Needs some tlc but pub is a beautiful old pub.

Great local pub, has open mic night on Thursdays, loverly atmosphere with a nice clean feel to the place. Food is back on and Sunday lunch is good. Spend evenings in here and always feel welcome even though we are not regulars.

Great selection of beers and a really warm family atmosphere 👌

Only stopped for one drink, reasonably prices, very polite staff ,and there was a great crowd of people in enjoying them selves. My wife and I will be calling in again.

Food is brilliant, you have indian cuisine on a thursday, Caribbean food saturday and every other friday and of course sunday lunch. They have just got 5 stars for food and hygiene. Well done guys

Great atmosphere friendly staff

Came in for a drink as two young girls, proceeded to get glared at by a middle age man behind the bar who was very unwelcoming and made us uncomfortable. We left before even buying a drink.

Friendly pub, looks like good Sunday roasts

It's a great pub and the staff are lovely. Only lost a star as it is a little more expensive than the other pubs in the village. Would be great to see some live music being played in here again

Lovely bar with quick and attentive staff. Live music from a band called Hogweed. Enjoyed the evening and will visit again. 👌

Your standard large family pub, frequented by chatty locals and a friendly atmosphere. Definitely a great place to watch the Match with mates and beers.

Great service staff 2nd to none

First visit to this pub , great service by all staff.Received a warm welcome when ordering our food and drink ,chose a table had service from the table .Sunday lunch was lovely a great portion but not over faced . interaction with the staff and hand sanitisation staion at the door .Will definitely visit again especially for the food and serice....well done especially in these circumstances we felt very comfortable :-)

Good pub friendly staff, but putting the price of drinks up after 7 pm is not a good idea in my opinion. I wont be going again

Carvery not as good as A la carte. 1 slice of each meat ( quite small) and roast potatoes were very small. No mash -but rest of vegetables available were fine. Staff were very nice.

Have had some great Saturday afternoons here. Good for watching sport, drinking booze, eating grub and lots of locals to talk nonsense with. Also right next to a great little chippy for a take home after pub treat.
