such a good range of items, so sad that the cafe at the back had to close down as the food was lovely. friendly staff and always well stocked!!

Visited a couple times with my girlfriend, drinks was lovely specially the cocktails. I myself had the lobster linguine and my girlfriend had the lamb shank, I must say the food was amazing and the service was top tier. Highly recommend. The desserts was perfect as well

We had a lovely meal unfortunately this plastic managed to slip in our meal we returned it immediately they were great to replace the food and gave us drinks

Great place for a meal with friends

Some issues here with food hygiene. Staff member with long hair over face, continuously push hair from face whilst making the drinks and prepping things. Only washed his hand and tied hair back after I complained. Also asked for dairy free spread and they presented butter in the plate.

Having not been before how fabulous it was to come to a restaurant that knows what it’s doing . Incredibly professional . Amazing welcome . Superb service and food. Think it’s up there with Hoe Allan’s in London . Seriously good. Thank you Rohan for superb service. 20 out of Ten .

Excellent cheerful banter and conversation with Chris. Extremely pleasant chap that was more than happy to help and nothing was toomuch trouble. Note to self..... "take more cash next time to tip higher" 3 course meal is very good value for money. Food was marvelous, not sure about the side lettuce though. But maybe I'm a philistine 😂😂

We waited for longer than I would have expected. The meals had an abundance of peas and onion rings, which we were unable to eat, a waste of food.

We enjoyed a fabulous lunch at John's House in August, having received gift vouchers as our wedding present - our friends know this is our favourite celebration restaurant. From the moment you are seated in the lounge with menus, drinks and amuse bouche, the whole dining experience is superb. We opted for the 3 Couse lunch, which at just under £50 seems excellent value. The home grown heritage tomato salad was fresh, zingy and perfectly presented. The pork was delicious, complete with crisp crackling. I loved the white chocolate dessert too. We supplemented our menu with the palate cleansing Blackcurrent pre-dessert, sublime, and my favourite, the cheeseboard. The choice 6 out of 15 British cheeses was very indulgent and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The food was impressive, the presentation outstanding, and the young team exceptional. John's House offers the perfect dining experience.

Went while we were at Butlins to get out of there for a decent meal and that is exactly what it was The restaurant is clean and it’s and the service was friendly and good. There were 14 of us and all the meals were good and well presented would recommend. About 40 mins walk or the bus passes by if your going to Butlins

Had a fantastic meal last night with my family and once again the food and service were spot on. We visit fairly regularly and are treated like family.The staff are all very friendly and professional. I highly recommend a visit to the Dilraj.
