Food was great. Chicken Madras, chicken Pathia... It was a Tuesday night and was quiet... We were welcomed in and really enjoyed our visit. Would visit again

I wish I could've discovered this restaurant sooner. The moment I walked in it has a very homely atmosphere. We were seated right away and although it took a bit of time for the food to arrive, it is definitely worth the wait. The food is very authentic, and the portion is pretty decent for its price as well. Although the restaurant closes at 21:00, the people who ordered before the kitchen closed were still sat and talking after closing hours. It felt very nice to be in that space. Would definitely visit again

Probably some of the quickest service we’ve had in an a restaurant to date. Sat down at 18:02, ordered and served all 6 dishes by 18:15. We had so much time left on our booking that we were able to go and have dessert at another place nearby after! Our waiter was great and really attentive. The food was superb and very tasty. The place had a good atmosphere and we really enjoyed our visit.

Visited multiple times on our recent holiday to Falmouth, the food was excellent and the beer selection was just as good as you'd expect from Verdant.

Now called EFES Turkish Grill. Just had the most delicious Turkish meal here. Had a chargrilled puréed aubergine with yoghurt garlic and olive oil starter, could have eaten it all day. I had lamb Iskenda and my wife had the chicken Ali Nazik both delicious. The EFES draught beer is also delicious. If you want something different and a refreshing change from regular pub food we would definitely recommend and would certainly come again. Thank you for your great service and friendly staff 5*

Went for an 80th birthday meal. We had the private dining room whichw as perfect. Staff were friendly and food was delicious. Highly recommend and hope to be back for the 90th!

Realmente no estoy seguro sobre cómo revisar este lugar. La noche empezó bastante bien. Nos mostraron a la sala de estar de arriba - caminamos a través de la cocina, un poco inusual, pero bien. retraso en estar sentado desde cuando reservamos unos 20 minutos. Pedido nuestra red y otra ronda de bebidas, que llegó con prontitud, precisión, y bien presentado. Parte de nuestro grupo pidió Tapas, de las que estaban absolutamente delirantes, en particular la berenjena con miel, las setas al ajo, y el cordero siendo el plato principal, platos muy sabrosos y decentes para las Tapas. El resto de nosotros pedimos pasta o pizza. La pizza que me dijeron era promedio y la vi. El ravioli de pasta de langosta era muy agradable, me dijeron. Tengo la Penne Carbonara. El penne no era casero, lardon bastante duro y masticable y estaba hecho con crema, pero la carbonara hecha correctamente no debería tener crema y honestamente no sabía mejor que una comida lista de £ 4 aunque el menú especificaba crema, así que tal vez no debería haberlo hecho? 3 de nosotros tenemos desiertos, todos encantadores, pero la camarera literalmente los tiró a la mesa! Supongo que estaba estresada después de un largo servicio del viernes. Revisión mixta, probablemente lo probaré de nuevo y conseguiré las tapas porque es local y a un precio razonable.

Lovely pub, great selection of beers, excellent vibes and the student discount is a nice bonus

Fantastic food great hospitality highly recommend going here we had such a great time on Saturday for a family meal the owner Andy was so helpful and accommodating can't wait to go again.
