Alivels in Leicester

If you ever visit Alivels, I highly recommend trying their beef burger. The beef flavor is so rich and delicious that it truly enhances the overall taste of the burger. One thing that stood out to me the most was the exceptional hospitality, which made me feel like I was dining in the comfort of my own home. It's definitely a dining experience worth savoring! 🍔😋

The restaurant made sure to call me to apologise that the food was taking long and to update me regarding the delivery progress. Quantity of food is wonderful for the price it comes with, and the quality too is good! Def will order again

Not only the food was good and came in early but the restaurant service was outstanding. I ordered some chocolate fudge cake but unfortunately they were out and so they provided me with some hazelnut fudge cake instead. It was amazing, but beyond that it was nice of them to actually apologise for the inconvenience as well. Thumbs up from me, would order again.

Lovely man and really nice man. He was offering us free garlic bread and chips. Thought we were getting an amazing deal until he gave us out of date chocolate bars and all three of us have been throwing up continuously😳

Driver was great. Chicken shish was a bit chewy and Pepsi tasted strange, I checked the date and it went out of date in December 2017!

Some of the food was luke warm, but not an issue. The delivery guy was great though and gave us some free food to compensate, also came back 2 minutes later to give us even more!

This place is unbelievably good at what they do, amazing food, amazing customer service and amazing everything else!! Defo a place to try xx

il give it a miss in future, late delivery. how does it take over 2 hours to slice cooked dinner meat and slide a pizza through the machine??

1st time in 10 years getting food from alivels. Was looking forward to it as i used to go regularly. Donner meat & chips brilliant but the pizza was poor. Burnt toppings put me off from the start, had a couple of bites and the taste was poor too. I'll use alivels for the kebab side of things but never a pizza again.

These guys are absolutely amazing. So nice and respectful. The service is completely fantastic. No amount of stars can compete with these guys.

Me and my girlfriend ordered the chicken family pack and for £9.50 it was good value, the chicken itself was crispy and delicious, chips were ok a little bland and the we didn’t bother with the coleslaw though it looked and smelt great. delivery drivers were both incredibly friendly and kept calling me brother which was pretty funny, would happily order again I would just tell them to leave out the coleslaw

Food wasnt warm, burger was burnt and also took nearly 2 hours to turn up.
