App takes money but doesn’t put the order through - tells you to call the hut and they don’t answer

Not picking up their phone, when i try to order pizza.

Their online ordering system continually rejects any order made

Simply dreadful. Sloppy, drowning in tomato paste, inedible. When will a regional manager inspect these branches for poor quality? Pizza resembled a bowl of sloppy dog food. Manager (Ahmed) totally uninterested. A case of "Manager" only by name.

Says pizza delivered, it has not. Calling the Hut, no answer and call gets discontinued after holding on for ages. Eventually turned up, without getting through to the Hut. May well be an App issue, reporting inconsistencies. Hut should look into that. Pizza was a bit disappointing, not as hot as it should have been, although I did enjoy the tomato topping which was not the usual huge chunks, but rather mini baby plum tomatoes, perhaps ? A positive note :)

I have not ordered from pizza hut in several years. My friend recommended as he said Pizza Hut have had a revamp and boy was he right! Delivered within 25 min, piping hot food and fresh and the pizza packed full of toppings. Everything was delicious. Highly recommend based on this experience.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. They refused to refund my order after I called and explained a mistake had occurred. I normally order from the Caterham Pizza Hut and although they don’t always pick up the phone, they always apologise and care about their customers. I wanted to order last Friday as I couldn’t leave the house because of flu. My local hut said “currently unable to deliver”. So I ordered from the next nearest, this one. I selected “delivery” which the website accepted and allowed me to choose. I got a confirmation email then stating “this is for collection”. I called to inform them of the mistake and was told they couldn’t deliver because it was “out of area”. I explained my situation and the man refused to send it out for delivery and got more and more irate until he was yelling down the phone at me. I explained that I was ill and couldn’t leave the house, I begged him to make an exception but he refused and stated “it’s out of area”, (a whole 7 minute drive). He told me to contact Pizza Hut customer care. I did. I’ve now had seven emails all telling me with many sorrys that the order was declined so I will not get a refund. I have no words. No customer care. No concern for their customers. If you can’t pick up they’ll keep your money and blame you, not the system that made the mistake. If you want to be badly treated, yelled at and have your money taken - this place is for you.

Terrible customer service took my order wrong, had me wait 45 mins in the shop, offered me free food as compensation and gave it to another customer because they were also complaining and then told me it was no longer available. Offered me a fizzy drink instead - pathetic

Quality is terrible and not what pizza hut used to be years ago. The dough was hard and undercooked, no tomatoe sauce or cheese on one pizza, ground beef tasted off, toppings were not fresh and burnt, cheese stuff crust was tasteless cheese, overall quality is poor, cheap ingredients.

Everytime I order from here it takes well over an hour to get delivered. Both Papa John's and Domino's always deliver to me within 45 minutes. I live fairly close too.

The pizza is always fresh and tasty, whether collecting or having it delivered. If you don't have a voucher or a promotion code, the prices are too high! It is easy to find deals and discount codes online.

Terrible customer service I ordered online and selected collection by mistake and they wouldn’t deliver to me just said take it up with customer services (who take 3 days to get back to you) at home with a sick little one so unable to leave the house.

Save yourself the hassle...Once you order online and pay, they inform you they don't do delivery..you have to collect your pizza...they do not do refunds unless you go through customer services and you will have to wait..pizza was nice but what a hassle!...Pizza Delivery that DO NOT Deliver!...Better options in Coulsdon are definately available.. Give it a year and that shop will either be an Estate Agent or another Chicken Shop.

Pizza Hut is all good, I've tried various pizzas and chicken sides were fine. However I am also reviewing Wing Street which has the same address as Pizza Hut, I ordered Jalapeño, Cheese and Wedges type meal and the wedges were undercooked so that was disappointing.

Worst customer service.. waited 2 hours for pizza. When we tried to reach no one was picking call, no idea where our pizza was ? At last it when it was connected he said 10 mins that was a lie and we waited another half an hour.Customer service is rubbish.. Big no no for my next order.

Waited 2 hours for my pizza to be delivered. I followed it up and was told she took the house number down wrong and it was delivered to the wrong house. Was then told they tried to reach me on my mobile. No missed calls. Poor service, just not reconfirming the orders and generally untrustworthy. Collections only in future.

Tried to order a pizza over the phone. First order they took bank details but did not put the order through. Tried again and nearly 2 hours later still no pizza. Apparently no manager available. Terrible service

I bought 6 delivery orders with side & drink in Coulsdon Pizzas Hut London, I received the 6 orders but NO side & drink. They lie. They did not bring a full order, that's a scam, NEVER AGAIN I buy Liars pizza ......

Just done a online delivery and it’s said it’s arrived when it hasn’t! Tried calling several times but getting no answer!

Second order in a row where we have been sent meat in our vegetarian orders. First they sent chicken strips instead of the wedges we ordered with our vegetarian pizza. Today they sent our vegetarian pizza with pieces of meat sprinkled on it! Will never order from here again. Avoid if you're vegetarian and/or care about food standards.

One week they delivered to us the next week they dont because they are busy

We received a pizza recently and it was completely smashed to bits. I rang the store, and the person I spoke to was really helpful and sent a new pizza within half an hour. The new pizza arrived and it was hot and really nice. We ordered again, a few weeks later and again, the pizza and sides were hot and tasted very nice. Good service and nice food, will be ordering from again.

All four pizzas were smashed beyond belief, looks like somebody just jumped on the pizza boxes. It them took them another 35 minutes to bring new pizzas. Pizza was horrible and cold. Definitely never ordering from here again. Disgusting.

No problems, quick delivery, polite, great pizza.

Awful awful experience. Pizza didn't arrive within the 50-60 minutes advised online. Telephoned several times for fifteen minutes straight with no one picking up and then had to drive down. Drove down with my toddler to ask for a refund due to awful customer service to be handed a cold dry pizza and when I asked for my refund, I was told I need to telephone a number to have the service addressed. If I could give zero stars I would. Never ever ever ever again.

We rang to give the right pizza after we get the wrong order and the man said that we were wasting his time told us to f off then hung up

Lovely food and customer service is amazing.

Useless the first time round. Gave them the benefit of the doubt. Useless again. Took 1.30hr to arrive. They didn't have the drink and its cold. Writing this while heating it up in my own oven. Won't be going back. Totally useless

I've called today 11/11/19 and ordered my regular order I then got a coupon of 50% off orders over £50 the lady on the phone tonight at 9 o'clock was so very helpful and helped me order more food as I couldn't do it online. honestly was the best customer service I've had in such a long time this girl DESERVES a promotion and more people in the food industry should be like her. if your seeing this thank you mam and if your boss is seeing this she's a star !

Burnt crust, they didn't even cut the pizza properly.

Never received order and when calling store they never answer call. Just took £30 for no food or service.

Ordered wings and got strips. Both large pizzas were undercooked and soggy, how on earth a "Pizza" shop is unable to cook a pizza I will never understand. Dominos here I come. Stay clear of the branch.

Used 6months ago was rubbish undercooked, gave them 6months and ordered again last week, rubbish pizza not that warm and again undercooked. Complained online and heard nothing back after a week. 1star review is accurate

Service is usually quite good, pizza quality is always nice, prices are a little top end and delivery times do vary.

Always late delivery, missing items and always arrives cold. Pizzas have more crust than sauce, cheese and toppings.

Will not be going back very tight with the toppings only sauce on the bread and the big polish man needs to learn english....dosent know how to take a order

It's hit and miss to say the least. Sometimes the pizza is cooked to perfection, and sometimes it's a bit burnt.

TERRIBLE SERVICE - 15 minutes before my order was taken, It took 4 attempts for me to pay for my order, over an hour for 2 pizzas and when I asked how long all I got told was "not sure, I'm on the counter" (name on my receipt is Zain K) when I said to the man "sorry but if it's not out in 5 minutes I'd like my money back" he went behind the small wall and laughed and was telling the other staff members what I had said, personal calls being taken, pans all over the floor and staff eating from the trays as they came out namely garlic bread, when I asked to speak to a supervisor or the chief I was told "they're busy". By the time i got home (which is only 4 mile drive) pizzas were cold and one was even burnt underneath. I have taken a few pictures too and will be reporting this poor customer service. Dominoes is almost opposite - do yourself a favour and go there, I guy had been waiting an hour only for them to tell him they had no deep pan Base left so he went to dominoes and was out before we got our pizzas (plus dominoes has the best pepperoni dough balls ☺)

Order took over an hour for the delivery, it was cold and they delivered 2 things wrong.

Ordered pizza online at 12:20 when the branch opened at 11:45, paid in full on the website only to receive a call 10 minutes later telling me they had no drivers until 2pm and that I WOULD NEED TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICES MYSELF to get a refund! Appalling service, used to use them literally once a week...that's the end of that!

We ordered a half and half pizza and they spread some the toppings from the one half over the other side too. The person who this half was for didn't like these toppings and therefore had hardly any pizza. Also we waited for AGES to be served and even once they knew we were there they still took their time. :(

Absolutely terrible service. I order a pizza at 7:48 from this store. 3 hours later and 4 phone calls I have been told it has already been delivered (which it hasn't). Each phone call before I was told it would be 20 mins till it came. Its now 10:46 and it hasn't came. I have had my money refunded, such bad service.
