Service in this place is fantastic, Megan is always very polite and friendly with recommendations for drinks and stuff to do in Leicester great place! Pool tables are always in great condition aswell as the table tennis tables.

I brought my parents here and it was a lovely day/evening- lots of games of excellent quality and really attentive staff. Graham and Callum in particular were excellent servers. Really would recommend.

Love this place! Staff are awesome. Tables are great quality. Alfie always welcomes us in and is a great guy. Credit to the man! Knows how to talk to customers and make them feel comfortable. Much better than other pool/snooker halls I’ve been to in Leicester. Megan is great too. All smiling faces and welcoming. We need more places like this!!!

I came in on a Saturday evening and didn’t have lots of items on the menu so I changed my order for a double beef burger and had barely no burger sauce on it and the patties were so dry it was barely edible the dough ball were so dry as-well and didn’t even have streaky bacon for the burger and it’s so over priced I would expect better I can pay £2.50 for a double cheese burger in McDonald’s and it better than this

Raife and Graham were so kind and helpful honestly the best bartenders and servers I’ve had I would highly recommend coming here just for them and the food.

The atmosphere is brilliant. Luke and Megan are brilliant bartenders and runners - they always checked to see if we needed anything and couldn’t recommend them more!!

For whatever reason Kieran doesn’t seem to be here anymore. But Alfie has come in and saved the day, if anything I think Alfie offers better service than Kieran!

That Alfie is a brilliant lad. Always cracking on with us customers and trying to make us feel welcome as a family. Will always return.

Pool tables cues are mostly worn out and not serviced. More sports events need to be included on TV. No windows or a/c so can get hot and muggy in there. More food and pizza options are needed

Great place to go and chill, pool, American pool, snooker, darts, table tennis and all major sports events on large screens throughout the facility. Staff friendly and helpful 🥇

Came to Riley’s last week with a few friends for food and a game of pool. We were served by Graham, who honestly couldn’t have been more helpful. Really friendly and seemed to always know when we needed some help. 10/10 would go again.

Not been in over 10 years but it's amazing what they've done to the place!! The staff were really friendly too!

Graham is a true credit to your team, couldn’t have asked for a nicer bar tender! He explained to me and my friends how the games system worked and always made sure we had plenty to drink, as well as letting us know of special offers and deals coming up, will definitely be coming back. There are always cars parked illegally outside, often completely parked on the pavement obstructing the pathway for pedestrians. Other times the cars are just parked over the curb. Quite frustrating as have to walk around or on the road, which is very dangerous as sometimes cars speed down the streets. It is also quite worrying as these drivers maybe drinking alcohol in your establishment, so another illegal problem.

The atmosphere was extremely pleasant, the tables were very high standard as well as the cues. The staff are very helpful and friendly, always happy to help as well as informative about the Riley's membership, app and rewards. Alfie (staff member) was impeccably friendly and helpful. His vibe made me feel very welcome. Highly recommend this place for a night out.
