The best restaurants in East Midlands

By far one of the best places I've eaten this year. Massive choice of dishes. Excellent price and the staff are the best. Would 100% recommend and I'll be going back more and more.

A great pizza restaurant, pizza was really good,nice flavour and good quality. Sevice was good and the restaurant itself had a nice atmosphere.

We had the best service and the food was delicious. We had a bit of a wait for our main course but this was spotted before we pointed it out and it was rectified immediately. We would definitely visit again.

Enjoyed a lovely afternoon / evening of Tapas at this wonderful restaurant. Chose a good time to go before it got too busy in Nottingham city centre. Food and service were great - each of us having 3-4 dishes. Many thanks to the Deputy Manager; Barry, who knows us as regulars took it upon himself to adjust our table booking to suit our seating requirement.

We were taken to this restaurant by family. The choice on the menu was varied from traditional to Asian & Moroccan. Our food was cooked to perfection, piping hot and served quickly. The homemade ice cream is delicious. This has spoilt me now for visits to my local eateries that don't come close.

Good, tasty food in pretty healthy portions. The burgers are a sensible option although not absolutely thin smash burgers that you might have got used to. The only real issue are the pie choices. I recently had the steak and ale and the filling was extremely tasty, but there was a scant two inches of pastry. So if you're looking for something with a good slab of pastry top and bottom perhaos steer clear for one of the other tasty options.

Spent £24 on 4x tickets for the euros games and arrived only to learn the event had been cancelled and tickets were no longer being accepted for entry, despite me only purchasing the tickets earlier that day! The drinks vouchers were deemed invalid too. Spoke with the manager who was entirely unhelpful and unsympathetic to our situation despite the fact that we spent £2k on our Christmas party there last year! Awful customer service and terrible attitude from the manager. Will not return and certainly will not host another company event there in future.

This is my third time spanning about 50 years. Our tour guide Ryan was fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable and engaging. Great value given the overall experience and the knowledge imparted. Our only regret was that we didn’t carry any change to add to the teams tip box.
