We were very impressed with this restaurant, the food was delicious (especially the naan breads) and the portion size was generous. The waiter was really friendly and we felt comfortable in the restaurant. We would highly recommend and will be visiting again 🤩

The meals where large, well cooked at a good price

Too good! We went there for the history of gin and its tasting. Thanks to Stefania and July for their welcome and the good things they prepared for us. The next day we went back and it was so good!

Yes...its a YES from us! Five people fitted in a last moment, in a busy restaurant, with zero drama. To be fair, not sure about the vegan black pudding, and the corn fed chicken needed something green on the plate and, did we are being picky, the chocolate sweet was not really a fondant, but that IS being picky. Over all of this the excellence of the linguine, the brule and the service makes this a "must repeat" experience. Thank you everyone at The Foresters!👍😁

We stayed here last summer and it was lovely. However, having booked again for us and disabled family, our bookings were abruptly cancelled because they’ve decided to chase bigger money event clients. (Or some such barely legible nonsense) Really unreliable, greedy and unprofessional. Honestly, they don’t deserve the 5* review I left last time. Good luck chasing the big money.

Love the location - so calm despite being close to several underground stations. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the room very comfortable. I went with junior suite so plenty of space and big bathroom with bath tub and shower. Breakfast was lovely with table service.

Highly recommend this place for family get togethers , this is the second time now we have had 25 + adults and children’s meals here , we have phoned the menu through and all the food came out together and it was delicious well worth the money , and there is a fabulous play park / beer garden outside for the kids , and bonus yesterday a couple of horses with there riders , they let them sit and pet the horses the kids loved it . The staff are very polite and efficient and it’s a lovely place to spend time here . Will be going again and thank you to the staff

Excellent vegan cafe in central Southsea - and a short walk from Canoe Lake and the Butterfly Museum for afterwards with the family. Coffee and food both excellent. Also takeaway option from a hatch so you can grab on the go if you’re out and about.

We have visited Rajrani on numerous occasions over the years and it is always our first choice when eating out. Always a pleasant family atmosphereand the staff are friendly and professional with everything being immaculately clean and presented. I can say that every choice of dish I have had has been cooked and spiced perfectly, My wife tried a new option from the menu, served with asparagus and broccoli and it was fantastic. I absolutely love the Grainstore. Food impeccable lovely atmosphere. However, I booked a table for Sunday lunch on Sunday 23 rd March. I was in the Grainstore on Friday and said to the staff see you Sunday !! We arrive for our Sunday roast to find the doors locked! More customers stood outside!!! A lady opens the door and says sorry we are closed for a private function!!!! Not impressed why take my booking? No information stating it was closed on Friday regarding Sunday… this is very poor . So disappointed
