Clean, quick service. Can't go wring on this occasion

Absolutely mega breakfast wraps all delivered piping red hot and the drinks came earlier than expected can tell they where cooked fresh as the packaging wasn’t saturated in moisture/ grease

Usually good but on this occasion, burger buns dry and burnt, chips were cold, no milkshakes or mcflurrys available..self service machine card reader not working, had to que and wait for several customers to pay and collect before getting my order through.

I enjoyed my food, but many people were annoyed as for some reason the app was done. Workers were helpful enough, and the people who served me food were very nice and helpful

I was given a banana milkshake that was mixed with chocolate milkshake. Was awful, everything else was ok.

It's a McDonald's, clean and good service.

Says open 24 hrs but don't believe it we have just called and got told not open till 6am

We received the wrong order, we attempted to contact the store, who wasn't helpful and just told me to contact just eat. And re order again. The order was over 50 pounds, how can a store and a company expect a customer to spend 100 pounds now and then wait for a refund of 50 pounds a week later. Disgraceful service.

They put loads of mayo on my burger even though I specifically ask for no mayo as I'm allergic

Food was cold by the time it arrived, chips tasted stale and hard.

Over 2 hours late, freezing cold food, missing items, drimks spilled over what did arrive. Looks like Ken Block had driven it here. Delivery driver was rude on top. Brilliant.

I have different drinks than I ordered I order Coca Cola and I have banana shake

This is a large fries, this is the 7th time in a row they have not filled the fries properly, but last night was the worst. This pic is their idea of large fries... Update: Another picture, side by side medium and large fries, this is now over the 12th time we've been and had this happen. I mean look at that... Whoever was on fries and thinks that is OK has some serious issues.

Asked for no egg, the wrapper said no egg but there was the egg so a waste of an order. The hash browns tasted wrong also.

Food down to the usual McDonald's level. Service was worse however in the drive-through. One of the lanes got three cars through before my lane took the order. Excuse was they were short staffed .... No excuse at 5pm. Disappointed

My large coke wasn’t even a small by the time I had got it. The driver had spilled it all over, the bag is soaking.

Tepid chips and a tepid burger you need to do better at premium prices we now expect a lot more!

Good place for a takeaway, I like to use the app and let the staff bring me my order. You have to park in the numbered bays, but this one has plenty, so it's not a problem.

It tooked 30 minutes to prepare my order,it wasnt the driver's fault,i understand it was just one person inside the restaurant for deliveries but i was still disappointed that took so long

I got my food and it all felt warm and only just 2 minutes after opening, all the food was cold, slightly warm at best. The fries were not even full enough. I eaten a couple chicken nuggets and had one bite of my burger and had to throw the rest out coz it really wasn’t worth it this time. So I would really appreciate some form of a refund thanks

Hello, I want to share my opinion about this McDonald's, a large part of their staff on this site when you come to collect an order (as a delivery driver) they always choose to ignore you even if your order is ready which is very rude and I don't understand if they do it because they don't respect us or the job they have because what they don't understand is that we represent their customers who paid for that food and I want them to receive it warm not to stand on top of hood and to cool what is inside, I understood that in this city there is a McDonald's Franchise and I understand that they do not care about McDonald's customers and that is why there is a total lack of organization here, because in other cities it is different and you can see that they are not franchises, or at least they don't look like they are.

We're disappointed by how Mc Donald’s treats delivery drivers. We work hard to ensure timely deliveries, but the staff often ignores us, making us wait unnecessarily. It’s important that we are treated with respect and acknowledgment. We hope Mc Donald’s can address this issue and show delivery drivers the respect we deserve. Your standard McDonald’s. Very clean not too busy although it was lunch time and the staff were kind and friendly

I visit this Mcdonald's frequently, and I'm giving it 3 stars because they often miss including sauces in the bag or provide the wrong ones. While it's better than getting no sauces at all, you should receive what you order and pay for. Aside from that, it's your typical McDonald's experience. Check your bags for correct order/sauces before driving off, however if you get worng order/sauces and you're in a rush, that's very inconvenient.

Just been here with my partner, I will never ever return, the food was ok but my partner went to the bathroom mid way through our meals and came back to inform me that he was disgusted that a staff member in the men’s went into the toilet cubicle and walked out without washing his hands afterwards and these are the people working in the kitchen and serving customers, made me sick to my stomach. Definitely will not be returning.

Employ children and power hungry manager. Spoke to me with zero customer service skills absolute disregard for my order that was incomplete. Making kids rush about trying to complete orders and mistakes will always be made. I will be sending an email to McDonald’s franchise department and also the owner of this franchise. Angry and discusted with how I was treated

Half of my fries was missing. The chips were cold. And the nuggets were old and rubbery

Arrived cold despite quick delivery time by very pleasant courier and with insulated JustEat bag - drink was flat as well, so I doubt it was made fresh upon courier's arrival at the restaurant and handed directly to him, as should (and normally does) happen. Or perhaps he was waiting for another order. Regardless, will avoid ordering at the weekend in future.

Didn't get has many fries has we usually do and drink wasn't full like usual and also no ice cubes. Maybe Mr McDonald's has ran out with all this lovely weather.

The driver got my food at 2:06 and I didn’t receive my food till 2:42. By the time it came my ice had melted in the drink. Ice cream was pretty much just milk now and all my food was cold and soggy.

Order wrong staff making the que longer by lake of knowledge on anyone's order got two wrong orders before they got it right. Need some duracells in there backsides shocking.

Obviously a one off (first time ordering Saturday lunchtime) but courier was waiting at restaurant for a little while and had to deliver elsewhere first; however, food was still warm, burger was perfect, including extra onions, McFlurry hadn't melted, so all good! 30 - 40 minutes later than initial estimate but it's usually spot on so will still feel happy to order again in future.

Going downhill fast more like drive through orders are not correct. If you yoi go insude it takes forever as drive through gets priority.

Food freezing cold. Hat-trick burger only had 2x burgers in it Large meal only had half chips. Literally same amount my son got in his happy meal. Not the first time been utterly disappointed with this particular location. Never normally complain and seriously doubt anything will be done about it but won't use this location again. Every order has issues. Burgerking it is from now on!!

I am a member of the rewards program so collect many points and have had many freebies. Like everyone, we all enjoy a Maccy D''s. I also think their coffee is better and cheaper than those coffee shops
