Wife had Vegan breakfast and oat milk latte and I had Mega breakfast with black coffee, both excellent, everything spotless with tables quickly cleared and little delay waiting and very well run by the very hard working guy at front and young girl on coffee machine!

What a refreshing change to go to a Tesco store and find they have a proper café in situ. My local Tesco changed to Costa some years ago and it is dire in there, noisy, very expensive and very limited on choice. The café in Tesco Worksop is wonderful, clean, bright, great value for money and the staff are so friendly and helpful. I visit my sister who is in a local Nursing Home and the Tesco café has proved a godsend for somewhere comfortable and reasonably priced to get food and drink. Long may it last, wish my local store still had its decent café.

first time i have been in nice and clean and guy was very welcoming i ordered a breakfast which came well presented but the sausage is awful, i am sure they could find some that are better and tast like a sausage.

Déjeuner du 06/04/22, Le service se paie au comptoir puis une serveuse apporte les plats. Service plutôt correct et rapide. Plats simples, sans prétention mais au final pas si mauvais et surtout très bon marché. En conclusion : pour un déjeuner rapide et sur le pouce, pas cher et pas si mal.

We do from time to time pop in for a coffee and cake which is always nice.Prices are good and service is excellent.Somfetimes we are served by Louise B who is very cheerful,friendly and extremely industrious,serving food,making coffee and cleaning tables.Her friendly smiley personality is a joy to see,well done Louise B...

I was drawn in by the new vegan breakfast on the menu and it was spot on/ almost edible (just joking). The nipper really enjoyed his breakfast too and we even went mad and ordered cake to finish with wich was also pretty good although ot quite as good as it looked. The staff were also very professional, friendly and patient when listening to the insane ramblings our little lad! :-)

Best Cafe in Workshop for good value, honest, fresh cooked food. The staff we have always found to be friendly and efficient too. My wife and family have been frequenting this place for more than 15 years and have never had a bad experience. Yes the building is old Victorian era and has been many things before in its past, so it has obviously been knocked around quite a bit. This for me gives it character, look at the old creaky staircase and wonder who and how many people climbed them in the past.... If this building could speak it would tell some interesting.tales I'm sure. There are many things you could say are not great standard if you are hard to please but the food quality and staff are top notch and this makes it a comfortable place to eat, our type of cafe. My particular fave dish is the Cheese Omelette, but between me, my wife and our children we have tried quite a good selection from the menu without complaints. We are always greeted on entry and the food is always served in a timely fashion, with a smile. We have tried other cafes in Workshop but they don't have the value, character or warmth that this one has. So try it out, if it's not for you go and be robbed by some of the other pirates in Worksop.

Water MeadowsWhat could be a cozy and warm, charming tearooms was totally spoilt by simply not heating the place appropriately. Why on earth wasn't the wood burner lit on a dark, wet and freezing cold January day? It was absolutely freezing cold! I get that the staff maybe warm but such places need to bear in mind that the comfort of the customer should be the priority. Who wants to sit in their coat, shivering? Come on guys, this is England in January. Get the heating on and the wood burner roaring.

106 Bridge StreetCame here with the family and enjoyed a full English. The food was cooked to perfection and the waiting staff very friendly. Top marks all round guys, thanks very much!
