Pizza Hut Delivery in Gloucester

Pizza just didn’t taste like a quality pizza. There was no crispiness to it, the cheese tastes cheap and the pepperoni smelled and tasted like cheap ham. Overall disappointed as The Hut used to be my favourite Pizza Joint. But if you want something like a store bought deep pan pizza but overpay for it, this is your place.

Food was ok to taste but crushed & a bit soggy , no Pepsi max , missing two garlic dips & the wrong ice cream.

Order was late the ice cream was missing very poor service

I ordered for extra toppings which wasn't included on the pizza, even the toppings that have to come with the pizza was very scanty. May be it wasn't allowed to cook well, very mashy. The worst part of it is that, it was tasteless, and the cheese are not melt together, they are just falling apart and you can count them, what a waste? the toppings are messy stained the box. I regretted this order from pizza hut tonight we can't eat the pizza cost £35. This is unfair😠. I want my refund please😡

Sometimes order isnt correct no communication, example bbq sauce missing on loaded wedges or garlic sprinkles,but get resolved if you check before leaving,been using for years,its never been bad food

Our order was placed at 9.15 and the order arrived at 10.47 nearly 2 hours late. The kids were upset as the food took nearly 2 hours to come didn't really enjoy it as was too late by them Nearly 11 in night when we had our food

Just Eat service was good but two of our Pizza Hut Delivery pizzas were very inadequately covered. They had approx 6-7cm of crust only all around the edges.

Just dross. Baking hot day, yet food arrives just warm, purely because driver puts ice cream and cold drink in top of the pizza?! condensate through aaaaand soggy. not ordering from here again

The order was early but would of preferred it to of been on time or late pizza was like cardboard and not cut at all fries were cold and soggy the only good thing was the bottle of tango

Was over 2 hours after I ordered then when asked for money back made up excuse saying stuck in traffic even tho it’s not that far from my house

unhappy with order the order was missing the extra dips paid for, the portion of chips was lacking in the amount was literally so small, both pizzas had the wrong base sauce which made one pizza virtually inedible and the bottle of drink was the wrong one ordered. and the delivere wasn't concerned or helpful, so unfortunately to say I won't be a repeat customer unfortunately.

Pizza was great, just a shame the hot honey isn't in any of the deals even when paying the £2 upgrade!

had to ring the restaurant because they didn't deliver are ice cream. So another driver had to deliver it

Was shocked by the quality of pizza hut. Growing up in the uk they were known for the best pizzas byt after the food from this branch i even had to double check it was pizza hut

The food didn't arrive they said they attempted delivery but we have been in all night. Rang pizza hut and they said they were shut. Disgusting service very let down. No apology from staff members

Worst pizza I’ve ever had . Too much oil on the pizza base, the pizza crust was almost 3-3.5inches big very less space for pizza topping. Garlic bread was uncooked and soggy. Waste of money never expected this from Pizza Hut.

Cold food because the driver did multiple drops and openly admitted it

The pizza deals are good, however the quality of food is awful. I've never experienced such awful food poisoning as I have at this pizza hut. Honestly this place aint worth the risk

I know the standard of food re quality and taste in Gloucester is super low anyway but this place takes the absolute pi... Biscuit. I've never had a pizza hut in my life before now but this was the first and will be the last if the quality is anything to go by. You'd never guess their speciality is pizza! The pizza itself as a multi meat thing with stuffed crust and despite the large of unidentifiable meat none of it had any taste whatsoever and definitely not worth the £20 they conned out of me. Unless you have no food in the house and every other food place in Gloucester has caught fire and you haven't eaten for a month, avoid this place at all costs. In fact go to a cash machine, draw out the £20 and eat the note, I promise it'll taste better. The sides were on a whole different level though, sadly that level was the lowest of the 7th of hell, but managing to completely avoid any kind of cooking. The garlic bread looked and felt like it had been breathed on and was toasted in no way shape or form and the wedges managed to be both barely cooked, and insanely dry at the same time. Likely cooked with dark magic. The Pepsi max was okay though.

I havent had pizza hut for years so thought i would give it a try today. Received the delivery on time or even a little earlier than expected which is the reason for the star. The food itself was not good. Pizza tasted like water so soggy pizza with no flavour what so ever, I had 2 pieces and that was it for me. Wedges had no flavour to them and were under cooked, alot of them tasted of raw potato which put me off the rest of them. Nachos again had no flavour and as much as I love lots of cheese and sauce the nachos were not nachos anymore just a lump of soggy mushed crisps. Will not be ordering again. Disappointed.

Why is this place still open it's rubbish food is always cold and late the amount of Greece in the box is enough to give you a heart attack ran by kids and it shows in the quality of food go Papa John's or dominos all day

I do like their classic pizza but their delivery system has been dysfunctional for years, they never deliver to the door, they always call and pretend they cant find you so you have to go to the street to meet them, not ideal but I understand the pressure the delivery guys and under but this time the pizza was cold. Wont be using them again for delivery :(

Food didn’t arrive i have called the restaurant saying they delivered at 6:50pm. I received a text from just eat at 7:30pm to say order is on its way. The app is saying delivered. Not received

We ordered the food at around 3pm and received it 5pm , the cheese triangles were cold and so was the chicken strips . We are very unhappy with this order and this is the second time we’ve had food late and I like this

Ordered the potato wedges and only received a few of them for £5. This is the second time this has happened here.

Although the app showed the restaurant had accepted the order and was prepared and on the way , when I contacted the restaurant by phone twice they claimed that the order only came through when I rang the first time, at which point my order was already out of its delivery window. There was no apology for the poor service regarles if the the app or restaurant were at fault. I won’t be ordering from here again.

Good over two hours late phones restraint guy apologise told me 20min then was a further hour or so before it arrived would never order again from there

Never received my order, some guy was messaging me from his mobile number which is unprofessional, customer service is unacceptable no compensation apparently there was an address issue when there’s only one place to go

Ordered extra pepperoni got a margherita

Our order was missing the 1.5l drink and extra dips we had ordered. I rang the shop and they were very apologetic. 15 minutes later and our missing items arrived.

DO NOT EVEN BOTHER TRYING. I tried to place an order Saturday afternoon online, but came up against an error message multiple times when trying to make payment. I called the store directly to order and was greeted by a very abrupt, rude worker. He first off tried to tell me I shouldn't be ordering three pizzas like I wanted, and suggested I get a meal deal with 2 pizzas and extras but he didn't listen twice when I informed him that's not what I wanted to order. When we got to payment, he was unable to get my card details correct (I lost count how many times I read my card number out) and in the end, he huffed and hung up on me. The Dominoes we had instead was 5*

Just ordered food and the quality is appalling. The chicken strips are not what I expect from pizza hut, they are more like really really cheap ones from the cash and carry. They certainly don't represent what is shown on the website. The pizza is absolutely disgusting, greasy and tastes horrible. Its not hard to cut up a pizza, but when I order one I expect is to be cut up properly. I will not be ordering again, ever.

Has to be one of the worst takeaways we've had from Just Eat. Food was lukewarm, nachos were laughable and the lady on the phone rude..

Pizza was not fresh and still waiting for a refund. Had a stomach ache. I wouldn't recommend this branch of Pizza Hut.

Everytime I've 9rdered through them they been bang on only ever had one problem and they fixed it and gave us a ice as a complimentary for getting the order wrong.

My order was showing as delivered at 19.22 but it had not arrived I rang the restaurant twice but my call was cancelled on both occasions. I then used the text option on the app to contact the restaurant and my delivery time was adjusted to 20.05 it was delivered at exactly 20.05. I am so disappointed with the service I have received a £3 refund as a voucher!!!!! I am very unlikely to ever use this as the service was so poor. I feel £3 is a pathetic apology.

Delivered late with the drink missing. When I asked where the drink was I didn’t really get an answer. I said I’d either like the item or a refund and delivery driver wouldn’t answer - just stared blankly. I said either is fine but given you are already 45mins late I think you should sort your error rather than expect me to. He wouldn’t commit to organising refund so I eventually did it on the Ap (hadn’t had to do that before). But the lack of response/understanding there was a problem was concerning

The App said estimated delivery of 35-50 minutes however once I’d submitted the order it changed to 1hr20-1hr40 and took about 1hr 30 minutes; I would not have ordered if I knew it would be that long. Pizza was nice though and delivery driver was polite and courteous

Late dry nasty tasting rude staff

I bought 2 pizzas from here tonight and they were diabolical, no taste to them and really tough to eat, will not be going back here and I would avoid it.

Expected delivery was 7.55-8.15, got a text from Just eat at 8.22 saying it was on the way. By 8.30 I had used the link to submit order late, no text reply from the restaurant came through so I had to ring them. They couldn’t find my order and advised they would call back. After 10 minutes I had to call them back again as I hadn’t received a call. Food was then delivered in the next 15 minutes. Waited 2 hours for food and had to do all the chasing, wouldn’t order from there again.

Missed the dessert, pizza boxes all squashed in, pizzas yuk ended up in the bin total waste of money

Pizza pretty good but wasn't properly cut through to base and dip missed out of order. Looking at other reviews missing items look pretty common.

Ordered 2 pizzas. Both had bases the consistency of sponge, like the dough was not cooked, and neither had been cut. Greasy top with very odd aftertaste. Managed 2 pieces before binning them. Just the worst pizza we've ever had. First time ordering from there so no idea if they were that way on purpose or they hadn't cooked them properly. I guess the latter as we got stomach ache afterwards.

Chewy, tasteless pizza, cold wedges and iffy pots of sauce. The tear and share bread was OK and the mac&cheese was passable. Won't order again as plenty of other places do much better pizza.

No delivering, no collection option, they basically only deliver 5 minutes away from their business at this point. Terrible

Hot lush food, especially the mac n cheese. Delivered 20mins early by a great delivery driver. Thumbs up all round 👍

Pretty sure they put deliberately long estimated delivery times but food was very early, which is still great. Delivery person actually kept to the contactless delivery and the food was what you'd expect from pizza hut, decent but definitely light on the toppings.

Worst place to order from. ordered half and half pizza with my partner and we both had different options and we both ended up with the same things and wasn't cooked properly so we didn't eat it waste off money will be putting in complaint with head office on it

Reliably good food delivered early

Was late, cold on delivery, heated it up in microwave and then pizza was soggy. Ended up throwing in the bin. Surely it can't be that hard? It was only a pepperoni pizza and wedges, that was it...... Very disappointed.

There was not much topping and too much tomato paste on the pizza. Very disappointing and bland tasting. It looked to be made in a real rush. To be fair I have had much better from them in the past but dont think I will risk another purchase.
