The food, the service and the prices are amazing. Really lovely, friendly staff that are always happy and smiley. The food tastes great and the prices are amazing, the kids meals are a big hit.

Great food but delivery service is awful. The last two times we’ve ordered it’s taken over an hour and a half to arrive, despite the website quoting much less. Every time you ring you’re assured it’s nearly there. Last time the food arrived cold. Despite the good pizzas we won’t ever order again.

Great quality food. The Hawaiian pizza was excellent and the beef loaded nachos were delicious. The delivery driver was also very polite.

Best Pizza Ever I've had various pizzas over several decades and this place, wow, great taste and great value. I used the 35% off collection coupon and 4 pizzas 🍕 for £27 - mega cheap. Better than, Papa Jon's, Dominos Pizza and Pizza Hut etc.

This is the 2nd time of ordering and both times the food has been delivered hot, on time and plentiful. Throughly recommend ordering from them.

Wow! Don Carlos exceeded my expectations with their stacker beef and chicken burger and chicken wings. The flavors were incredible, and the quality of the ingredients was top-notch. I highly recommend trying them out for a satisfying and delicious meal!

Best takeaway pizza in Leicester. Amazing fresh garlic sauce.

Firstly i would like to thank the restaurant for introducing me to a new style of pizza! i was sceptical however i am a huge fan of this style and the pizza quality and flavours are second to NONE. This is a family favourite for us at one stage when we first discovered we ordered 4 times in a week :O , my sister who lives far away can not wait when she visits to have it again it’s defiantly an unforgettable experience You will have zero regrets ordering from this restaurant the delivery timings are excellent and the quality is fantastic every-time. Never been disappointed. The option of toppings and garnishing is such a lovely touch and the price is so good for what you get and thats a full tummy and satisfied taste buds. i chose to write a review as absolute credit where its due. The staff are also very friendly and kind which is always nice having your custom appreciated.

I would love to give these guys 5 stars, the burgers are truly great. They just simply can't deliver! I live 5 minutes away on foot and they regularly give me a 60 minute lead time for a burger and then take 2 hours to deliver it. Undoubtedly the worst delivery service in Leicester right now. Appalling

Delivery time was 2 hours… when trying to cancel it wouldn’t let me and couldn’t get through on the phone .

My first time visiting. Collection order was placed online for collection well in advance (before opening time). Had to make a change to the order, called when open and order was changed instantly without any qualms. Upon arrival the food was ready and waiting on time. Never had service so smooth before and was even offered a free drink for being a first time customer. Very impressed with the food and packaging, will certainly be returning to try the pizzas and other items on the menu.

The best take away pizza in Leicester by a long long way

The customer service is shocking especially after getting an order wrong is disgusting!! Putting the phone down on me! Be careful how you order through the app because apparently it’s clear the bbq sauce is a drizzle on the pizza and if I could add a photo I’d prove it isn’t!! It’s how they dealt with it that has wound me up more than anything and they should be offering a refund but instead they pretty much say do 1 and put the phone down!! Disgraceful from them!!!

Been here about 4 times and have been recommend them to other people. However, this time round, the text message said will be ready for collection in 20mins. Arrived early but when I went in, was told a few more mins. But was 20 more minutes. Saw the pizzas were still not in the oven. Eventually when I got home, my chicken wings were not tossed in the sauce specified in the order. Came dry. The Pizzas normally have the sauce as specified on top. Yet again, no sauce. Also no spinach as selected as a topping. This time, very thick amount of cheese on top. Very disappointed this time. 20minutes late and order was incorrect. The guy that normally gives me the food is sound though. Previously loved their pizzas but do I trust them anymore? Do I give it another go? Is it worth the risk???

Deliver time poor , others manageable , for burger’s sandwich bread is small according to meat and others . That’s why you should not order a alot to put inside of sandwich. They might fall . Delicious is okay .

Food was very late and once I called to see where my food was it was obvious that they hadn’t event actioned my order. 1hr 25 mins since ordered before it arrived. Fries were over cooked and burger was tasteless. The only good thing was the cheese sauce. Very disappointed.

Don Carlos is very local to us- so thought to give it a go. We ordered through the app, everything was very efficient. I have to say, the cheesey garlic bread pizza is THE BEST garlic bread I have ever eaten in my life. It’s something I dream about frequently. I ate the entire thing myself.
