Staff doesn't care about customers. Stood on counter just to get serve but was ignored by staff for five minutes.

Possibly the worst mcdonalds never have mcflurrys available even in the summer months or milkshakes but have them advertised through the drive thru !

Como son una parte importante de la comida, lo estropearon todo.

Did the survey outside on the bench of this mcdonals on school road. I received my voucher for a 2.99 big Mac and fries.... only to be told it has been used and they resisted giving me what I had been rewarded. Disgraceful workers here..... I always get sorted out with 2.99 if there's any issue in any other mcdonalds.

Recently just not the same standard

At the moment this place is consistently making the deadest food. It’s much better to drive to Parsons Hill and get a maccies that is worthy of the name. The burgers are literally being slapped together so lapsy daisy it’s wild and unfortunately this isn’t a one of. The whole team need to take a little more pride in their work or step down.

Fast and quick service Friendly staff and clean and tidy

Both take away and eat in are fine. Service is quick, plenty of parking and seating. Food is consistent.

Huge thank you to the operations manager at McDonalds, Warstock who brought the missing part of my order to my house after uber eats and the McDonald’s kitchen where they collect from were extremely unhelpful. Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name but thank you so much. I hope you get recognition for your kindness and great work ethic.

Worst place I was in a rush after work and wanted something quick and they gave me a burger with stale buns and didn't even apologise and gave me a new burger that was thrown together

All ok until they mess up your order, double charge you and refuse to refund. Then accuse you of making it up to steal money from them. Thanks ‘Dan the second assistant manager’ 🙄

As usual from McDonalds Yardley Wood, burgers were cold, chips were the same, what a surprise the milk shake machine was broke. If I could give this establishment zero stars I would. Avoid & go to a different restaurant.

I had a really disappointing experience. I waited 25 minutes for my order, and then I had to leave because I was running late to pick up my daughter from evening school. This was extremely frustrating, and I won’t be returning.

It was good McDonalds better than any the others I been to in a really long time I don’t know why I just feel like it doesn’t taste the same no more which it’s disappointing especially as McDonalds cost more than going to Toby Carvery and paying for a roast being able to pick 3 selected meats you want and having all the vegetables and roast potatoes you want it’s much nicer sorry McDonald’s but it’s not longer worth the money not filling enough it’s extremely expensive to constantly be disappointed and you ask for to much many to just feel hungry again in like 5 minutes time

Been going to this Maccies for years and recently they have had a change in staff as the service is better

Not a very good mcdonald's food always cold always get a mouthful of abuse when you take it back very slow service one day we saw it going back to the petrol station never do anything for the local community like local litter picks rubbish everywhere rather go to local chipshops and support local businesses

Staff laughing and joking ( about their pay) in the back whilst customers were waiting half an hour for their food. I had to abandon my wait and get a refund, I'd have probably waited another hour.

Don’t bother ordering from the restaurant on School Road or for delivery via the place they have opened up off Warstock Road as you will get the same result either way - almost every time at least one item will be missing from your order. Often it will be the sauce for your nuggets that is missing, other times it will be entire food items. Just had a quarter pounder meal delivered that came with no quarter pounder and 6 nuggets that came with no sauce. Disappointing and very dry meal and, unfortunately this is a common occurrence at this branch. Edit. They only refunded me £2.13 for the missing quarter pounder that I paid £5.64 for. I’ve finally given up on this place now.

Inconsistent McDonald's this one. If you Uber eats from here it'll likely be wrong, check your items before you leave often things missing, food quality is acceptable eating in / drive through, on occasions can be very good.

12.30 today was served by the happiest person on the drive through and he was getting through the qué really quick. Just sharing joy it was wonderful to see

Come here nearly everyday and the service had just been getting worse. I order on the app for pick up so my order is already processed for the staff yet I'm being made to wait at the drive through for 15 minutes of my lunch break whilst your staff serve customers who come in after me in 2 minutes. They're usually simple orders too. Staff on till didn't offer an apology but said it was someone else's fault. Really disappointing customer service, especially when I go there most days.

Click and collect order - when I got home we noticed all the fries of the meals were burnt! More like crisps than just snap not a chip. Can tell by the colour of the chips that they were over cooked, more orange than a yellow colour. Has put us off ordering from that restaurant. In the process of trying to get refund

This looks identical to mouse droppings in my mayo chicken…. Messaged customer service online and all they’ve done is ignore me. Not an appropriate place to be visiting. Spent £26 on food and was made to wait 15 minutes my coffees were cold because of the waiting time the food was cold the Manager said that he could not do anything over the phone as it was a breakfast order and unfortunately it was breakfast we wanted didn't even apologise and didn't want to help very poor customer service Duncan needs more training as he clearly don't know how to deal with customer complaints in a professional manner.

The place is reasonably clean the staff were courteous and very experienced at their tasks in hand a credit to the owner and the menu gets upgraded with the seasons --a child's delight to be taken to MC Donald's fast food restaurant

They seem to have lost the concept of fast food, used the drive through to get my two grandsons a lunchtime treat. Sat waiting for over 5 mins to order, couldn't just leave as vehicles had pulled in behind me, took several more mins to reach the payment window & then collect food & drive out. When we finally got food & drove the 3 mins home my grandsons said "Grandad the fries are cold" I honestly wouldn't go anywhere near the place if it was the kids favourite !?

Always missing the ice, meat always burnt, unfortunately after so many complaints I am still not happy with the way they deal with all these situation, the biggest problem is that they advertise the new meat as being better and in my case 9 out of ten was burnt and missing the salt and pepper.

I don't eat Macdonald's food for obvious reasons, whoever I do like their coffee. In this instance I popped in for two coffee's while at work. After ordering and waiting for 5 mins I was approached by a staff member telling me that the machine was being cleaned so unfortunately there was no coffee. So I was refunded. However the reason I've gave them 5 stars was because I was offered something for free as compensation for my time. I appreciate good service so we'll done to the staff here.

Absolute joke of a place. Last time I ordered (good few months ago) from just eat McDonald’s they forgot the children’s happy meals, I sent an email regarding this didn’t receive any of my money back! I thought irl give it another go and order from them today…. Well I’ve now received someone else’s order I’ve sent an email regarding this issue no doubt I won’t hear back from them once again. I called McDonalds the phone keeps ringing out. Absolute farse. Not to mention around a year ago the security man done a dirty snot rocket outside on the floor whilst I was eating my food could see him through the window. Then has the audacity to ask me if everything’s alright nah mate no put me right off my food. Only reason why I ordered today was cos the children wanted a McDonald’s well I won’t b ordering again.

The gentleman who served us, was lovely, polite, but very slow. I had a cab waiting, and didn't use their drive through, as my youngest, wanted to use the bathroom. After, eventually receiving our order, which I only opened the bag to check we had been given the correct amount of condiments. On arrival home, I noticed that the fries were just over half full, and then my burger bun was clearly meant for another burger 🤦🏾‍♀️ I've had issues on a previous occasion, with this particular restaurant, when ordering in. The only way they have been consistent, is by being, consistently, disappointing.

Bit of an eye-opening experience. Clientele salt of the earth knuckle daggers. Witness people throwing their litter out the window instead of putting it in the bin, which was next to the car they were in. Staff were friendly though. Took the grand kids as I wouldn't step foot in one ordinarily. .

This is my local branch, however I usually opt to visit one further away due to consistent poor service here. I decided to give it a second chance today. What a mistake. I ordered 6 items in total at the drive-thru. When I got home, I realised 1 item was missing, other items missing things and the drink I ordered was lukewarm and barely half full. I went back and informed the staff of what had happened. They replaced the items, but there were still sauces missing, and the fries were cold and chewy as if they had been sat there for a long time. This wouldn’t have been due to my journey home as I live merely 1 mile away and was in the car. Others appeared to also have been complaining as when I reached the window, a defeated member of staff seemed to anticipate what the problems were. Avoid this branch.

If I could give no stars, I would. Everytime I order from this place, they always get my order wrong. I make special requests, they'll put that the special request jas been adhered to, but in reality, they have managed to botch up my order YET AGAIN. And everytime I call up to complain, they always tell me "there's nothing we can do." NO ACCOUNTABILITY HELD BY STAFF OR MANAGER. AVOID THIS MCDONALDS AT ALL COSTS!!!

Staff very helpful and food was good.

Live close to the restaurant so have eaten there many times out of convenience alone. Staff are mostly friendly but some people there are rude, unhappy and generally unkept. Order is wrong 9/10 times the sauces are always missing, special notes always ignored, items missing and quality of food is poor and temperature is even worse. Even for McDonalds standards its a bad experience wold not recommend.

I had very bad experience of customer service twice recently. About a week ago I ordered two fillet meals and the guy took wrong order and at the end I got one. When I told them that I ordered two the guy showed no interest in helping and said there is nothing we can do and you have to go to drive through and order again. He was rude and said you should have checked on the screen before paying but neither the ordering screen worked nor at the till where u paid was working so I could not see the order. Yesterday I went again and ordered ate the drive throug. My order did not show up in the screen. When I asked the guy about this he said we are not able to do this. And when I went to pay at the next window again they screen was no working again.when I asked him rohan show my order in the screen he just shrugged the shoulder and said I can’t do this. I felt he was not interested in helping customers. I feel staff at this McDonald’s is not interested in helping customers.

The food was great with some scrumptious fries and burgers.

I went to McDonald’s Yardley Wood B14 with my sister for lunch as we were well overdue a catch up. Ahtik who I believe was the manager offered excellent and exceptional customer services, he was polite yet professional and ensured our food came promptly plus nice and hot as we requested. Great service and great food when to someone like Ahtik, customer satisfaction is priority. Highly recommend! :)

Mind numbingly slow!! You've heard the phrase" pay peanuts,get.........!" Was clean shaven when I ordered food.(20 nuggets...that's all...nothing brain taxing) had a full beard when I eventually got food....to which I think it was cooked the day before!.... luke warm...and dry. I had a "Big Tasty" and I really enjoyed it my Son Big Mac meal as usual the staff were nice and friendly and we got served quickly all the tables were clean so we a good enjoyable meal.

Ordered 3no Double Sausage and Egg McMuffin meals. Waited for 10minutes and only 1no Mc Muffin arrived with the order. I asked for the 2no McMuffins and when they arrived we found that the first Mc Muffin was a single bacon mc Muffin, not a double sausage! When we opened our hot chocolates they were brown water. We asked for them to be exchanged and the waitress advised that they had no hot chocolate syrup! Why were they served like this?? We eventual requested a refund for the hot chocolates and received a refund for 2no regular ones, not large as we had ordered. Totally shambolic and poor customer service.

Drove straight in and had my order taken straight away. After five minutes at the window I was asked to park and wait. Fifteen minutes later, my order was delivered and all 3 meals were cold.

I’ve seen on numerous occasions an employee called DUNCAN bully staff particularly the Asian boys this needs to be investigated I feel sorry for the people that work there they need to speak up and report his behaviour it seems like a he has an issue with race I’m aware this is an issue at McDonald’s through seeing similar stories in the news and media.

Typical McDonalds really, up and down and now pretty overpriced for what it is. The only consistent thing is the hot chocolate is basically brown tasteless hot water, skimping on the main ingredient to the point of ridiculousness, it's been like it for years. I always go to another branch if I can that do better, or should I say normal hot chocolates.
