What a great find! The food is amazing for such an incredibly cheap price. Service a but slow but polite and friendly. I highly recommend! I myself will go back often to try all that they offer.

They have amazing yakiniku! There’s plenty of ingredients to make your own sauce. Definetky recommend!! Kimchi and fried rice is also 10/10!! Love this place

If you come at noon, no reservation is required, and there are self-service fruits and condiments. The stone pot bibimbap and barbecue are very good, the baking tray is replaced in a timely manner, and the taste is quite authentic. The spicy fried chicken rack is also quite delicious. Cash only!

Always receive a lovely warm welcome with a smile from the staff. Food is excellent and great value for money. It’s very fun cooking your own food on the grills, with a range of extras, spices, sauces etc to add to your meals. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for somewhere new to eat in Leicester!

I’ve been a regular customer at Flame Ingo Grill since 2019 and it’s by far my favorite dine-in spot in the city! The staff is amazing and always friendly and going out of their way to be helpful and welcoming. The food is always excellent, prepared and served very quickly and still sizzling from the kitchen. My personal favorite item of their menu is the chicken bibimbap, which my partner and I order every single time we visit!

Really good food and the best fried rice I have ever had. The vibes are lacking a bit but the food makes up for it! Tables could be a bit bigger as you start to struggle for space when you are in a group of four or more. Other than that, well worth a visit!

A great find in Leicester for a charcoal barbecue! I stumbled upon Flame ingo Grill and decided to have lunch here on a whim. I couldn’t have been happier with the meal and service. I would come back here again and again for the barbecue. Definitely one of my favourite places. The dips and seasoning station had a great selection and the fruits were a great palate cleanser to end our meal with. The staff here were very friendly and attentive. Truly a hidden gem.

We came on Monday for lunch and the restaurant is not too busy. The restaurant is very clean and tidy. We like the idea to make the dipping sauce by ourselves. The restaurant also offers the free fruits for dessert which is an Asian style, and we love it. Highly recommend and we will come back again and again.

can’t even rate the food because once we sat down to eat we were told to leave like 2 minutes after. it wasn’t even closing time but there was 1 other person finishing their meal.

The portions are great for their prices. One of my favourite restaurants in Leicester. Their grill is really good too! They use charcoal/briquettes so you can really taste the bbq flavour-the smokey yum yumness! 🤤 unlike others where they use electric grills. The customer service is wonderful too. They're so welcoming and very polite. That's always a plus point! ☺️

First time i went with my partner to try something new, greeted by a lovely lady who helped and made us feel welcome. The resturant was lovely and a nice cosy feel to it. The food i wasnt to sure what to get but when we finally got it, it was all so lovely and enjoyable! Will defo be back!

I came here yesterday with a group of friends and the food was very good. The staff were nice and polite and were helpful with explaining the menu. The food arrived quite quickly and the meat was nicely seasoned. I also liked that there was a table with sauces and ingredients to make your own sauce as well. The prices were pretty standard but it was definitely worth it for how nice the food was. I would recommend visiting this restaurant!

Firstly, the setting of the restaurant is well planned, the ambience is very welcoming, relaxed and warm. The server always serves with a smile and is very efficient with her service. The food was delicious, an absolute treat of flavours worth every penny spent. Highly recommended for delicious, stomach filling warm meals and is budget friendly for a group of people. Do visit this place to treat yourself to a wholesome meal.

The staff were very friendly and our server was very happy to help. The food was fantastic. We have chicken bibimbap, a chilli beef noodle soup and some meats to bbq ourselves. I thoroughly enjoyed grilling the meat myself and adding sauce, garlic and seasonings myself. A definite must try and we will definitely be going back With our children!

Come here every few weeks with my girlfriend and get a pork belly and beef platter with rice and a few starters and food is always great, we love the self service sauce bar and the fact you can cook everything yourself, the service is excellent!

By far the best place to eat they are soo welcoming and the portions are amazing we had leftovers and where able to take these away with us defiantly will be returning

The food is always absolutely delicious, and good value for the price. My first choice whenever i go dining out with friends, and the staff is always very nice and friendly, they are great people.

Walked in to this lovely restaurant today, 17 of us, accommodated us swiftly, wonderful service, excellent food, all very tasty and fresh, nice and clean… also made us some dishes not on the menu which helped with our younger ones. Highly recommend this place :)

Good place if you want to get some Asian-style grill. Ventilation was little to non in the premise though.

Went there with daughter. Menu just makes me so excited because I love all the dishes. Unfortunately we only can eat so much. We order a sharing grill meat, a cold dish and enoki mushrooms rolled with slice beef and egg fried rice. Enjoyed it throughout. Highly recommended.

I chose not to cook my own food and eat some of the food they make. As a guy who's lived in several countries in Asia it's authenticity was fantastic. Everything we ordered had so much flavour and honestly it was a 5 star meal for me. That's extremely rare. I will be back. I recommend the kimchi fried rice and the beef chilli noodles!

Lovely staff and an interesting and diverse range of food on the menu to choose from. We loved cooking things on the grill and would definitely recommend the sweet and sour chicken and the asparagus wrapped in beef - both were delicious 😋

Very good food and authentic set up, good idea to research seasoning combinations before hand if its your first time to make sure the food is tasty. But you can also ask the staff who will do it for you.

I recently went to this restaurant in Leicester City Centre. I was very hungry so I thought I would try out a place I had never been to before, ’Flame Ingo Grill’. The young lady who greeted me was very polite and helpful. The menu did seem extensive, although a number of the things I ordered including the drink were out of stock. There were a number of very nice starters laid out on a table so you could help yourself. I ordered a rice dish with beef brisket and asked for the rice to be replaced with noodles. The dish came and the noodles were very broad and very tasty. There was not much sauce, but what made this very disappointing was the minute pieces of beef on my plate and mean very small! There were just a few pieces of beef the size of my thumb nail. This restaurant should be trying to encourage customers to come back and that means being generous with the portions. I currently would not recommend this restaurant if you are hungry and want a good meal.

This place is such a hidden gem and is never busy as it should be. The indoor bbq at your table creates a brilliant dining experience at an affordable price. Lovely staff too.

Really did not enjoy this place at all!!!!

We really liked the food, there was a wide variety of food from Korean, Japanese and Chinese cultures. Korean BBQ is available but we decided to opt for restaurant cooked dishes instead. We shared a fried rice dish, takoyaki and dumplings. The fried rice delicious, it had amazing flavours and had a bit of a spicy kick to it; which was perfect. The takoyaki was very delicious and traditional and the dumplings were very tasty. We also had a pot of green tea that was brewed nicely. Overall, it was very delicious and the staff were very helpful, helping us to choose what to eat and how much to order. I can't wait to go back and try some new dishes.

I have been in this place twice now with group of friends. We all thought that food was excellent and the service; the place was clean and the staff were fantastic too. The only slight problem for is the table wasn’t big enough to accommodate such a big group of people. Therefore, if you are planning for celebrating with more than six people, it will not be so easy for you. Although, you may be able to request. So, it’s better for you to ring before you book the place or bring your family or friends there.

If you're looking for barbecue meat, go on as they are good for that and have a large selection. But forget it if you want stuff like sashimi or ramen, quantity is a joke for the price and quality is not even remotely there.

Excellent food quality, this place serves both "regular" set dishes and menu and also has a Korean BBQ at each table. The BBQ is the definite highlight and to be honest you're a bit silly if you order something like chips when you have that in front of you. Pick your choice of meats, vegetables and seafood, and get grilling away.

Great food, came very quickly and easy to get a table on a busy Saturday although we were there for a late lunch. Took my friend who doesn't always like to try new things but she loved it. Beef fried rice was lovely and flavoursome, plenty of sauces and herbs for your Korean BBQ dishes. Really enjoyed the vermicelli noodles with enoki mushrooms too! Would go again!

When I came to Leicester to play around, I saw this rotisserie and went in and took a look. I thought it was Korean barbecue. It was originally a bluff, and the northern Chinese were all northern, and it was hard to eat. There was no piece of barbecue. I don’t bake black coke. This kind of oven has been banned in China. The baked food is harmful to the human body. I can’t think of anyone here, the price is expensive, and I only want to be a fat sheep. The talents come, never recommend this place.

An amazing Korean bbq experience. They cater for everyone with different tastes and preferences. They have lots of vegetarian options too. I definitely recommend the lamb chops. They also change the grills every so often to make sure that you get the best experience. There aren't many Korean bbq places in Leicester which use coals to give you the nice smokey flavour that we all know and love; and this is in itself is a reason to experience this.

Amazing BBQ With the best happy attentive service. Food was amazing with an authentic bbq feel. Some food had spicy sauce on (which some of us could not handle, and is not state Don the menu) but they were nice enough to sort it out for us.

Located in the centre of Leicester, the facilities are very nice ad inviting, the staff was very helpful and explained everything. The food was amazing. We had the grilled pork belly, beef and salmon! You grill your own food, you season it as well.. lovely

A fantastic Korean/Chinese table-top grill addition to Leicester with a modern design. The extractors above the grills are powerful and you do not need to worry about the smell getting on your clothes by the end of the evening. The menu has a good range of meats and seafood, along with Chinese and Korean style rice and noodles. There is a ‘help yourself’ condiments counter of sauces, relish, fruits and vegetables, like a mini buffet. Soon as you have ordered your food and drinks, they start to set up your grill and switch on the extractor. Do remember to grease the grill yourself with the little pot of oil on the table before placing the food on. Tongs are provided for placing the raw food onto the grill, avoid using your eating utensils on raw meat! Service was excellent, they changed the grill top twice for us, as soon as they noticed it was getting discoloured from the burning. This is a restaurant you would visit for a night out with friends and not really suitable for children, unless they have the patience to watch their food being cooked whilst remaining calmly seated.
