Whyteleafe Pizza & Grill provided the food for our 30th birthday, and it was fantastic! The variety and quality of the dishes were top-notch. The breaded prawns, calamari, jalapeño cream cheese bites, dough balls, and the mixed grill were all crowd-pleasers. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and served in generous portions. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the food, and it really made the celebration special. Would definitely recommend Whyteleafe Pizza & Grill for any event or party!"

We had friends visit from Australia and so we decided to treat them to a meal here as our previous visits have been very enjoyable. Unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience, the restaurant wasn’t very busy, so there was no ambience, we were seated at a table at the back, this had three big lights above it so it felt we were under spotlights. The one positive was the waitress was very good, but when we ordered our wine another waiter came to the table with it already opened and just put in the middle of the table and walked away. My friend from Australia said ‘looks like we are pouring our own wine then’. I would have at least expected them to pour the first glass for us or give one of the group a taste to make sure we were happy with it. So on to the menu, all I can say is that compared to previous visits it was extremely restricted, just one A4 sheet of paper. I can understand that on a quiet Wednesday night in Cardiff you may have to have a smaller menu, but this should be explained when you book it. The food was ok, but nothing that would get me to rush back. Unfortunately Bar 44 has now lost one of its customers, I doubt whether I will return.

My husband and I were on holiday in Pickering this week and we have already visited couple morns fish and chip shop twice. The service is excellent especially from Claire and very attentive to Rex the dog. Gave him water.We will definitely go back.Gorgeous food very tasty Thank you to all the staff. Far too expensive for the quality and quantity of food served. Poor menu choice as most items were not available.... not even baked potatoes! We went at lunch time yesterday and there were no other customers the whole time. No heat, no atmosphere. Such a shame it used to be such a thriving place. We gave it 3 chances, not again !

Really good food as always the pizza was delicious! Plus brilliant customer service, something was forgotten from the order and the restaurant rectified the issue quickly, without any stress. Will definitely order again soon!

Shared a lovely meal for 2 to celebrate anniversary, varied menu, reasonably priced and great tasting food. We have enjoyed several meals here previously and would recommend a visit to anyone.

I ordered takeaway. 1 hour and 45 minutes later than delivery time and it has not arrived. Tried to phone and phone isn't ringing. Have no food and too late to order from anywhere else. Terrible service. If you want food do not order from here.
