This is where the locals go for a quick bite to eat. Breakfast was hot and filling and the coffee was good. The prices were quite low in comparison with other breakfast places around. Just make sure you bring cash!

Extremely disappointing. The jerk chicken box was a bowl of chips sprinkled with a very mean portion of chicken, and even less plantain and coleslaw. The chicken was tasty enough. Plantain was good, but a little overcooked. Coleslaw was okay. The chips were drowned in sauce and I had to throw most of them away (the ones you can see on top are the good less saucy ones). If you're going to use that much sauce, put it on the side. On the plus side, I had a dumpling on the side that was cooked perfectly but seemed unseasoned. It made a good dessert dipped in some syrup. The delivery and timing was spot on at least. Overall, dreadful.

An excellent bar with huge selection of wines and friendly service with a European feel. Very popular with the more mature age group.

Was here for the Euro 2020 final. Staff were great and worked really hard. They kept everyone topped up with booze. Hope they got a bonus for all their effort!! I was sitting outside and, to be fair, it's a pretty good setup! However, one star lost for the seats not being comfortable enough! 2 hours of gameplay and penalties was too much for me! Or maybe it was my big a r s e....... ;-)

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pickels, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was welcomed with warm hospitality and a cozy ambiance that set the perfect tone for a great meal. The menu offers an incredible variety of Indian dishes, each packed with rich, authentic flavors. I tried the butter chicken, which was perfectly creamy with just the right balance of spice, and the lamb Rogan Josh, which was melt-in-your-mouth tender. The freshly baked garlic naan was the perfect companion to soak up the delicious sauces. Beyond the food, the service was top-notch—attentive, friendly, and efficient. The staff took the time to explain the dishes and even recommended pairings that enhanced the experience. Whether you're a fan of Indian cuisine or trying it for the first time, Pickels is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming back to explore more of their menu!

Lovely little village pub, good food that you can get to take away. Nice service and good drinks. Cozy feel to the whole pub, but has a great area out the back for events and general use.

A stylish restaurant with excellent service, elegant beautifully presented food and delicious wines. Only complaint iscthat there is only one vegetarian choice so we wouldn't want to go regularly and have the same dish each time. But for special occasions it's a lovely treat.

Met some friends for a few beers before going to a restaurant for a meal and went back to Angel after and they had Kareoke on, it was very busy and the atmosphere was very good, nice to see a pub doing well.

Food was OK. Steak was tough no offers of any sauces on menu. Chicken on the pasta didn't looked cooked and there wasn't much sauce which was a shame as it was had a nice flavour. Pasta was stuck together. Garlic bread Slices was soft never had soft garlic bread before. But tasted ok.onions rings were nice.side salad was good. Lasagne tasted like frozen not fresh wasn't particular hot. Chipes were nice as they were homemade! Food came out super quick. Drinks we ok but no presentation in lemonade & lime no ice, no straw. The lady served us was nice. But etiquette for staff needs attention. There 7 of them standing in bar area chatting talking about travellers thanks that's family. Just seemed rude as it was like sitting in a staff room and rather of putting hearing their conversations! Isnt good. After we paid, they didnt even say thanks or good buy just left us to walk out. While still chatting They never asked how the food was once, which was a shame. As photos of it look lovely. They did fit us in quickly, which was good. Place is nicely decorated.

Moiz and Ansar were really good and gave me excellent service really nice people very friendly people definitely will come back the best pizza place i ever been definitely recommend

What a great local course. The course was in fantastic condition. Staff really friendly and helpfull. Highly recommend the course.
