fun they give us lots of sauce too however, ignore my review because i don’t want it to get too crowded on my monthly visits honestly, the worksop taco bell gets me through the working week as it’s always something to look forward to

I arrived at 9:30pm with my family and it was closed and the attendant inside said that they only served the drive-thru and on the entrance door there is a big sign saying that it is open every day until 11pm

Always fast food and service at this great stop off during my travels. Served hot and fresh.

If you want a taco, tacobell might be the obvious place to go. There's tacos everywhere, behind the tills, in the bins, even in the toilets. Highly recommended for taco fans... Taco is also an inuendo apparently😲

Ordered black beans instead of beef and they put it through correctly on the receipt but I received beef.

The food was terrible. So salty and unhealthy and tasted fake. First time eating here, don't need to come again. Can't understand how it has survived as a chain.

Now I like Taco Bell more than any other fast food places but here it is hit and miss. The syrup is way to weak in the pepsi max it tastes so watered down. This is always the case when I come here. Service was quick which was nice. The chicken tenders were let's say were desperately struggling for moisture? The crunchwrap supreme never dissapoints, fries were nice and hot. Rice needs more flavour like a veggie stock or some black pepper it's a bit too bland for what you'd expect from Taco Bell

"plant-based" meals contain both eggs and milk. don't bother going to try the new vegan stuff, cause it ain't vegan! 😂

Alway enjoy taco Bell food and service usually very good.

If you want to be hugging the toilet all night and things coming out either end then by all means pay them a visit. 3/3 people that ate here are now sick.

We dropped into the Rhodesia Taco Bell today for lunch, hopeful that the internet reputation that it has is undeserved, and to a large extent, it was, and we were all fed and relatively satisfied when we left. That said: Our table was dirty (as was all the glass here - this place was in need of some windolene), we had to ask for napkins (which were tiny) and clean it ourselves. One of our party wanted tap water, but the ice-machine was broken: the (very friendly) staff offered a bottle of water, without charge, instead. As has been my experience with fast-food lately, the staff were the best part of the experience. The kids had a taco and a baby quesadilla: the quesadilla was ok, but the taco was more lettuce than anything else. I had a "Volcano Buritto" box, which had a buritto (with no heat at all, despite the volcano moniker) which was not too filled, mostly melted cheap cheese, a taco which was more lettuce than anything else, some fries (which were pretty decent, the kids loved the fries with the cheese sauce) and some churros, which the kids liked. - cleanliness, the burrito, the taco + the staff, the fries

Very friendly and helpful. I'm not savvy on the self order machine, so the server helped me after i described what food i wanted. Food was very nice, hot and served in a timely manner.

On arrival every table was dirty. I had to ask for our table to be cleaned as there was dried on sauce on the table. Someone came eventually and only wiped the sauce off. The whole table should have bee cleaned

Ordered the food, ordered confirmed, waiting for driver to pick up…… estimated delivery 22:55-23:15….20 minutes later ORDER CANCELLED, now I’m left without food, I’m at work and don’t have enough time on my break to order again because the ORDER was CONFIRMED, but never delivered… why???????? Your services are the worst i have ever seen in my life, not to mention countless times when I ordered a chicken burrito and it came without the chicken, this was my last order ever made here and i hope others are gone do the same, I’m guessing that I’m not the only one that has these issues with your services… Adios

The left hand self service machine had been out of order for maybe 8 months now. Yesterday the right one too. Indoor service is a long second fiddle to the drive through for speed. Nice food

We'd never been to Taco Bell before, but stopped by here to grab some dinner on a long journey. Good food at reasonable prices.

What you expect from Taco Bell, puts a lot of british ‘Mexican’ food to shame. Queues can be quite long hence the 4 star.

Food was mostly cold .. fries and a couple of the wraps .. one chicken wrap was hardly any filling . Quesadilla was nice nice flavour but same lacking filling. The extra sides of cheese sauce where tasteless and almost watery and such a tiny amount in a pot so not enough to really dip anything into it . Sour cream was nice creamy but very small in the serving you pay for definitely not worth it. Wouldn't return unfortunately 😕

i have been here quite a few times and the food is lovley however staff are quite rude and sit laughing when people having issues, also dont care and in my quesadilla cravings box for the four slices of quesadilla there was only chicken in two of them and my taco had no lettuce in

Absolutely vile, cold and wraps had very little filling in. Prices gone up and quality gone down. Staff rude and not professional. Zero stars.

Part of the order was missing and I had to drive back to get it which meant the food was cold by the time I got home. The chips were stale like the had been out for some time. Its not cheap fast food, our order cost £30. Should have gone to McDonald's. Lesson learnt, won't go back.

Never been to a taco bell before. Food was very nice but cold not sure if that is how its ment to be. Cleanliness was a little laps for our liking, for on the floor tables not cleaned and people with their shoes on the tables but nothing was said. We enjoyed the for and except that they may have just had a very busy period.

Our first UK taco bell.... lovely hot food. Quickly delivered. We ate inside, the inside area was spotless clean and tidy.... The food was .. as per the pictures.. a great experience. We will be back...

Quick service, tasty food. An excellent better option to McDonald's. The volcano burrito is brilliant, spiced chipped dipped in the "Fire sauce" are ace as well.

It wouldn't allow me to put any lower!! we was waiting in the drive-through for over an hour, the staff were rude and laughing whilst everyone had an issue it was the worst experience of my adult life. I won't be coming back ever again.

Back when this place first opened it was pretty awful to be honest, but they've really turned it around. The gent at the drive thru was clear, very polite and generally very pleasant, the food was all there, and all really nice. Great to see the place back up to the quality that made me fall in love with taco Bell

Only 2 pepole in at the time the staff were brilliant and to be honest best smelling facility's ever come across

Absolutely disgusting. Members of staff were eating while cooking food and didn’t change their gloves. Rubbish and dirt all over the floor, no clean tables. Took over 45 minutes for us to get our food. My partner got food poisoning from their chicken, the chicken was raw and pink, and has spent his 30th birthday in bed. Reporting this to their head office and the council. Needs shutting down or proper management! Travel the extra distance to Sheffield instead!

The ladies were very nice helped me in and out of the restaurant with my pushchair and baught my food to the table so i could feed my baby only downfall is they don't actually have a baby changing which is really odd and definitely not good. Food is worth the money you pay .

Not very clean and food took a long time to be made, even though they weren't busy. Food was OK.

Phone service is terrible! Always try to ring up and no answer from them and also the wraps are very small portions unlike everywhere else.

Visited the Worksop Taco Bell for the first time as it’s not long been there , had the volcano burrito meal which was nice, a bit tight in the fries & the taco I ordered had loads of salad at the top & small amount of meat in the bottom , staff were nice enough, few of the tables needed cleaned but there was only a few customers in eating , would go again

Liked it would have given it give 5 stars if it wasn't for it needing a bit of time on cleanliness

every time i come here i get a volcano burrito without the lava sauce , somehow every time i get it , it comes with the sauce in? i don’t get how it’s so hard to remove an ingredient but clearly for taco bell it’s extremely difficult.

Not sure what was colder, the food or the stare i got from one of the staff members. Was the 3 kilo's of lettuce in the taco really necessary , could feed a family of 5 snails for months on that. Only time i felt happy in this place was on the way out. Husband's been following through for the last 2 hours, said he'd rather have his balls chopped off. As for the music, i bet a steak has better taste, and im vegan

My goodness- it's awful. It's dirty (both in the kitchen and out in the seating area). They're incredibly stingy with fillings in the wraps. Just wanted to see if they were any good but will definitely be avoiding in future

Food was good Staff stood around not doing alot apart from gossiping. Refillable drinks stand filthy. Tables uncleared also dirty. 1 other couple sat eating so wasn't busy. No excuse for poor cleanliness.

First time trying Taco Bell, and the food is amazing, a little less fresh with delivery, but can’t be helped. Staff were polite.

First time trying Taco Bell for both my partner and myself. After reading the reviews, we were somewhat sceptical but decided to give it a try regardless. To say it was dinner time (after 1pm) there weren't many people around which was concerning. We both opted for the crispy chicken burrito combo's, expecting a bit of a kick. We waited around ten or so minutes, but we didn't mind that much as we knew it more than likely meant that our meals would be fresh. When our order was called, it smelt delicious and the seasoned fries looked amazing. However, upon eating we both agreed that the seasoning was slightly overpowering and we resorted into purchasing dips which were 55p each. The Burrito's were slightly disappointing, considering we make spicier ones at home and were considerably bland in comparison to what we both expected. The atmosphere was also lacking and didn't really feel welcoming and the music playing in the background was too much for my liking (for someone with an ADHD diagnosis and sensory overload speaking) but each to their own. It was okay, but I don't think we'll be in a rush to return anytime soon.

We looked at the reviews before ordering but still decided to give it a try. Firstly the staff are friendly and pleasant, no issues there, the wait isn't an issue, we'd rather wait for fresh food than getting old food instantly, refillable drinks is a good perk to coming here. Finally the food, burritos were satisfactory, expected more spice and disappointed not to get at least a tingle, fries were over seasoned, it was like licking an empty cheesy doritos packet. We'll be back to try more of the menu but not be rushing back. Hopefully they read these reviews and our next visit will be 5* 😊

Ordered a deluxe taco with cheese sauce fries no sour cream on taco young girl couldn't change it or just add sauce as there was no management on site

Never again asked for beef they ran out, told only chicken but wanted to charge £1 extra for chicken cheek. Only a trace of chicken in the taco.

Half hour wait for food, kids changing room was locked, a lot of people waiting a long time for orders clearly not enough experienced staff. When we got our food the fries was cold and didn't get any dip for our churos. Still nice tasting food just terrible service.

Dangerously filthy. With only my family and one other in. Every table was filthy, and the staff clearly weren't changing gloves between different jobs. None of which were cleaning the tables apparently. Otherwise what you'd expect from fast food, nothing interesting just the venue itself was worryingly dirty with staff that didn't appear to care about hygene at all.

This place is so bad it takes ages for your food to get to you i orderd a pack a churros and it says you get 3 but only got 1 the crunchwrap sumpreme has barley any meat in it and is mainly lettuce the volcano burrito isnt spicy at all please dont go i dont know if its the staff or the owners but you need to sort yourselfs out you can barley here the staff through the intercom for god sake

Great place . There are some people that think it's a fast food place 'it's NOT'. Enjoying fresh made food to order doesn't always arrive fast. Yes there may be a wait at times when it's busy but that's because people enjoy the food and come back for more. Just saying! Be be kind it costs nothing!

Ordered quite a few times via Uber Eats and 90% of the time the order is missing something. I don't understand how it can be so hard to follow an order correctly. Just ordered now and a portion of fries are missing.

Great food. However slow service. Dirty seating area and faulty drinks dispenser. I've been half a dozen times in the past month and it's been the same every time. Sort the service out and it'd be a great establishment

Totally unorganised, short staffed I think

This was absolutely shocking. I ordered a party box and meal for 4 they were all thrown into 1 bag with no boxes so grease ran out all over my car . On getting it home I picked up the bag and everything fell out of the bottom. The bits I could rescue were swimming in grease and inedible The grease had even run into the churros I cannot believe this cost £38 and we couldn’t eat anything if there were 4 teaspoons of minced beef in the whole meal for 4 it would be a miracle. Shocking shocking shocking I have had Taco Bell lots of times from other areas and always good this was complete and utter S**T

Right! I must say that I was genuinely expecting the food to be tasteless, overrated rubbish, which is why I was pleasantly surprised when that wasn't the case, the average spend was anything from £5 to £7 a person on this particular visit, it tasted absolutely stunning, 10/10 would recommend!

Presentation was terrible. Food items appeared to be just thrown in the bag. Churros were missing and the food was not hot. The food itself tasted okay but did not look nice and the soft tacos were damp on one side. We will not be returning.

It's just common courtesy to let the customer know an average wait time, especially if it's over an hour! It's embarrassing on taco bell! His excuse there was ten people infront of us, that's not alot really for a fast food place! Don't be rude Hire more staff Let people know the waiting time before ordering. I wouldn't recommend this place!

Usually lovely from here until tonight. I think this restaurant is trying to have a joke! I left a note reminding them to add the caramel sauce in with the churros and gave us cheese sauce instead. Turned up freezing cold. I asked for a crunchy beef taco and a grilled chicken taco and both came with just beef. The only decent thing about my order was the chuffing drinks. Need new staff. Wouldn’t feed it to a dog. But hey thanks for the free taco ;)

After waiting 30 mins to be served on the drive through the customer service was still horrendous. My father in law then became seriously ill with food poisoning (blood test results and consultation confirmed that it could have only been from the taco bell he'd had from here) he was bed bound for over a week. A conversation with his neighbour led us to find out that her son had been hospitalised on a drip following the same taco bell experience. Such a shame because we have previously enjoyed the food but are now too scared to go again

Awful service to start which was bad enough but my dad got food poisoning following his meal there; was bed bound for a week and severely ill. Please avoid as it’s not safe to eat here!
