Nice little old fashioned pub but desperate for a makeover very dusty and not very clean so my wife didn't want too eat any food in this establishment the landlady was very abrupt and rude so we finished are drinks and left

Es una lástima, habíamos oído cosas buenas sobre el carrovery así que llegó a la 1. 30 pm el domingo pasado para probarlo. Cuando llegué al mostrador a pagar pedí 2 tallas grandes y la chica dijo que ya no queda ternera, no hay problema pensé que eso deja gammon, pavo y cerdo le voy a dar una oportunidad. Había una larga cola para la comida y cuando llegué al mostrador me enteré de que se habían quedado sin toda la carne excepto el pavo e incluso eso se veía delgado en el suelo. Tenía hambre, así que seguí con ella, pero fue un poco molesto que pagara 13. 99 por 3 carnes y solo tengo una. Las verduras eran muy agradables y bien cocidas, daban una buena porción de cada una y la comida en sí era muy sabrosa. Si me hubieran dado lo que había pagado o dicho en el mostrador que solo había suficiente carne para una pequeña cena, entonces habría sido feliz de cualquier manera y esto sería una crítica de 5 estrellas, pero dado que he pagado £ 34 por 2 cenas con componentes faltantes y 2 botellas de pop no se sentía tan bien. Lo intentaré de nuevo pero no iría después de la 1 pm, a pesar de que se supone que están sirviendo hasta las 2 . 30 pm.

When somebody orders a "hot buffalo drizzle"... They expect a drizzle, and not a drenching of sauce. I had to pat the pizza down with kitchen towel to absorb all the excess sauce. There was also no garlic butter. I paid extra for garlic and herb/bbq, but didn't get the original sauces. This place used to be so much better.

A word of warning if you are unfortunate enough to order food online from here, and you have the audacity to ring up to ask about your order because it hasn’t been delivered after two and a half hours even though you requested ASAP and is thirty minutes later than their online “update “ you will get an individual who will tell you it’s your fault for ordering a takeaway on Christmas Eve and even though you paid for delivery it’s probably better if you collect your order because we haven’t even begun to cook your food after two and a half hours !!! REALLY !!! When i suggested that they close their online ordering system because they obviously couldn’t cope with the level of demand the vile individual on the end of the phone suggested it my fault and I didn’t understand what was involved with running a busy takeaway !!! Thanks for the business lecture Mrs Attitude !!!

Delicious lunch, nice atmosphere, beautiful surroundings. Staff very friendly and helpful. Best of all, when I asked for a tea, I got it in a proper teapot! (Not just a teabag in a mug.) Looking forward to going again.

Be very careful when you go to this kebab shop. The food is fine but they like to overcharge people. This is a popular late night spot frequented by drunk people. They take advantage of drunk people by having them tap their cards multiple times (and tell them that the first payment did not go through). If they are challenged, they give you the money back in cash but a lot of people clearly don't realise end up and paying double. Make sure they give you everything you order. They like to charge you for chips and then don't actually put them in the bag.

Your chili sauce is amazing definatoy a 5 star kabab just with you dint do a 40 min delivery when I'm 600 yards away ..... I'm just lazy

Don't expect to receive your order, ordered and still hadn't come an hour later. Called them up and they say its on the way, another 30 mins goes by call them back and all the guy can say is "delivered" nothing else.

I ordered a lamb shish however, a lam donner was delivered. I do not like donner meat so this was binned.

Lived in Totnes all my life and have only just ordered from here. Definitely my new favourite Chinese! Absolutely love the fact you can opt for vermicelli noodles rather than egg noodles for the chow mein and its super tasty. Egg fried rice is great too. Loved the Cantonese sauce with the ribs!

I prefer spicy food. They specially added chili and eggs to the rice for me. It was super delicious. Everyone was very friendly and the serving speed was excellent. I will definitely come here often!!!

Este es el mejor pescado y patatas fritas que he tenido en mucho tiempo. es la 1 vez en la calle que fui a este lugar de pescado y patatas fritas en Brighton donde tenía el pescado y patatas fritas impresionante que el personal hizo un trabajo increíble haciendo la porción correcta de pescado y patatas fritas para mí. Fui a la de Brighton en mayo de 2019 donde vine aquí para una cena de fish and chips. Gran servicio y un gran lugar en el paseo marítimo de Brighton. Paseos justos para los niños menores de 16 años para disfrutar y un pub para los adultos mayores de 18 años. Espero que vuelva a este lugar en algún momento en el futuro.
