Loved every bite of Chicken Gyro, its another version of Shawarma/wrap.

Best place to eat in Leicester. We went near to closing time and they still let us eat in which was perfect for the situation. The food and service is amazing best gyros i have ever had. Really recommend giving it a try, will always go back!!

Fantastic food, priced fairly and always very consistent. Great team in there, especially the shaved head guy, he is a true gentleman! The portions are very good and I’ve not had a bad meal yet! The gyros meat is the best when it’s gone crispy, amazing! Yellow sauce is great!

Fancied a Greek takeaway and came across Gyro Express. Ordered a Chicken gyro and a Kalamaki meal. The food was OK in my opinion and the portions were smaller than expected. The restaurant looked nice and clean, which was a real plus point. Overall, check it out and dine in as the food will be freshly prepared.

The food was incredibly tasty, well priced and a good sized portion. Friendly service, clean, well worth a visit!

This is by far the best restaurant in the area -every time I eat here I feel like I'm healthier than when I walked in. The food is so fresh and tasty and gives you energy afterwards. The guys who work here are really friendly and remember you, and they give the best service. Even if I'm not having food here, its a great place to stop for a coffee. 10/10, I love this place.

I have ordered Greek kebab wrap and I was super disappointed. The food was cold, not much of anything. It was looks like child portion. Spend £9 + delivery for something that was worth around £2. Absolutely scam, food not worth the money. The portions are a joke!!!

Oh,what's not to love about a Gyro! Popped in and ordered a couple of mixed Gyros. Friendly staff,clean and bright restaurant with outside eating areas, Busy, which is always a good sign. A good menu,and fair price's. Food was served quickly, tasted absolutely great. Its a thumbs-up from me.

Not a bad place to grab some good food. Had the Kalamaki meal in the afternoon. Good portion size. Great value for money. Sat inside. £9.50 can't fault it...by the time I left they were very busy.

I ordered chicken gyros and Greek salad to take away, had a pint next door while I waited. Food was very nice. Will sit in and have a beer when weather gets warmer.

Greek food is nice if you have it in Greece cyprus or the islands etc. Everytime I try a Greek place in the UK there's hardly any meat inside the pitta. The salad pitta tzatziki tasted good but very disappointing to have a Greek wrap with a tiny sausage inside

A friend had been putting me off of ordering from here for ages and I'm glad I finally stopped listening to him and placed an order! The food came quickly and was really nice. Had the Skepasti Gyro Mix which comes with two circular pitta style breads sandwiched together with gyro shavings, tomatoes, gouda cheese, tzatziki, and lettuce and cut into 4 pieces. I thought the fries would be inside but they were served to the side of the gyros which was better :) You also get a good sized portion of fries. Will definitely order again.

Experienced gyros eater. This is the real deal. I’m from london travelling through. Needed to let everyone know this is the place to go for gyros. £6 for a delicious gyros. 10/10 well priced, well portioned seasoned perfectly. See you guys next time I’m up

We went on a Greek vacation this year and missed the food. This was such a pleasant surprise. We did not expect to get such a good meal. We had a mixed platter for 2 and I can honestly say it was a Greek portion. We could not finish even half of it. I would definitely recommend. Great service too.

I enjoyed the atmosphere. As soon as one enter the place it feels as if we had just left a blue water beach behind us. It's simple yet beautifully decorated, thanks to the wallpaper showing a Greek panorama. I tried the chicken gyro with my boys and was mind blown. The chicken was tender and moist and very flavourful. The wrap couldnt be more deceiving, it looked hard to chew but in reality it was very soft and fluffy almost melting in my mouth. The french fries also inside the wrap were crispy and soft inside as they should be and well seasoned. I would replace them for something crunchy though and serve them aside. And the tzatziki, oh wow! Fresh, lemony, smooth, giving the dish the kick it needed, complementing it beautifully. Even my big boy who doesn't like those kind of milky sauces, he enjoy it very much. Overall it was an amazing experience that both grown ups and kids will enjoy it, for sure. I'll definitely go back for more

Not totally against the place but nothing special in my opinion. I don't know much about Greek quisine but it's not for me.

Best kebab in the city. Meat -excellent quality i spoke with a staff they importing it from greece. It's Greek style kebab. You will find there also various Greek dishes kebabo stylish

We decided to visit Gyro Express for lunch. We found them very friendly, polite and hospitable, full of smiles while talking with us and other customers. They spoke Greek as well as English and there was Greek music playing in the background, a variety of songs from Vandi to Makropoulos and Karras, making it a very enjoyable experience to sit down and eat. We ordered some Greek pita Gyros, Greek pork kalamaki pita and chargrilled pork Kalamaki dish to go with Ayran. The food was delicious and plentiful and so was the ayran drink. The chargrilled kalamaki was cooked over hot flames and was worth the wait. Both dishes came with salad, fries, pitta bread and an accompaniment of tzatziki. It was definitely worth the visit and we will come back next time. We saw more customers visit and the restaurant became quite busy, which definitely reaffirmed how popular it is with people and we heard other customers who spoke Greek, so it must be a place for locals. They’ve got indoor and outdoor seating, so next time we’ll sit outside when the weather is warmer.

Go once a week and it's always good. A few complain about the price but it's a cut above other takeaways.

I've eaten Pork Gyros in many places on my travels whilst in the Army and I am sorry to say that this was by far the worst. Dry, thinly cut and tasteless. Not going there again .

literally just ordered from here and what I have ate was decent but they left out the salad I asked for and I asked for a seperate side salad and I didn't get that either over priced for what I got I was super excited til I realised it was missing items I also felt uncomfortable.. I wished they was more open and giving to what was added in or could be added ..like extra sauces or whatever
