!!!ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED!! There’s absolutely no parking outside this restaurant – the entire road is lined with double yellow lines, so it’s near impossible for customers to find a space. We drove all the way from Warrington today on a whim to give the place a try, but ended up leaving completely put off. One of the chefs (the guy with the light blond hair) was EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!!!!! His yellow car was parked in a way that blocked any potential space for others. If he’s that precious about his car, why park so inconsiderately? He even came over acting aggressively, pointing and gesturing at our car as if we were in the wrong. We came to support the business and have a meal, and ended up being told off. We definitely won’t be coming back again. <<I will definitely never do it again!!!>> There is no parking space in front of this store, and the entire road is covered with double yellow lines. It is impossible for customers to find a parking space. Today I set off from Warrington and went to help. I am very upset!!! One of the chefs in this shop (a golden retriever) was very rude and blocked customers from parking with his yellow car. I was so nervous about setting up my own car. How about unblocking the parking on the street? Zhong Yao was fierce and murderous and pointed at my car. When I arrived, the fruit formation made trouble, and when I left, the fruit formation made trouble again. I have to make trouble for him all the time when I help him take care of the food. I will definitely not visit Li again in the future. CLS.

Dog friendly old fashioned stoaty pub with good ales, open fires and proper front of house manager/ landlord. Keep it up!!

Great experience at the Chandos Arms, fantastic service from Conor and Sean who catered to all our dietary needs and fussy eaters. Would definitely recommend. Lovely atmosphere.

What a great real British pub. Excellent beer and delicious freshly made sandwiches served by the mist friendly people.

We did not stay at the hotel, just stopped in for lunch. It was a wonderful lunch. They do an over 60s special on a Friday. We had a three course lunch and every course was amazing. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

Food was good, but prices were extortionate and left still hungry. Less than average service with the cheek to ask for service charge.

I think takeout is better than dining in. The last time we ate in, there was too much sugar and the quality was unstable, but their takeout is delicious.

Brilliant meal at this lovely country pub! Generous portions of quality food. Stumbled upon this place as staying nearby - food was that good we went twice! Staff are very helpful and welcoming. Dog friendly pub. Thank you for a great time!

Lovely beer garden, great place to meet with friends for a drink. Although pretty expensive. However, you pay for the atmosphere aswell. Can go winter and summer and sit outside as they have heaters!

Good food, nice atmosphere and lots of parking
