Very tasty Chinese, for me best in Worksop ;) Quick preparations at place , 15-20 min of waiting. Prices are quite acceptable. Delivery also quick in time around 45-60 min :) Deffo I’ll come back ;)

The food was absolutely disgusting all the chips were hard and not cooked and the chicken balls were raw will definitely never go again!

Disgusting costumer service. I placed an order for delivery and it never arrived. I gave them a call and they couldn’t find my order. After a while on the phone, another lady greeted me and told me the order will take about 20 more minutes to arrive and my food is ready and cooked. I cancelled the order straight away, i was offered food that will get cold till it gets to me. She offered a free drink, as if the drink would sort out the whole situation. Absolutely disgusting service, not even a phone call to let me know that my food will be late. I totally understand rush hours but ignoring your costumers and offering them food that has been sitting there for a while is totally unacceptable. Do not recommend at all, avoid. Also, i have a baby that has been crying all day and I couldn’t look after my self and didn’t get a chance to cook. Now I’m low on money and hungry as hell. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

We recently had a girlie's weekend at Clumber Park Lodges and fancied a Chinese on the Saturday night. We popped into the Golden Dragon for a takeaway. We ordered house special fried rice, chicken fried rice x2, beef chow mein no veg, crispy shredded chicken with chilli and garlic, sweet shredded crispy chicken, sweet and sour chicken balls, bbq saucex2, chips, and bean sprouts with no onion and peppers. Whilst eating we were all amazed at how great the food was, it was cooked perfectly and tasted divine. In fact I thought it was much better than my local Chinese take away back home. That says a lot because I've always thought they were good. I'd certainly recommend this place to everyone. Enjoy!

Not very good food, house chowmain was not good, no vegetables and chicken was chewy, called for a refund or replacement, the woman said she didn’t care, I said I’ll leave bad feedback, again she said she didn’t care. I explained to her that’s not good customer service. I won’t be ordering there ever again.

Tried to order food for delivery, girl answered, said my address, I said no we at neighbour so number 272, she said just a minute then hung up. Rsng back 7 times from 3 different mobiles. Each time she answered I said we were cut off she refused to speak to me and hung up. What disgusting behaviour. We will never ring again. We phoned Dai Family instead placed our order for £90 worth of food.!!!! Ride, rude rude!

Delicious food and friendly staff

Ordered delivery as my local takeaway is closed on a Monday. Arrived 30 minutes later - Tasty, hot and delicious. Will definitely order again. Brilliant

Loyally ordered from here for the past 2 years ish, forgiving the odd mistake here and there . However, After tonight we will never return. The mushroom chow mein tasted like dirty water and was just full of onions, the S&P chips portion was tiny, under cooked,tasted of rot and not of salt and pepper. The S&P chicken wasn’t crispy and was also under seasoned. My bf called to complain for a refund, which we rarely do. He was nice to the lady and she was rude and wanted to send us more food but we both felt sick from what little food we just tried to eat, so asked for a refund again. She went to speak to her manager and literally just said ‘yeah I’ll refund you’ and hung up on him. On the plus side, delivery driver was really nice and even though I darent eat them, the prawn crackers are alright. We haven’t eaten tonight, both feel sick and are now waiting 3 days for a refund. Great Saturday night! 👍🏼 Update- 3months later and we still haven’t been refunded!! Absolute joke!!

Food made me and my Fiancé poorly after having this. I couldn’t eat mine as there were a funny smell from the food. My fiancé has been up early hours sick. Stay away from this place not good at all. Gave 1 star as it would not let me post.

Chicken fried rice was nice but unfortunately the chicken balls weren't cooked on the inside so I couldn't eat them. That's a fiver wasted. Delivered quickly but I'd rather them take 10 minutes longer and cook the chicken balls properly

Beautiful food well prepared early delivery

Keep away. I ordered a Singapore chow mien just recently and the next day I was in a bad way. This concerned me when whilst waiting for the dish it was passed to me is less than 5 minutes. The next day I was in a bad way. The dish is a mix of meats. I am more concerned with the health implications with the current virus situation. I did go to see them 2 days later to express my concern but was met with a blank face. Stay away if this is the case. I would have given 0 stars but that wasn't possible.

I’ve ordered from here for a good few years and this is the worst I’ve had. The beef was so chewy it wasn’t edible and the chicken was also chewy and had and again not edible so I only ate the pork and one prawn in my crispy noodles. Very disappointing and I doubt I’ll be ordering from here again.

So I thought I would keep it simple Salt and Pepper Chicken and Lemon chicken with Egg fried Rice. Well it turns up 30 minutes late and I have chips instead chicken and I am told the lemon Chicken is made with Pineapple not Lemon. No apology just poor food and poor service. I was told that I would get refund but I paid cash.I suggest people go elsewhere as this place is terrible. Good job I don't have any allergies as a mistake like that could be disastrous

The rice was nice but there wasn’t a lot of peking sauce. The sauce was too sweet.

Absolutely love this Chinese. Best in Worksop by far. I order at least twice a week (greedy I know lol). Ive never had anything bad from here unlike most takeaways I've ever ordered from. The staff are extremely friendly 10/10 ***** KW. Gladstone Street.

Came early, great quality and piping hot. Only complaint i have is the £3 delivery charge being a bit steep but other than that everything was great!

Ordered online but instead of delivery which we paid for decided to phone and ask if we could collect as we were starving !!!! This proved no problem at all . Food was absolutely delicious! The salt and pepper chicken was to die for. Only negative is the charge for paying via card - it's 2018 and you still get charged for using card, lol.

I have never been in restaurant so cannot really rate this. Food was lovely, but did take a long time to arrive and also requested chopsticks, which we did not get.

Food was delivered 15 mins later than just eat first said which wasn’t too much of an issue for me but when food arrived everything but the salt and pepper chicken was cold. Ordered crispy duck too and it was mostly just hard crunchy pieces, not much actual meat in it. First time ordering from here as our usual Chinese is closed for refurb, won’t order again.

to be honest I'm really not impressed at all my chips came with the sauce on an they were soggy by time got to me would have been nice if they had put the sauce in a separate pot. an wasn't that hot either also the chicken was over cooked not happy at all.

Late by.30 min no coutesy phone call to say sorry its late. When i called to see where my food was the woman wasnt bothered there was no appology it was late just itll be another 15 min. Food was lovely but wont order again from here due to lateness/no appology/no delivery charge refund

pre ordered at 5 for 10pm for when I finish at work. love this place usually, but also usually pick up. Says it’s been delivered 5 minutes before even being delivered. Will be picking up from now on.

This is our regular chinese and it is beautiful!. Always fresh and hot and thd new salt and pepper munchie box is to die for.

We ordered quite a few different dishes and every single on of them was tasteless and indistinguishable for each other. Rice and noodle dishes were overlooked mush. The only nice dish was the veg spring rolls!! We will never order for here again.

My wife's chicken curry was nice. But I chose a 1/2 duck with pancakes etc. The hoisin sauce was nice and rich, but the duck was well over cooked and dry. I had jaw ache at the end. And I also found 3 bones in the duck which turned my stomach a bit when it crunched when I was chewing. My dog didn't seem to mind though........
