Shocking/shockingly bad/disgusting for it being overpriced/it’s overpriced 😡

Food always good, never disappoints and customer service is amazing.

Ordered through a delivery app and the chips weren't great but worst of all was that there was no ice cream in the milkshake so my strawberry cheesecake shake was just milk, syrup, and biscuit pieces which only filled half the cup.

On this order, the food came out cold and the chicken inedible for the most part due it being undercooked. The following day me and my partner were both ill with thee only thing in common we had eaten was this. The staff were inattentive at best and at worse downright rude.

Placed an order on Just Eat over an hour ago and the delivery time keeps jumping from 20 minutes to 50 minutes with no delivery in sight. Have been trying to call the restaurant multiple times with no answer. Terrible customer service, I’m very disappointed.

Very spacious and has a lot of seating, many kiosks available to order food from easy to use and service is quick and you can always rely on the food being good!

The food delicious and warm, there was a nice atmosphere here I would visit again. Nav approached us with her customer service and made us feel welcomed!!

You can tell the building used to be a bank but that just adds to the atmosphere. Good chicken and great cajun vibe.

Came in today to get some food for the kids. Order the kids meals and i have nothing bad to say about this place. As soon as we entered the restaurant i was greeted by a young man and when i was struggling to order on the screens, a young woman Navdeep assisted me. Once my food was ready she had brought it over to my table and warmly smiled. Was having a bit of a bad day but that just made my day.

The chicken was red and my fries were un cooked the toilets had poo on the walls and the staff were very rude they didn't give me my food after I ordered it.

Popeyes fast food eat in/take out. Located in Leicester City centre. Easy to order. Quick ,fast efficient. Nice food if you like fried food. If you compare it with its other competitors, there all about the same. Price wise, it's what you would spend on average at a place that sells the same type of food across the board. Tables were dirty and needed cleaning. Floor had food. Plenty of seating Halal food Friendly staff

I went for take away at 22:15.We took the food at home but unfortunately instead of BBQ Boneless(as they wrote on the box),they put wings.So my sister ate only some chips and i had some more wings.

Food was lovely and hot and fast. Staff friendly. The atmosphere was a bit lacking not sure what the building was before popeyes but was quite echoey maybe turn up the music abit to fill the space with more sound cause you could clearly hear other people's conversations 😀

Avoid at all costs. Awful customer service, food overpriced and of poor quality. They certainly don’t pride themselves on good customer service and have a don’t care attitude. Chicken is either undercooked and red or overcooked and dry. Don’t waste your money at this branch of Popeye!

Upon entering, it is a very spacious interior with good equipment. I must say, the chicken tenders were crispy and tasted immaculate. The chicken burger I had was all very lovely and it’s fairly priced for a box meal. However, a small shake costs around £4 and it was only filled up just over half. The waiting time was insanely good, just after I paid the order was on my table within the same minute! Overall a good experience and food, however would be nice if the shake was properly filled and the staff were more friendly.
