Domino's Pizza in Gloucester

Ordered through the app for collection, they gave my order to someone else, had to wait for them to remake the order. The staff didn't seem bothered at all. This place has gone down massively in the last 6 months

Used just eat, dominoes told us that another branch will deliver, almost waiting another hour for food it never turned up to be told they won’t deliver to us and speak to just eat. Although just eat delivered dominoes was not helpful by telling us one thing and then no actually delivering. 2 hours later still no food!

After an hour wate our food arrives cold make a complete told our food will be believe hot with in 25 minutes hot 1 hr later still no food and no ancer to my phone call and still no food . Not happy at all

I’m always happy with my pizza here but last nights pizza was dry and tasteless. My pizza’s looked a few days old when I collected them. I might try a different place next time

They hanged up on me 3 times when I was trying to order a pizza.Also telling me I can’t order on call when I did less then a week ago.and I wasn’t able to get my food.

The staff should be able to understand English speaking people to work in an English branch. Also understand simple questions such as... what deals do you have. Absolute joke. Ordering a pizza from India not the UK.

My 7-month-pregnant wife and I ordered from here at 9:33pm with a 26min ETA. At 10:05 the app said the pizza was delivered, but we hadn't received it. We rang the store and they told us the driver was on the bypass. We called back 10 minutes later, and continuously through to 10:33pm without answer... when at the moment of writing this review, it arrives an hour after it was ordered

Person who served me handled the ingredients with bare hands after he had been cleaning work surfaces and his manner wasn't great either.Iwas the only customer at the time in the morning.

They won't accept cash as payment, told cards only. Last time I checked, cash is still legal tender.

Not impressed went into store as seemed to have issue paying online so went in store to pay to be told items was more expensive and could not have them for price agreed even though I showed manager payment not being accepted rather than being helpful just seemed to not care about customer satisfaction at all even though it was a fault on there end end up going McDonald's and shocker payment accepted also states open until 5am yet has been closing at 12am more often

pizzas and wedges, drinks all okish, but very expensive delivered! 2 large pizzas an hawaiian and a vegetable large one with a large Bootle of coke, cost 29/30.00pds all. Friday 17th March 2023 Nh.

Should be zero stars. Ordered a pizza for delivery but accidentally clicked collect. Tried to contact the venue to correct this but every time they just hung up on us and would not answer the phone. Ruined our night as we are over £30 out of pocket and no way of collecting our food

Used multiple times and cannot fault the service or food at all. Everything is hot and tastes fresh.

Well I ordered this evening, arrived on time. So was happy until I seen the food. All Food was cold, and I have no idea what happened to the pizza but it looked as if someone sat on it. Was squished and stuck to the lid of the box! However, I must say- the team were very helpful, I rang up to explain what I received and they were more than happy to send the food out again, but because I didn’t have the time to wait for more they fully refunded me. I always order from Here, and usally the food is top standard. I will Order again in future too. I suppose today was just one of those things! But again, good service after a poor quality service!

Order made wrong. I got home to find a pizza with extra cheese and mushroom but missing the New Yorker ingredients. I took it back and the staff said it was my mistake, until I pointed out the label on the box that said New Yorker - Extra Cheese and Mushroom!

Reserved, collected on time and ate. Really hit the spot. Parking in abundance.

This place is stuck in time and won't move on... they still want you to wear a mask, you can't sit in side and they doesn't take cash... you can sit in and pay cash atTaco Bell, McDonalds, Burger King (quays), TGIs, just about all other places... just shows Domino's in stuck in time...

Never answer the phone and always a problem when you order here I can’t see how it’s so hard to just pick up the phone to take a order also been ordering here for 10 plus years ordered food a week ago then this week they don’t deliver its worst service I have seen the staff member called me a liar and recons I’ve never had food delivered to my address some times they will deliver other times they wont and yet live 1 mile away also usually get the orders wrong

Called at 00:20, said they would be ready for 01:00, arrived at 00:55 and the place was closed by the time I got there

Rang to order both sites nothing so went on Web then can't pay so went to St Oswalds no one unstands what's been going on about ringing and Web site bloody joke

The worst food service on the planet Gloucester domino's on St. Oswald's. I'm was in store at 4 pm. I'm ordered pizza and coke for delivery to home at 5.45pm. Pizza was delivered at 6.20pm cold and I can't contact with branch or manager. How is possible but nobody answer the phone almost 45 min.Delivery driver explains was only "we are so busy". Thanks Domino's for nothing and never again.

Ring to order my pizza in advance. The man kn the phone couldn't understand me ? I couldn't really understand him . Do you actually employ English speakers ? There must be a standard or speaking or understanding English. This is England after all. I'm not being racist but I expect to be able to do a simple thing like order food in English in England. I'm not happy. He got my name wrong too. Ill not co.e here again. Intact ill never go to another domino's again.

Terrible!! Used to be really good ! They Have delivered out to me since 2007, all of a sudden I tried to order at weekend and jobsworth Martin decides at weekend I’m not in his delivery area!! 13yrs!! Ordering here! Business is business !! Turning away work during covid of all times, deserve to go bust!! Shame .

I stopped ordering in-store after they made mistakes with the payment amount and left out items from my order both times. Since then I've ordered on the website and the toppings are often wrong. Always makes me pause to think whether I want to pay all that money for a pizza and risk it arriving without half the toppings. Gets an extra star because delivery is efficient and the drivers are friendly.

Pretty much every time I order from this branch they get something wrong. Don’t know how hard it is to swap mushrooms for bacon but apparently it’s pretty difficult... The replacement they sent didn’t have the bacon on it. This is the 6th time they’ve messed up an order since February. P.S: in future, Domino’s, don’t bother offering to send a replacement- just issue a refund. I don’t want my house to be full of pizza.

Absolutely snapped! They made me wait nearly 1 hour to get my order correct. The 1st time, it wasn't even made, so they wanted to put it through again, I showed them my bank statement that the first payment went through. Then I waited again. My name on the screen said Ready, so I asked if I could collect it. The person completely ignored me and carried on with stacking boxes. Continued to serve other people while being completely oblivious to me. Then another person said it hasn't been prepared... It had taken 3 attempts to get a pizza and wedges. That's not the worst part. Dominos offered me a refund for the inconvenience, I got my money back, THEN, the next day they took it back from me. I can't believe how much they've mugged me off. The WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life!

Great place with great and reasonably priced pizzas. Takes about 10 minutes to get your pizza after ordering though.

Staff were friendly enough however how Domino's can justify £10 for a small gluten free pizza is beyond me.

Despite being completely dead it took 10 minutes to get the attention of a member of staff to actually pick up my order, out of at least 4 in the building. Despite when ordering it stating 12 minutes, we waited for 25 and even when our order was supposedly ready for collection we still had to wait for missing items. Not impressed, terrible slow service with staff that apparently can't be bothered.

turned up on time for the lunch time deal and then would not let me have it because their system clock was incorrect showing I was 2 minutes over!!

Went to their St Oswald's takeaway, ordered, was quoted 10 minutes. Must have been nearly 20 minutes before the pizza was produced- the lad at the till disappeared, and apparently, despite many menbers of staff doing very little, none of them were aparently capable (or willing) of boxing up a pizza and handing it across the counter to either myself nor the other customer waiting. The pizza itself was ok. Not great, but ok.

Had home delivery from here. Great pizza, very hot on arrival.

It's a Domino's, so you're probably aware of what it's like, but this one is clean and tidy with the usual lunchtime offers.

This is a pizza for £1.99 AMAZING, The waiting time is around 6-10 minutes but it's worth it! I find the place for my lunch from now;)

I went in to see if they sold pizzas. They did so I bought one. It was lush.

Pizza tasty. Great choice. Bit pricey

It is a constant source of wonderment how a company specialising in pizza can be so terrible at making it. I once ordered a margherita and it came without cheese! It only has two toppings on it and they forgot 50% of them. I can only conclude that they are cutting out the middleman and just employing chronic stoners!

Waiting 25 minutes for my order and they've given my chicken wings to someone else so got to wait another 10 minutes, place is a joke. Not organised at all!

Very unhappy with my food it got to me it was cold I rang up st oswards and spoke to the manger and was basically calling me a liar they need to get some manners

Too expensive for what they provide. Opened my pizza to find a 7 inch blonde hair across it. Not sure how to attach a photo otherwise I would. Phoned the store and spoken rudely by a member of staff who said no one blonde was working and I needed to take the hair in to store for him to see! Not impressed to open my pizza to see that. Rude staff, over priced pizza and clearly poor hygiene! Won’t order again.

I've ordered a Milano pizza (from st Oswalds Domino's) like we always do and this time it was so spicy, although on the website on the description box there's no sign of a spicy ingredient (you have the chilli infused oil if you choose to make it spicy). So I rang them up and explain what happened and the person over the phone was trying to convince me it's my fault somehow! Very rude! I've taken the pizza to them and I've asked them to actually try it on to see how spicy it was, they've offered me another one but still, the hassle of me going back and forth ruined our lunch time and the quality of the customer services very poorly, like I've mentioned above we always use to order this pizza once in a while and never was spicy!!!!

Restraunt was clean. Service was quick and pizza was hot.

Zero stars really!!! Domino's are using human superhero billboards to advertise their pizza's. Two weeks ago I saw a human billboard standing for absolutely hours in the sweltering heat in Hatherley Way (junction with Hatherley Road) in Up Hatherley, Cheltenham. The girl (human billboard) looked absolutely shattered after a while and I saw no water bottle either ... This morning I noticed another human billboard in a most dangerous location and blocking a traffic bollard in St Oswalds Road in Gloucester. I have reported the latter to the Gloucester Police and have an incident number for this. Are Domino's taking the health and safety of their staff seriously enough?

I'd give them no stars if it was possible. Ordered two pizzas, one had barely any cheese, the other had a hair in it! Simply terrible, will not be using again. Ever.

Quiet Thursday night order. Was told the order would take 30 to 40 minutes. 1 hour later the pizza still hadn't arrived. Was then told they only had 1 driver!!! Incompetent management. Avoid! Update: Pizza arrived 1 hour 45 minutes later, stone cold and the order was wrong.

never came waited 1 and a half hours for 2 tubs of ice cream when i rang was told it was on its way when i rang back 20 mins later i was told that they dont deliver just ice cream but they said it was on its way. finaly rang the quedegley store and they sent it straight out so canceld the order with other store. they didnt cancel it he showed up and i sent him away this is the worst place in gloucester
