not happy because my food wasn't warm and food was late

Delivery driver rang me and said he can’t find my address 20 minutes after the app said it’s on its way and my food was barely warm . I would not order from here again waste of money

food everything is good but you can't track delivery driver ! so just have to go by estimated delivery times! can be caught a little off guard!

Food was fantastic, definitely superior to the last time I ate here years ago. The portions were generous too - was very happy with this meal!

unfortunately couldn't track my order which I prefer then I have time to sort out utensils etc. Thought the pitta bread was small for a medium kebab although the fillings were were enough could do with a bigger pitta!

The portion has been reduced compared to last year and earlier. It now costs more but it is 30% less. Very disappointed. Quality remains good.

Nice and tasty wrap, chicken wings were great and garlic mayo is so very good. We would have liked a bit more cheese on the fries for the extra cost, but there were plenty of fries and good chicken nuggets.

Pizza is fresh tasting, not too oiley, good amount of toppings. The fact the buy one get one free offer isn't limited to 2x of the same pizzas is a huge bonus. Really enjoyed the food. Good quality and gently on the bank.

Part of our order was missing, we tried calling the restaurant to get this corrected but they wouldn’t do anything other than give us a couple of pounds off our next order which wouldn’t happen as we order online, very disappointed as I’ve been ordering from them regularly for 16 years and have only had minor issues in the past.

One of the best kebab places around. Fresh and always arrives within the time given. Only minor issue I've had is the chips got a little soggy due to the closed bag. Apart from that never had an issue with this place.

I wouldn’t order again, the Garlic Sauce is not garlic sauce just a huge amounts of Mayonnaise no garlic taste whatsoever. Threw away a large amount of my food which was in contact with the mayonnaise due to allergy. The food was ok, Chicken Doner moist however too oily. Food delivery time 8:20-8:40. Food arrived 8:37. I call them querying the mayonnaise was told that they do use mayonnaise and the website shouldn’t say garlic sauce. Offered to substitute it but I said no.

Ordered at 3pm vi's justeat to be delivered at 5.30pm finally arrives 6.45pm. Stone cold. Delivery driver was lovely and said shop very busy. Fair enough but I pre ordered at 3pm so should be on time. When you ohone nobody answers bad customer service all round

Ordered 3 pizzas but they weren't great, dense bread with not much flavour in the toppings. It's cheap, got 3 for £18 but I'd rather pay more for better pizza.

The food is and has always been extraordinary, but frozen once it was fresh, otherwise old and refrozen, or kept in the freezer for a long time. I hope that next time I won't regret that I also ordered ice cream.

Food was changed on the delivery and turned up cold & was Still late.. about 45 minutes after sent out.. Hard to tell if food would have been nice if hot, Other reviews look like maybe.. But not convinced No point in ordering from Blue point.

Personally the top 2 kebab places in Leicester. Great tasting food and generous portions. There is a reason why they have been around for so long. It is family owned and the service is always top notch. They had a refurb not so long ago and it looks great. I'm a little lucky to live fairly close by so can pick up if needed but it can get pretty busy as it's very popular. Open till very late too.

Garlic Mayo was just slapped on top of a mixed kebab wasnt very warm either plus I clicked I wanted salad with one and one without both came with no salad which ruined my meal won’t be ordering again gone down hill

This could get boring so please bare with me. When I ordered a combination kebab (large) .. the cost was £8.50 which was a chicken shish and lamb kofte mix....you can also order the a chicken shish and lamb Kofte mix for £7.90. And guess what you still get the same amount of quantity of food as the (combination Large) ????? .. and to my disappointment the kofte was hard and burnt I did try and speak to the restaurant but I was told they were to busy in the shop to listen to my query at the time in full...
