Lost the concept under all that pink. Food was average.

Honestly, avoid the Birmingham one like the plague. It’s overpriced, the drinks taste cheap which is not what you expect for a £10 cocktail, and they are absolutely not disabled friendly. Asked for a key to the disabled toilet and after waiting 15 mins was basically told I couldn’t use the toilet, meaning our group had to leave and go elsewhere. Not really acceptable. Bar service is slow, place was quite dark, dirty and grim, absolutely nothing like the Manchester one. We ordered the car of 4 tequila rose shots, got charged £22 for the pleasure to be given a broken, dirty car which was the only one they had and they had to spend 5 minutes trying to find. Wasn’t cleaned between uses either. The best advice I could give? Avoid.

Beautiful pink aesthetic, delicious food, friendly staff and very warm and welcoming environment

I booked at table at Birmingham for Sunday (9th august) for my daughters birthday... had an email to confirm the booking on the Saturday to which I replied we would be attending. Arrived with the party of excited girls after a whole morning of them getting ready and a 45 min drive to find the place was CLOSED!! Shutters down, no signs up or anything online to warn us. No email to let us know nothing. The number on line just kept ringing to voicemail, no returned call either after leaving a message. I’m absolutely disgusted! Terrible terrible customer service, and we didn’t even get inside! Totally ruined my daughters birthday. After all of that I had an email today branding me a ‘no show’ and asking me to reply to the email explaining why I didn’t attend!!! They dont deserve one star I had to give!

Was told food wasn’t being served, wasn’t offered compensation, very disappointed

The restaurant itself has a nice vibe and the food was OK. I feel the food is wayy overpriced for the portion you get. On top of that they give you a service charge. Tbh their service wasn't brilliant as we had to ask for sauces. Cutlery came out after our food was served and no one checked on us to see if everything was OK. I won't be in a rush to return.

Booked a tablet for my partners birthday. Got there only for them to tell me at the door they are not serving food today. When quizzed why I wasn't notified earlier I was told "it's literally only just happened" yh alright love. Nob ends. I'd never go again and never recommend.

The service was absolutely awful, don’t think I’ve ever experienced worse service than this. Would only recommend coming here for pictures, and even for that the props/sets look a bit dirty. The cocktails looked watered down and we couldn’t taste any alcohol in them. We also had empty glasses when the food came and nobody offered to get us anymore drinks or if we needed anything else like sauces etc. I don’t recommend getting food here, we ordered the burger boxes and half of the stuff stated on the menu wasn’t even on the burger (bacon, pickles, tomato, bbq sauce) and they got the fries mixed up. Also, it stated there would be a pink bun but there wasn’t, which was not stated anywhere or told to us before we ordered. Not worth £12 at all! I told the staff the issue and she came back saying ‘Well, what do you want me to do? Put it on a separate plate or something?’. I said no thanks lol, and that was that. No apology or any other solutions, and the staff were giving us dirty looks after this and pulling each other to the side to talk while staring at us, so we left straight after.

Booked a table at 202 kitchen.... and the kitchen.... was closed!!!! It did not say on the online booking that there was a last order on food or a time that the kitchen closed! Very disappointed. How can it be called a kitchen and the kitchen be closed 🤦‍♀️

Really overrated and service is abysmal. Went for lunch, the staff were not very attentive. Went specifically for the pink burger and vaccine cocktail but the pink burger wasn't pink, and we were only told that they didn't have the pink buns after they brought the food out. The vaccine cocktail didn't have the syringe that I've seen in photos. We got some good photos but the props/furniture weren't disinfected between use, and there wasn't anything to do it ourselves. Just felt bit gimmiky to have the photos just in a separate room but I suppose its better that way for the pandemic

Great atmosphere, good choice of cocktails and amazing opportunities to get Instagram pictures! The food wasn’t bad but could be better. Pictures upstairs and some outside the toilet. Only one toilet and they could of made the toilets look cute also missed opportunity.

Well it’s pink, very pink. It has nice small menu, good no fuss what to order… I ordered burger and chips, nice but chips arrive a bit cold… I can forgive it as drinks are FIRST CLASS… nicely made and decorated with fruits and other things… we all had a great time…

Don't come here if you have any food allergies. They won't serve you any food and this is unclear on the website. We were also sat outside in the rain even though we booked a table inside. Had one drink then left straight away!

I went for a birthday & it was an awful experience, i spent over £100 on travel to arrive and be told there’s no chef, but infact there was 2 chefs and the real reason was some kind of electrical fault, I sat for 1 hour ordered drinks, while my daughter went and took photos & that was the best part, and even then still no sign of getting food, so walked out, the staff looked like they had no clue what was going on but was still seating people & telling each table different reasonings, awful place & not very hygienic, ended up going for a nandos.

Good for photos (even though decor is a bit botched/quick DIY) but food took over an hour to come out (it wasn’t busy) and they didn’t give us one of our sides but charged us for it. A big issue for me was the music was so loud, like club loud! I’m not being a granny, but I like to hear who I’m talking to when I’m at a restaurant. Staff were lovely nonetheless.

Rude staff when we walked in, made us wait for 5 minutes even though they had tables, asked if they could sit us closer to the outdoor space and they rolled there eyes at me. No thank you.

Look, you gotta come here for the 'gram, but that's all your going to coming for, it's a bit tack. Service wasn't great, people going round to take orders but aren't prepared to do so and need to go and get a pen and paper. When I see 5 main courses, I expected a restricted menu means what they do they do good....it was fine but nothing great, and certainly not worth the 35-40min wait (it was not that busy). And worst...my friend went to the toilet at 2pm, and there was no toilet paper, I went at 3pm and still no toilet roll...so I had to ask for it to be replaced. But when it's replaced but a full bin hasn't been emptied it is less than promising that the venue is covid secure, cleaned or very hygienic...

First we came out 8:30pm and they came and toke our drink orders and they came pretty quickly , but then no one bothered to come up and ask if we were ready to order food therefore we had to ask for a server to come over to us so we could order, then we ordered our food and 40 minutes went by and we asked our server where our food was and then they came back and claimed they ‘lost our food ticket’ and now the kitchen had closed even tho we had ordered food and there was still food coming out the kitchen for other tables after us. Then the server came back and said they re opening the kitchen back up and asked for our food order again so we gave it and then they said it would be 20 minutes so we went upstairs to take photos whilst some of our friends stayed at the table, then we came back downstairs after about 30 mins upstairs and food was still not here and then I asked another server and they said 5 more minutes when in fact it was about another 20 mins. We ordered our food at 9pm and didn’t get it until 11pm which is ridiculous, 2 hours for food? And chips were messing from one of my friends orders and they now said they couldn’t do anything about it, so half my friends order was missing as she only ordered chips and Mac&cheese. When booking 202 they ask what the occasion it is for and it was my 20th birthday yet I didn’t see the point in saying what occasion it was as nothing changed , like no good service etc? And it wasn’t like we could leave and get food else where as by the time we would of left and finished our cocktails everything would of been closed as we wasn’t made aware of our ‘lost’ ticket until 10pm. It was ridiculous and I asked one of the woman servers who the manager was and she said it was the man who had been serving us the whole time yet when we made these complaints to him he never made us aware he was the manager which I found odd? It was the manager had been used to kitchen chef being this way, slow , ‘losing our ticket’ etc . Slow service, not being made aware of things until asked many times/having to ask different servers where our food is, food wasn’t even that good for being 2 hours late , my friend said it was the worst chicken burger she had eaten as it was dry and she didn’t even want to eat it after waiting that long , we were all no longer hungry after waiting that long , bad management / badly organised waiters/ chefs. The only good thing was the cocktails as they had loads of flavour and they were strong. We got 50% off our bill in the end only because we made so many complaints to different servers and we demanded 50% off as they only wanted to give 15% off at the start which wasn’t good enough. It was my birthday and I wanted to celebrate it with all my friends in a cool restaurant and instead we were like 3 hours waiting for our food when we could of just booked somewhere else with better food and better organisation and more fun. Instead we were all stressed and didn’t have a good time as we were all starving waiting for our food. I heard it’s a popular restaurant in Birmingham and i honestly don’t understand why. Won’t be ever coming here again, waste of time and money.

Terrible experience. Waiters were rude and said they had no jugs to give water and then proceeded to give everyone else jugs with water, when pointed out did not even apologise. They also stated their policy once you are seated you cant switch seats, but when we asked if we could as the sun was in our eye they said no, but allowed others to move to get out of the sun. Felt very discriminated against throughout the whole time.

Waiting for my water & cocktails for more than hour. And small amounts cocktails cost lots money. Isnt worth to wait. Very slow services, hardly see staff around, most chatty to thier family/friends rather looking after us. The most things I got very confused soon I arrive, they want check temperature. But on our wrist?! Normally forehead. Finding bit odd. Dont feel covid safe there. Food quality wasnt the best even I can do much better than that. They done mistakes with Bill's aswell or did on propose?? Not reccomend to anyone.

We ordered drinks and received them first, we then went on to order food and was asked if we have any allergies. Two of the people we were with said they had peanut allergies. The member of staff and manager then told us were they couldn’t order any food of the menu even if they wanted to risk it themselves as apparently they don’t cater for allergies. This is not stated anywhere on the website or booking confirmation or on the menus and we also wasn’t informed when we arrived, only when we had all decided what we wanted to order. So do not go to 202 kitchen if you have any allergies!!!

Awful venue. I asked for something to be taken off my meal, which was refused. They bought out my order wrong. The staff took ages to provide me with a knife and fork.... which is basic, I even asked 3 times. The staff other than the team leader were rude. The venue itself is good for pictures but that’s it. Would not recommend.

Worst experience I’ve had in years. So me and my friends booked in for a birthday meal. We booked indoor seating. We arrived on time to be told there was no indoor seating left .. so they put us outside (we had no coats nothing) outside was pretty empty but they put us right at the end right next to the speaker which was that loud we couldn’t even hear each other. I took 30 minutes from the time we sat down to be seen.. we explained the situation to the waitress who was abit blunt and rude who said “ well I’ll see what I can do but it’s COVID” the reply made no sense to what we was asking for. Finally 15 minutes later they move us to a indoor table .. which then they totally was ignoring us serving every other table who come in after us. a whole ONE hour went by where no one came over to take our order. I even tried calling them over but it was either they honestly didn’t hear us or see us or they were just point blank ignoring us. Anyway we all came to agreement to just leave and go somewhere else ( we travelled over a hour to come). When we walked out the manager was very nice and tried apologising asking us to come back in but it was just to embarrassing and how the waitress act was just so rude. I messaged them on Instagram to tell them the situation which they just read and ignored me. They have no business telephone number to even ring them. To sum the situation up I wouldn’t recommend at all... it’s basically a shed type thing outdoor. Which the staff (not the girl on the door or manager) are so rude.. even the bouncer is rude. The food is like £19 for a box like a burger chips and waffle. Like there’s plenty more restaurants in Birmingham that are half the price and so nice. Do you really want to be spending atleast £40 a head to take some nice selfies? Because let’s be honest we only go there for the selfies... but it’s not worth wasting your money.

AWFUL worst experience ever! We booked indoor seating and got seated outdoor although there were tables available inside the lady we couldn't seat there. the music was so loud we couldn't hear each other's. and they play Youtube videos that are lagging. unbearable The worst was waiting 30 minutes and no one came to take our orders. NO ONE. the menu is overpriced (19£ for wings and fries with corn), vegan and vegetarian option are almost non existent. We decided to left when no one came for us and the lady dared to tell us thank you and see you soon. They literally don't care about you yes the place looks good but that is about it bonus: they barely clean the tables for COVID, not even the sides of the tables or the chairs. AVOID AT ALL COST You still want cute pics for your insta? Book, go there, take your pic and leave, no one will bother about you anyway

Great food great staff parking was free we got there for 6pm.

We waited nearly an hour for our food to arrive, only for this to be cold. My friend had even informed one of the staff and her new food was returned cold yet again! The atmosphere is really pretty and the girls working there are lovely. But cold food and nearly an hour wait, really ruined my friends and I experience here.

Waitressing staff are awful!! Took 20mins to take our drink orders, then waited 45minutes for them to arrive, was just told there was a back log...no apologies from staff, food was mediocre wouldnt class it as soul food at all, cocktails was nice but overpriced for what they where, waitress spilled a drink over my friend and didn't even apolagised when I said are you even going to say sorry her reply was it was her fault not mine, no offer to get paper towels at all and very rude, this place could have potential if it hired decent front of house staff.

Awful place! Sent my husband away because he wore a tracksuit! They never stated it on their website. Came all that way for nothing. Never going again

What a horrible experience. The only positive about the place is the cocktails. We waited over an hour for our food to arrive. My burger was cold so I complained & they brought me a new one. Even after the new one arrived, it was still cold. Luckily I was given a half price discount for the disappointment.

can i have the chefs personal details.. me and my daughter came here for a pick me after this rubbish year.. we loved it the cocktails got us nice & wavey and the food filled our bellies.. cool atmosphere all round and yea the food is to die for esp the lobster tails....

How am I paying £50 for VERY average tasting burger and chips, to use a bathroom that has no toilet roll holder, no soap dispenser (the soap came in a squeezey bottle like washing up liquid) and no paper towel dispenser? The place is all about getting (overdone) Instagram pictures and less about good food. Hooooowver, the service was a bit slow but very pleasant, the cocktails and prawns were good and I loved the music which was r&b/hip hop if that's your vibe, but I'm in no rush to return.

Really nice and cool vibes just that the music is a bit too loud for conversation.

I'm sorry but the only thing nice about this place is presentation. I travelled all the way from London to go here and as a result I have suffered horrible food poisoning after eating here and I will never be back!! I started vomiting when I got home after leaving here and 2 days later I still have diaorrhea!! I should really make a formal complaint about this! I would not advice anybody to eat here. If you want to get some cute pics maybe just order some BOTTLED water!!!

Bad customer service and poor quality food First of all I booked a table for 3 but came out as 2 tried to get through they didn’t pick up or respond even though this number is on google for me to contact them through My friend came abit late to hold the table 15 minutes but it happens. They had told them advance that I was coming they said they’d see what they would do I couldn’t sit with my friends which was under stable due to health & safety but the way the manager had spoken to us wasn’t helping the situation she wasn’t suggesting alternatives which we asked for she said she would go see what she could do but never came back Finally me and friends swapped with two girls who was sitting on a 4 seat table. The general manager came to sort it out which was unnecessary because everything was fine afterwards. I ordered food just as I arrived waited an hour for them to tell us that we couldn’t order food but my cocktail came This was my worst experience in hospitality I tasted some of my friends food and it tasted literally like salt This is very unhealthy and could result to high cholesterol

Jodie (young girl with blonde hair) served us all night and she was so attentive, polite and really sweet. The food and drinks are amazing and so is the atmosphere. Only thing I'd change is the price of some of the cocktails and not the best welcoming when you arrive girls seem to just talk amongst them selves for a while and abit of a cold reception from the front desk hostess and but I'll definitely visit again.

Really slow service food was nice I'm sure I was seated for about 20 mins before i was asked what I wanted to drink (Coca-Cola) then had to wait another 20 mins for the drink to come then they took our food order which also took its time to reach our table but the food was really nice

Lovely staff, waitresses were friendly and helpful. Food was lovely perfect vibe with the music more of a bar then a restaurant to start your night out off. Upstairs was the photo instagram sections absolutely loved it so much fun. Thanks for your service girl's.. Left a nice tip..

Food was absolutely amazing, salmon was succulent, prawns were juicy & sides were amazing. My friend had the wings & ribs and she said the same thing (also the ribs are massive & Finally a restaurant’s that serves food with flavour) We arrived 40 minutes late due to a travel delay & they still held our booking for us. Atmosphere was very welcoming & staff are very polite. It’s very refreshing & rewarding to go somewhere where there are no surprises, what you see is what you get. There was an on site DJ who played a variety of music, (this mixed with cocktails made me feel like I was back on holiday, also cocktails were strong) would definitely be my weekend spot if I lived a little closer. I would say it’s a young crowd (20-28), if you like dressing up, looking cute, going out to eat, taking pictures, this is the spot. Can’t wait to visit again. Due to covid mask have to be worn when not seated, if you forget yours don’t worry as they have some on site.

Totally spoilt my sons 18th birthday!! Yes we were 10 minutes late because we traveled all the way from stoke on Trent, in bad weather. but my son was excited to go and spend his big birthday with friends and family at this recommended restaurant! One, we were not told that they did not let kids in after 6 o’clock so his little sister could not come in even though there were kids in there already! How they expect people to get their kids from school, travel an get there before 6 o’clock is a joke! Then I was passed around to numerous members of rude staff for asking why we weren’t told this in the first place when booking, then we were told that we couldn’t get fitted in because we were late anyway! I’m just totally disgusted with the “customer services” their only saving grace was a manger I spoke to before being thrown out that was a bit more pleasant an apologist a little for ruining our night! Would not go back if you paid my travel and my bill!!!!

I Love this place highly recommend. I wish I had taken names of staff so I can mention them, our waitress was nice did her job to good standard, but another member of staff went above and beyond and was helping my children get some fab pictures with all the props. Expertly taken it was so fun for them. Thanks again 202 kitchen. Oh and the food was on point for me as well, will defo be back again soon.

Can not fault the staff or the venue but the food was bland, just had no taste at all and luke warm. Drinks tasted like water.

We had issues with the service time and a bit of confusion with the bill. But the food was on point, a little pricey but the amount of food made up for that. The music was great and the staff were friendly.

We love 202 Kitchen, it was our second time there, a thoroughly fantastic dining experience, lovely food and cocktails, very attentive waitresses, great atmosphere, and some seriously memorable photos. We can't wait to go back again..

Fantastic food, excellent staff however the cocktails weren't very nice. Would definitely recommend but wish they did some of the classics on the drinks menu.

Dined here on 18th Aug using the gov help out to eat out scheme. We received a 5* welcome and service from the host and waitress. Well all ordered a Trap Box with an extra side, which we didn't really need as the Trap Boxes are huge and so filling i had to take a doggy bag home. I had the ribs and prawns and Mmmmmmm it was delicious, i tried my friends Salmon and it was really tasty too. The wings were okay. Didn't try and cocktails as thought they were expensive for £12. I think they could introduce a happy hour. The decor inside is a whole lot of pink and quite informal. I did find the seating to be quite uncomfortable. Think the benches need to be upgraded. We came in the afternoon and the atmosphere was chilled with urban music playing. I would imagine it could be quite lively in the evening. Overall I would return as the majority of the food was delicious. Oh and I forgot to mention the waffles are AMAZING!!!

Worst meal I've had in my life. If I could rate this place 0/5, I would. Where do I start with how awful this entire experience was... Regarding the food, the waffle was hard, couldn't eat the mac and cheese (it was awful) the fries were just okay, the salmon was oddly sweet, coleslaw was something you could buy from the shops. I also asked for the mac and cheese as a replacement side to the option of lobster/prawns/chicken but got charged for it on the bill which shouldn't have happened. Oh and I forgot to add, I only eat halal chicken and made sure to avoid it but lo and behold, our orders come, 2 out of 3 of them with chicken wings in them??? When we told the waitress, who seemed new and incapable, she said the boxes come with wings, but there was no mention of this on the menu, we didn't say it either and 1 box came without wings too, so? She then went to fix our order but bought back the same box, so we had to obviously avoid the parts where the chicken wings had touched the other food. She also forgot my mac and cheese and our sauces we ordered. We had to tell the managing waitress who managed to get it to us right away. We also ordered 3 drinks with our main order with our original waitress. Did they arrive? No. In fact, we saw various groups of other people come, some who actually got their drinks and we still didn't. At this point, it became a bit too much, especially with how hard it was to swallow all this food, (it was literally inedible), that I got up and asked our waitress for our drinks. I was told, "don't worry, you'll get your drinks". Again, did they ever arrive? No. Were they still put onto our receipt and they tried charging us for it? Oh god yes. Miserable service. On seeing the wrong charge, I asked the managing waitress to remove the drinks charges, she apologised and did so. She also removed the mac and cheese I ordered from the charges, because I had taken one bite and couldn't finish it. It felt like it had been sat out for days and reheated. Never could I have thought you'd be able to get mac and cheese wrong. Service was beyond poor. I had to get up twice to ask for missing items. Wait times were awful even after asking for said missing food. Only one waitress and one managing waitress who was letting people in. Nobody came to our table to ever ask if we needed anything either. Recommendation: just DO NOT GO. If you want an instagram worthy spot, go take pics on the pink bike outside and just leave. That's your best option.

It’s a pretty place, I love the concept and the aesthetics of the decor. Very instagram-able. I enjoyed my visit there on Tuesday. Have to give a shout out to Keely and Tanisha, although it got a little busy they still managed to provide great service and kept checking on me whilst I waited for my cousin. I enjoyed the food too. Considering that the restaurant is still fairly new, there are a few little things that need work but I feel that over time the rough edges will soon smooth over.

I went here today and I thought it was ok. It isn’t personally my scene as I think it’s just a place people want to go and take insta pics but they are some good and bad parts about the venue. Overall experience. The main waitress we had was good and she did her best when the order didn’t come correct from the kitchen. I think the decor could be a lot better in the small things such as the paint job and the quality of the furniture. However that all can be done again in time. I think female waitresses are beautiful but I think there should be boundaries in terms of dress for work as it can be distracting. Food and drinks The food was ok but Luke warm. The mac and cheese needs salt and probably better with Red Leicester as well (or more of it). Presentation was great so it looked very appealing. My friends said cocktails are not strong, which is important for the 9-12 price tag. Final thoughts I think this place can be great but it need faster service, hot food and better management of staff. It’s a new business so it early days. However I do feel there need to be one waiter for the table only and someone who runs the drinks .

I was not actually looking forward to going here as I had heard not great reviews from a couple of people. But we thought why not give it a go!! Walking in to the venue we were surrounded by incredibly young people so I felt like the momma. Anyway we met with friends and the most gorgeous young lady served us and this continued throughout the evening. Attentive service great food (apart from the waffle which was soft) good atmosphere. Honestly I would say try it out the lady who is running the team there is very nice and the staff were fab.

Visited 202 kitchen a week or so ago. I had heard numerous people tell me about terrible experiences. However I like to form my own opinions. Personally, the venue isn't for me, but I understand the concept. If you care more about taking a ridiculous amount of pictures for your Insta than the quality of food/dining experience, this is the place for you. The food was ok, it came out warm but not hot (menu is online). We were served by numerous waitresses, so there's no consistency. I asked the waitress for Chardonnay and she asked me if it was white wine (not her fault, the establishment should train their staff on the food & drinks menu). The '202 Cinema' was mirroring somebodies device, it went from music videos to a mixtape. I wouldn't choose to attend 202 kitchen again.

We visited Saturday lunchtime and it was lovely. The host was very welcoming and our waitress eve was friendly and attentive. Food was lovely, we ordered a trapbox and a baebox which both came quickly and were absolutely delicious. We also both had the cocktail 'Gaza' which also came swiftly and we would definitely recommend. Decor was lovely, amazing for insta photos and it was also very clean. We would deffo recommend and will be back ourselves very soon!

This venue really has potential so i hope they read the reviews and use the feedback to improve. The wait for service is ridiculous. The waiting staff do not come and check on tables or take orders straight away... at times most of them had disappeared around the back... service took at least 3 hours drinks and food ... the food was good apart from the wings which lacked flavour.... more work needs to be put in to service as it shouldnt take so long for drinks and food

Decor is cheap. Theme is tacky. Food took an hour to arrive. When food did arrive it was luke warm and average af. I've had better at Digbeth Dining Club. The waitresses look miserable. All style and no substance. The sort of place that just wants you to take lots of Instagram photos and take your money. Thank God I went using the 'Eat Out to Help Out' scheme, I would not pay full price for the standard of food.

This place is the hot spot in birmingham, music and the vibe is 5* the food is AMAZING and the cocktails are lush, Gaza is my fav defo recommend

Amazing food, great staff and really professional. Super duper impressed and would recommend 100% Reading through the other reviews I must disagree the food came really fast even when it was busy, cocktails were as strong as they should be and the strongest ones are outlined on the menu. The restaurant is designed really beautifully and it really is a dress to impress if thats what you're after. Really pleased overall!

Very disappointed In my last visit. My sister and I have been made to look like liars when pointing out no wray and nephew white rum was in the cocktail yet I was told there was. My sister had gone a few hours prior and was told there was none hence why certain cocktails couldn't be made, yet they attempted to just make the cocktail with the missing main ingredient and pass it off as genuine. Its unprofessional and a joke. All I got told after was my comments will be passed on....like that is good enough. This is a trading standards issue. Not good at all. In addition, The food is standard to say the least. Overall very disappointed in this "restaurant" and how they deal with genuine issues. Will never return.

1. Waited a 1hr and abit for my food to come to my table 2. When my food arrived I ate into my burger it was super salty like say they trying to give me diabetes 3. The mac n cheese looked like they boiled some pasta and flinged some cheese on top

My honest first impression of the actual building and decor wasn’t to my expectations or perception of the venue or vibe I thought I was a going to arrive too. Defo not a dress to impress situation unless you wanna take them special social media pictures. (Then it is a defo place to visit) if you love all things pink it ain’t that pink either Love the staff very polite and accommodating especially the manager she’s 5 star. I had no problems with my food Cocktails weren’t that strong but over all nothing to complain about I Had fun definitely worth the visit.

We went there Saturday Night. We had a fab time, it has an exciting edge to it. Great crowd, Great Funky Decor, great for photos !!! Best Cocktails in Birmingham. I didnt eat because I had been for a family meal, We cant wait to go back.

Waited 1.5 hours for our food to be served, awful service, food wasnt that great either. I do not recommend this restaurant.

Food is nothing special, nothing soulful about it. Drinks are over priced. Place is over hyped. Will not be going back.

Extremely brilliant concept perfect me and the Mrs. We enjoyed the whole experience and the buffalo wings were to die for not to mention the lobster tail. Bang on will definitley be back!

Food so nice ....drink(Gaza )on point , nice music .... and a very beautiful place . Will definitely go again .
