The guys were about to close for the night and we came in with 9 friends who had just arrived from the US and Kenya. The staff were very friendly, agreed to have us, the food was excellent and service was great. Would highly recommend.

Lovely and wonderful experience Went in with 3 friends for a curry as we were visiting the area. The staff were welcoming and friendly, they catered to our every need and looked after us. The service was impeccable. The food was mouthwatering and delicious, we had 3 starters, 2 biryanis, 2 curries and 2 nans. The best curry I've had in a while. It was a fantastic meal. A big thank you to the staff.

Great indian either dine in or takeaway.

Picked up a takeaway tonight as a treat while the hubbie was working away. Ordered a veg phall, mushroom rice and peshwari naan. It was one of the blandest curries I've ever eaten, in fact I only ate half, the rest got chucked out as it wasn't worth the calories. Curry had no flavour and very little spice, veg was sparse and mushy. Rice and naan were bland. Overall, really disappointing. Sorry 😔 Staff were nice though 👍

Just had some amazing food from this takeaway this is the 3rd time and every time has been delicious, I like Lamb and usually it’s a bit fatty, but there is NO fat on their lamb, and so tender. My husband likes chicken or prawn and says his is the best too, WELL DONE ! You deserve 5* all the way , thank you for giving us a local we can return to time after time

Best curry in Saltburn and really hit the spot after swimming in the freezing sea. It's a shame it was so quiet on the day we went.

Not open Mondays as listed Google maps. Times need updating. Went once a few months back and it was very nice food. Worth revisiting.

Wir kamen unreserviert mit 3 Kindern u 4 Erwachsenen, bekamen nach 10 min einen Tisch, was uns sehr gefreut hat. Bestellt wurden 3 Starter, 4 Hauptmenüs- davon 2 mit Reis u 2 mit Brot. Die Kinder sollten ihre 3 Portionen zu u deren Startern bekommen, damit sie nicht so lang warten müssen. 2 Limonaden, 1 Wasser, 4 Drinks. Es kamen : 2 Limos, kein Wasser, 4 Drinks. Dann nach 20 min die Starter. 15min später die Gerichte der Kinder. Nach weiteren 15 min die Hauptgerichte- ohne Reis, ohne Brot . Am coconut/Koriander Chicken waren weder Koriander (der bereits braun war), Ingwer noch Gewürze, also auch keinerlei Salz herauszuschmecken. Lediglich Süß u nach Kokos schmeckte es. Die Masalas waren ein süßes Tomatenmus mit Hühnchen- ohne aufregende Würze. Es wurde noch ein Bier bestellt. Es kam nicht. Es wurde nich eins bestellt. Es kam ein großes. Nun ja. Außer des Ciders und des Brotes waren die restlichen Gerichte enttäuschend- wirklich fad und ohne jede Freude für den Gaumen. Wir haben bezahlt u kommen nicht wieder. Location war ok, es war voll und alle anderen Gäste haben angeregt den Abend verbracht.

Just ate the best curry I've had in years. If we didn't live 100 miles away we'd be regulars. Just delicious! Thank you Jadoo.

Amazing food will definatly be back

My partner, sister and I were staying in Saltburn for a few days. My partner loves a curry, so we had a Google, saw the reviews for this place, and decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed! They opened at 5:30 and we wandered up around 6:00. We were initially almost put off by the 3 star hygiene review on the front door, but we were hungry and I was content with the reviews on Google. We were the first people in, and awkwardly greeted and seated. After some time, we finally decided on our food, and, wow. My partner and I got a starter to share, which was 2 samosas, 2 pieces of chicken tikka, and 2 onion bhajis. They were hot, and flavourful. Very good. We did give one bhaji to my sister though so we didn't get too full. Our mains arrived and we were so impressed. We all got a curry main, and shared 2 rices and 2 naans between us which was enough! All the curries were hot and fresh. The naans were nice and thin and crispy on the bottom, and the rice was hot and fluffy. The only let down with the food was the fact that the pilau rice was just dyed white rice, not the proper yellow herb and spice infused rice. The portions were good sizes, and the bowls were deep. There was enough rice and naan for the three of us despite us getting 2 of each to share, and we cleared all plates and bowls with no complaints. We paid the bill and were given an After Eight mint each, but no hot towel unfortunately to wipe our hands/mouths with. The prices I think were a touch pricey, but it is 100% worth it for the quality!! I'd happily go back again next time we visit! And no issues with our tummies the next day! Cant wait to go back and try something new!

Arriving late in Saltburn there were not many eating places open we headed to Jadoo. There was only one other party in, and it looked like they were getting ready to close at about 9/9.30pm. We saw they did cocktails but when we asked about them were told they are not doing them at the moment. Food was nice and served promptly. Service was ok. 1 bottle of wine, starters and main with no naan breads came to £80, so would say its on the pricer side. 2 Samosa's felt tiny compared to the prawn puree so not good value for money. Asked for 2 mushroom rice, but were served and charged for two pilau. We were given a mini baileys with an ice cube in for free. Beats a mint imperial at least!

Came here on the weekend to eat in. Really lovely food. Probably the best onion bhaji I have ever had. The food was clearly cooked fresh and tasted perfection. Everything was tip top and so lovely, staff were very friendly and attentive, especially the young guy working there. Food was amazing, plates came out hot. Lovely atmosphere, this place deserves more credit. Will be back

For that price I expected top notch. Poppadoms were stale, and the chicken tasted synthetic. The sauce was good so was the starter but it was twice the price of the other Indian restaurant in Saltburn and in my opinion, just as good

Arrived early evening and we're first in but it soon started to fill up and once we got our food it was easy to see why. The food was delicious!

Every item tasted amazing! Love the way they serve their curry, sauce on bottom and lovely chucks of chargrilled chicken placed on the top. Nan bread had a very traditional clay oven taste. All in all and amazing meal albeit a little on the expensive side.

Although slightly on the expensive side the food is spot on. Good tender chunks of chicken chargrilled to perfection. Overall a really good curry. Will visit again

What a gorgeous meal. We shared onion Bahji to start and they came on separate plates as we had mentioned we were sharing which was a nice touch. They were delicious with a side of crunchy salad. We then had vegetable korma and vegetable saag with rice and naan with garlic and coriander. All came on hot plates and were just delicious. We would definitely recommend to anyone and will be returning soon.

We regularly eat Indian food so thought we'd give Jadoo a try. The food was extremely good. Neither of us could fault it. Unfortunately it was a very busy Saturday night and it's obviously a very popular restaurant so we had to wait 45 minutes before being served. We will return though on a week night when it's not so busy. Apart from this, Jadoo is highly recommended if you're a curry lover.

My wife and I love curry ,eating out or cooking at home . I was not expecting the curry we got at Jadoo ,forget the idea of cooking meat in the sauce .The concept of the sauce served separately with tandoori cooked meat ,marinated in spices on top was in our view genius. There was a great contrast in textures and flavours which made for a very happy marriage .we went with our two youngest sons who would have licked the plates had they been allowed .Relaxed atmosphere friendly efficient service.

My wife and I visited Saltburn-by-the-Sea in our camper van and parked up on Marine Parade for the night. We found the Jadoo on trip adviser and decided to get a takeaway and sit in the van overlooking the sea. We visit a lot of Indian restaurants on our travels and was blown away by tbe quality of the food. One of the tastiest Indian meals we have ever had. Highly recommend by us. 10/10

Went to Jadoo for a family members birthday and the food and service was amazing. The food was freshly made and the chicken jalfrezi was phenomenal and had a good kick to it which was just right. The staff were very friendly on arrival and throughout the night help us with all enquiries about tasting new food. Would definitely recommend to other to try the fantastic food.

I heard that Jadoo had been taken over by the same family that run the nearby Spices Indian Restaurant (that I like but haven’t reviewed). The previous owners weren’t very good at running the restaurant.

I've eaten in Jadoo many times and have found their menu is varied, interesting and delicious! The service is efficient and friendly and they are very good at catering for food allergies. A friend of mine has to be gluten free - never a problem at Jadoo.

After using the majority of Indian take aways in Middlesbrough which always were mediocre, I thought I'd try one from out of area. Jadoo has got to be the best one by far; crab samosa and chicken jalfrezi . It will now be worth the journey.

Fabulous food and excellent service.

We had dinner here again last week. The food is always freshly made and delicious. The manager Miah and his team are always very friendly and the service is excellent. Jadoo has a lot of competition in this area but in our opinion it is the best Indian restaurant and takeaway in town. The atmosphere is relaxed and a bonus for us is the authentic Indian music which adds to the experience. Will certainly be going back again.

We went as a family of 3 visiting Saltburn and had some of the best Indian food we've ever had. It was freshly cooked and the jalfrezi chillies were nice and hot! We all enjoyed the food and thought the service was excellent.

We hadn't booked a table but were made to feel welcome and got a table straight away. The staff were attentive and polite and we didn't have to wait long before our food arrived. Wow - the food was so good (we ordered the korma, saag and karahi). Well worth a visit and we will definitely go again.

Jadoo is a bright and open restaurant. I'm never disappointed with the food and always pleased with the cuts of meat used in the dishes. Ice cold King Cobra also helps.

Started the meal with crab samosas. These were a triumph of fresh crab and crisp outer shell. perfect! Many fish curries on the menu and a good selection of meat and vegetable options. Fresh breads including peshwari nan (a favourite) and several different versions of rice. Well presented and the staff were very pleasant.

This restaurant certainly lived up to its billing as the best restaurant in Saltburn. We were impressed with the wonderful welcome, helpful and considerate staff and the super food. This is a must for visitors and locals a like!

Chicken Tikka I have tasted. We called in tonight on spec and was greeted with the warmest of welcomes. Although living in Saltburn, and eating out often, we haven’t visited Jadoo since new ownership some 12 months ago.

Amazing food and service. Perfectly marinated meat unlike I've had anywhere else. Portions were incredibly generous. Food was left on the plate but not due to unsatisfactory food! It was great, and great service for our table of 8+ including 2 vegetarians.
