Came in to meet an old friend and the food and hospitality is great as always. Had a very lovely carvery and the staff were accommodating. Will always recommend this restaurant for the food and atmosphere.

Wow what more can I say . Friendlyhelpful staff . Food ( carvery ) was absolutely wonderful from generous meats to crispy toasties. A great selection of veg too . Eyes to big forms belt so given a take out tub . Thankyou for a fab experience

I went out with family and attended the Wednesday night quiz. Excellent fun staff very friendly. Great atmosphere would definitely visit again.

Called in after work heard the place was good for food and boy it didnt disapoint one bit food was delicious and the beer was nice n cold

This place never fails. Hardworking staff and a fantastic Carvery every time . Bit rude of myself because I never even look at the menu because the carvery is so good .. Welcomed with a friendly face at the door by Dee who also took my food and drink order . Chloe was also working hard behind the bar. Other staff very friendly. Took a risk tonight by calling in without booking but it paid off. Carvery looked lush and tasted fantastic as always. Thanks Chesterfield …my go to local favourite Carvery.

Have been going here for years. Always have a carvery. Today was alwful cold plates(usually have to use napkins to hold Hot plate) meat looked lovely, plenty of veg. Problem Veg was barley warm! I was offered a refund on my meal I asked for a pudding instead. Hardly any staff, hardly any customers ! Such a shame used to be lovely

10/10 for service and quality! The food was exceptional! The friendly staff were excellent and went above and beyond, especially the tall gentleman with tattoos who served us on the carvery!

that we have been going to the chesterfield arms for 23 years this year. Last October we had a really bad experience so we haven’t been back till today. Well things haven’t got any better!! We had booked a table and nobody came over I had to ask someone to see to us we had our meal my daughters was ok my husbands chips and chicken on his mixed grill was extremely dry and over cooked and I had the carvery which only had beef, I don’t like beef but nobody told us that’s what was available plus all the veg was dry and honestly not very nice. So my daughters birthday is next week and we always go to the chesterfield but not now or anymore we have it another chance and it failed miserably

Chose the Chesterfield Arms as the venue for my partners wake, just up the road from Bretby crematorium. Buffet was excellent, especially the cakes. Friendly staff couldn't have been more helpful, and a nice pint of Abbots.
