McDonald's in Bassetlaw

hi I received the wrong order, had to go back to McDonald's, and my order was still on top of the counter. I paid delivery and a tip for the driver. so I was not happy . I would like my delivery money back. has to whats the point in haveing it delivered

food missing again. dose no one do check to make sure everything is in the bag before selling it.

past 3 times of ordering have had missing items

Our order was delivered but my coke and the banana milk shake was tipped up in the bag and pouring out the bottom. Told the delivery man and he just walked off. We didnt get our drinks or the Mcflurry as the drinks had been tipped up all over the icecream

The potatoes were not good and it took a long time to be served

Typical McDonald's, food was nice , place was clean and staff friendly.

No food arrived, only the drinks turned up but had spilt everywhere

I ordered Feed the Family Deal and didn’t received the full order ..

It took over a hour for him to get here then hes drive down street back up and not even come to my door am stood waveing at him in window

we waited 1hr and 40mins the food came and the chicken strips was like biting into rubber as though it had been sat there for an hour or so the whole food order was as cold as the cold drinks. we wont be ordering from mcdonalds again

Although the courier was very apologetic the restaurant Sent out wrong order so courier had to take it back meaning the order was late and cold.

I ordered chicken selects I got chicken nuggets. didn't want chicken nuggets not to mention the price difference.

Had a drive around for a hour before dropping off cold food.

I asked for a milkshake, no straw. it's the little things that we pay for that makes the service we don't receive

I ordered a normal meal apart from my burger being plain and was asked to pull into the grill bay. Then four people behind me were served before me.

Food delivered early and hot, very good

Everytime we use this drive thru it takes ages and theres always missing things out of orders and tonight ive had enough because it took 10 minutes in the car park for COLD food even though the place was empty and the worst of it they didnt even give us minecraft toys

The food was wrong and so was a drink. One burger still had pickles on after a request to take them off was made, there was supposed to be a strawberry milkshake too, that was replaced by a second full fat coke.

Paid £29. Not cheap. No sauces /no STRAWS / and no chocolate brownie. Really not good enough and food cold. Disappointed

How to wait for ages at drive-thru to get click and collect order and no deliver to bay available. Not sure why they didn't park orders up instead of making people wait so long

ordered a vanilla milkshake and they gave me banana.

Open 24hrs unless they're not. Literally ordering my food at the kiosk and told they won't cook it and they're closing. If you're closed lock the door maybe..

I ordered 20 chicken nuggets and it was 20, chips were cold and barely any liquid in the cokes

Absolutely freezing in here! Seems to be a gossip gang going on hardly any one in and still stood after 15 mins waiting for 3 kids meals. Poor lady out front cleaning up in the cold 🥶 it's 3c outside and feels warmer

Hot chocolate machine not working again

Delivery time kept extending for time, mediocre at best food, lukewarm, bit soggy compared to your usual maccies, couple of sauces missing, generally sad to be honest

after the first order was totally wrong , we reluctantly re-ordered as my daughter had no food and was hungry, when the order arrived the drink was half empty, when requesting about what happened, he replied there was nothing he could do about it

Took 1 and a half hours to deliver a breakfast wrap, sausage McMuffin and 2 hash browns. After all that… the order was not even mine!

If not closed because of lack of staff, the computers are down and will not get served. Slow service when you do get served. Just because you go at 0300 hrs, when you really need them as no where open, you get let down on a regular basis.

Unfortunately the disabled toilet door doesn’t secure properly and is clearly used as a dumbing ground for cleaning equipment. Big shame

The fries were quite warm and fresh, the chicken nuggets were crispy and also fresh. Everything tasted great, the delivery driver was early, kind and polite. I’m completely satisfied with this order. Thank you very much 💜

I am missing my chips and chicken nuggets and I have paid for them I am not happy at all has the delivery driver taken them out before he delivered them I am not happy at all I have paid for my food I should get what I have paid for

I'm just Guna say this Just drove to maccies Mile long que Got a big tasty meal with a full fat cola no ice cubes and a double cheeseburger I paid cash Got to the window asked for 5 tomato dips and 5 sweet chili dips The girl gives me 4 of each Gives me my meal A quarter of the coke was missing I said "can you fill my coke up please to the top there is loads missing " The whole work forced stopped with their mouths on the floor gob smacked like I was jesus Christ just scaring at me Drive home 5 minutes yeah Chips hard cold seriously Big tasty hard cold like fridge cold Coke is literally not coke. No fizz and gas water with some sort of syrup I'm guessing Hand on heart, £11 of dirt Haven't touched the freezing double cheese burger yet Should get my money back

What an absolute cluster of a McDonalds store. You order food and sauces, they specifically ask you what sauces you want because they’re part of the actual meal. You order a couple of ketchup and BBQ and lo-and-behold, they don’t arrived. They never do, do they? They’re literally PRINTED on the receipt, they’re DISPLAYED on screen in front of the staff. They’re ITEMISED to be on the order, as part of your meal for you to enjoy them with it. COME ON, IT’S NOT DIFFICULT!! Goodness me.

Keep going to McDonald's with my kids. And through the drive through very poor service. They want to get a new manager in everything is going wrong. Just had a break muffin one tiny piece in it, bacon. Across milkshakes , never the right flavor talking back many times

Shocking i ordered food for just under £50 to feed 4 of us, drinks came and a happy meal and some nuggets the rest was missing. i tried to phone and i was hung up on and then the phones was turned off. terrible

The order was incorrect, the delivery was late. I will order again as the food is good but not impressed some of the order is missing!

Everything you expect from a mcdonalds. The guy clearing tables and keeping the place tidy did a fantastic job. It's a tight car park and not a huge amount of spaces
