The best restaurants in England

Been ordering from these guys for years. Today the Fries were hard and soft. The garlic bread was hard. The pizza was lovely. Your food use to be amazing. Need to look after your customers and need a new chef!

I haven’t drunk my coffee as I saw the assistant blown and wipe his nose and then pick up cups and saucers without washing or antibacterial hand gel use. Ugg 🙁

I wish we had read the reviews before ordering. We have used them before and it was nice, but today we have just spent over £30 to have luke warm, stale, congealed and terribly tasting food. When we called them they said it was all freshly prepared - as if we couldn't see or taste for ourselves how old and awful the food actually was. We will NEVER use this place again.

Food was cold no salad in one of the meals

The food was really poor. Greasy, lacked flavour and the slices were all uneven. We were eating at the hospital and it was under whelming.

Never try to order online from these people. In the past they would accept and then take 2 hours to deliver food when the website says 55 minutes. Now they’ve gone another level and would basically reject orders. I’ve had 3 orders rejected by them already over the past few months. At first I thought I just ordered during a bad time for them such as a family emergency, but no the reason is because they just don’t have the capacity to serve all the requests. If they really do not want our money there are plenty of other places we can eat at.

We travelled up from Southampton for lunch as we have been here before and love the location next to the the K&A canal, it was a special occasion for us and have always found the food to be delicious. The two young women behind the bar were run off their feet and were dealing professionally with customers disappointed that the kitchen staff had not turned up so no further orders were being accepted at the time, We were not in any rush and were happy to sit in the sunshine with drinks, they thanked us for being good humoured about it and after a very short time came and told us (and others) that they could accept some orders. My husband had the scampi and I had steak, both meals were delicious, beautifully cooked, big portions and served with a smile. I have to say these two ladies certainly earned their money that day and managed to make our visit memorable. We will be back (food or not - but would prefer to eat !!!). Thank you.

Went on a Saturday morning, no customers before us. Ordered on the self order kiosk which is way slower then the original way of Ordering at subways when you would order at the till and they would make your order straight away. Waited 10 minutes for my order which they got wrong only to wait another 10 minutes for the rest. Missing out simple order notes. Staff need training. Very slow.

App takes money but doesn’t put the order through - tells you to call the hut and they don’t answer

The food was appalling, not even warm, won’t be returning to the cafe ever. Staff in the garden centre very pleasant and friendly

The worst asian food i have ever had in my life. I travel a lot and i love asian cuisine. But i have never experienced such horror in my life. My friend and me had 4 dishes and a soup together and we had to throw everything away. I recommend avoiding.
