Subway in Birmingham

Went on a Saturday morning, no customers before us. Ordered on the self order kiosk which is way slower then the original way of Ordering at subways when you would order at the till and they would make your order straight away. Waited 10 minutes for my order which they got wrong only to wait another 10 minutes for the rest. Missing out simple order notes. Staff need training. Very slow.

Wonder why the staff is so rude and unhappy to see the clients who are coming to spend money through which they are going to be paid , two girls from same origin I believe they really a bunch of Disrespectful , ungrateful and lack of social behaviour ethics, The way of taking order they way of making food and serve the food oh my god how can be like so much in attitude. Really I don't believe why the owner not taste this behavior by himself by coming surpriseingly on the shop. What a shame really.

Very disappointed to write this for someones business but really the staff is very unwelcoming very disrespectful towards the clients , we confirm with call she open up to 11 pm on Saturday we went there 9.45 pm , two gilrs from nepals i think are very rude ,one is telling you cant sit and dine we are closing, then other shifting us from one place to another she was doing mop while we are sitting there with childern, no gloves on no safty and hygiene protocols are followed , then she severd the food which is very disgusting really .she put red capsicum in veg option even after telling her all details before placing order. Really very bad experience Please dont prefer to go if you really dont want to be treated like unwelcome person . Very bad staff both girls are really very rude. Soon coz of them this business will go in lots of loss . Regards from a family which go there to enjoy the Saturday meal.

Poor customer service. Treated the customers badly never going back. It has put me off going to any subway. I got embarrassed in from of the other customers.

Honestly can’t go wrong with a subway but this place is better than the one up the swan it’s actually well kepted in there great customer service kind and friendly the food is great and they actually clean in there and it is quiet in there so u can eat ur food in peace

Had to pop in for some lunch today, I ordered double chicken salad box. I didn't have lettuce but they made up with other salad options. No sweet chilli sauce but the lady recommended mango habanero 😋🌶️🥭 I will definitely go back especially so that I eat healthy and don't choose a KFC.

Stupid and idiotic people work here seriously they put portions on your sub like it’s coming out of there wage They so ignorant that they literally spread the chicken out on sandwich making it look like you get more seriously some of them are so rude when you tell them something they say what!! So Loud I’m going to reporting this further as the person today literally saw me standing there for like 10 mins and didn’t serve me until someone else left

Ordered from here, store number does accept incoming calls, took my money so quickly didn’t deliver my food. Thieves.

This place literally just doesn't deliver the food you've ordered. No updates, no refunds. You'd be better off scranning your money.

Absolutely ridiculous. They never deliver food and advertise as open on uber eats at times they’re closed. Paid £24 for a order and did not receive the food and could not get a refund on uber eats. Stupid shop with stupid staff

I ordered yesterday night via just eat . Order not received and no updates . I was charged 9 pounds and just eat showed delivered

Ordered on just eat app and order didn’t arrive and didn’t get any updates either. And on top of that they updated the status to say order had been delivered. Don’t order from here!!

We never received our order, you falsified delivery details, you didn’t have the courtesy to send us a message to say you cannot deliver our order, don’t go promoting a service you cannot provide. Your service is simply lousy. Our experience with you was the worse I ever encountered.

I placed an order through subway app. App let me order there because it says was open. I paid 6.89£ . When i arrived. Shop is closed. And i found inside someone asking my order. The guy says they are closed. And he can't do anything. I said look the order. He tell me to contact subway. I did. No one came back to me. No refunds. Extremely disappointed.

I went there with my son, all salad are old and frozen, oven is not working properly and there is a new lady at the till. she don't know how to take order.

Ordered thru Uber eats app (church road birmingham) charge me £27.23 but never arrived it says on my app after two days was cancelled but still charged me 27.23 …I have been ringing the number you provided on google but no one answering….

We had a good experience in store, we ordered two six inch subs with one drink and were served by two friendly and polite ladies, plenty of space to sit down and generally decent.

Said it was open on justeat. Food never got arrived. Nobody answered the phone after trying multiple times. DO NOT ORDER HERE!

I have been a regular customer for years. Very disappointed to write this. They used to be great and very friendly. In recent months, new staff, no friendliness, food is not of good quality. (Brown lettuce, no cucumber, etc) bread has been stale the past couple of times and portion sizes have reduced drastically. Will take my custom up to the one at the swan centre.

Close your shop at this point. I don’t even know where to start…

Ridiculous!!, don't deserve one star..never turned up with the food after paying, ignored phone calls 3 times I tried, cut me off once aswell then didn't answer again when I rang back, , don't waste ya time on this branch, had to contact Uber eats to cancel.. order elsewhere especially if Ur hungry !!!!

Ordered on Uber eats, waited over an hour and no update. Tried to ring the shop multiple times and no answer, had to message Uber eats and make them cancel it to avoid getting charged. Avoid at all costs

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. ABSOLUTE MUG OF PLACE. WAITED OVER 2 HOURS AND FOOD AT FRIDGE TEMP🌡. FREEZING COLD. LOOK AT THE STATE OF WHAT I RECEIVED.

On just eat it said the place was open and spent £20 on an order and turns out the shop is closed so practically been mugged off

Not only the worst subway but worst food I’ve ever experienced. Meatball marinara had no marinara, I can only guess they washed the meatballs. Shocking

Ended the phone on me after I asked where the order was. Still hasn’t arrived after an hour and a half of placing the order.

I placed my Oder and it took around 3 hours for my food to come wasnt fresh at all the the nachos were all stuck to the box. Disgusting place

Waited 3 hours. Got the wrong order. Couldn’t cancel as I was told the food was “already made.” NOT acceptable. I hope each and every worker there gets permanent rabies and can’t EVER open that shop again; and the next time they’re starving they have to wait double my time. Ridiculous. I’d rather get kicked by a horse in the knee than EVER order from then again.

Ordered via uber eat, arrived 30 minutes late. I had to call the restaurant and ask what was happening with the order. Sandwiches are freezing, cold meatballs and sauce, cheese isn't melted and just not very nice. Shame.

Disgusting place, tried to call about my order I didn’t receive that has been payed for and the service was just rude and poor, no help, neither is just eat, don’t waste your money ordering delivery from this subway as you won’t get your food it’s a scam I’m not the only person who this has happened to

Absolutely Vile. Never before have I needed to leave a bad review on anything but this was definitely needed. Food arrived an hour late and it looked very unappealing, was soggy and smelt vile. Took two bites and had to throw it away.

Not much to say, its subway... decent food thats fresh and the staff are reasonably friendly. If you feel like a subway then there's no reason to avoid this one.

Omg i brought a salad from here and i was so impressed of the how clean everything is, it was immaculate even down to the glass which was glistening. Would definitely eat from here again the cleanest subway known by far.

I paid the extra cost for extra chesse and Guacamole yet I only received 3 pieces of chesse and no Guacamole!!! Worst Subway I've ever used first and last!!!

I went to this subway on the 19/04/19. I ordered a vegan patty and asked if they have vegan cheese, the man said yes and served it to me. The next time I attended was on the 24th, and the lady said they do not have vegan cheese. I attended again on the 25th and the lady said she asked the man in question and he denied serving me vegan cheese. I phoned this place and the man I spoke to on the phone said they do have vegan cheese. I then phoned head office who then confirmed that they don’t. This is absolutely disgusting and dangerous for those who have allergies. I got an email from a manager called Suresh who just tried to fob me off with generic messages. They don’t seem to care about the safety of customers and need proper training!

Excellent variety of sandwiches, with a good variety of breads.

I love going here coz it has lots of healthy options subs and snacks & Friendly staff I like the cappuccino's because they are still a lot cheaper and nicer than some leading coffee chains also it's a chilled out seating area with WiFi ,it bit more expensive food which l disagree if you want healthy food but good for families 😊

the staff is amazing especially the one working 30/6/18 8pm shift hes extremely kind hopefully his boss sees this and gives him my praise because of him i will be going more frequently
