Paid for a ½ cheeseburger menu and didn't even get any chips. Basically, I paid £11.90 for a cheeseburger with a drink. Went here on a one day trip, and this definitely left a bad impression of Salisbury.

Charcoal Grill Salisbury is the best fast-food takeaway in Salisbury. Their kofte kebab with chilli sauce, garlic mayonnaise, and all the salad and jalapeno peppers is my favourite item. The mince meat is exceptionally high-quality and tastes terrific 😋. The staff working inside and answering the phones are also very friendly and provide helpful suggestions for what to order for my family 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦. Their menu is great, and there are so many high-quality options 🥙.

We have our food delivered once a month from you guys. Food is always good quality, fresh made salad and worth the money and delivered on time. A huge shout out to your delivery driver named Lindon. Guy has a heart of gold, always polite to myself and my little boy, who now waits excited at the door as soon as he hears the buzzer going off , he knows 'the delivery driver ' coming. Huge shout out to him for being so kind and polite to our family and always having a big smile on his face and giving us the warmest welcome :)

I order from charcoal grill all the time and love it , and now as a family we order the family share box , however this time I think it lacked more food for the price , they fill it more with dinner meat then the nuggets , however the quality of the food was perfect 🤩

The food was good. I ordered a plain cheesburger and fries with coke. The place Is very cozy but the railings shouldn't be there. Overall the 4 star review is decent for a place like this.

2 hours and 20 mins for a delivery, absolutely ridiculous and then when I call up the daft bint on the phone puts the phone on the side and starts taking peoples orders in shop, food was awful aswel. Came back after a year and won’t be trying you useless lot again.

I had to give them my super happy 5 stars! I've been looking for a good kebab place for years, I've tried a few of them but I was always disappointed or ended up with a food poisoning! I have very sensitive stomach! SO I kind of gave up, until I saw someone was recommended "The Charcoal grill" I saw their shops everytime I went into town but I was always scared to try their food! Anyway after reading all those positive feedback online, I've decided to order! Oh my goodness! I loved it, it was so delicious, fresh! Portion was huge! Finally after years of bad experience with others, I can say this will be my favourite shop (one and only) and my whole family as well! 😍❤️

Food here is good I've ordered a few times over last few months the chips are always fresh and crisp I do like my doner meat cooked more I always put well done when ordering online but always comes looking like an albino nether the less still tastes good the burgers are really good aswell we don't get it as often as other places due to the higher prices and portion sizes and they don't do chicken doner

By far the best kebab house in Salisbury the donner meat is a 10/10 and the staff are the friendliest stall in Salisbury. A must try you will not regret it.

The Guys at Charcoal Grill are a unique team. Really special, cheerful and bring a great flavour to dining out experience. Their flair is really stunning. With a a Dance on the taste buds menu! They have rare character to them. Something as though they want to chase you. I’ll be back!

Best food in Salisbury and very good people I highly recommend

Very clean and well presented. Our chips were very over cooked. No one could eat them. Including kids who love chips. The dinner kebab meat was very bland. Unfortunately over 70% of the meal wasn’t eaten. I wasn’t very popular at home ;) This review isn’t inline with other reviews. I’ll give it another try and try an alternative kebab. Just disappointed on this occasion.

Omg I had there 3/4lb Super Cheese Burger tonight. I have to say that was the best burger I have ever had. It was delivered hot, with everything i asked for. They have just git themselves another super wowed customer. I will be ordering again soon. Cheers guys.

Not only the best in Salisbury, but by far the best in the entire country. This is the only kebab shop that offers cheesey chip and doner meat wraps! (If you don’t know, get to know…) Keep doing a great job lads. Always a pleasure!

Food arrived cold, called to explain, lady on the phone was helpful, the man who she said was her manager was absolutely useless and decides to hang up on me. Joke of a shop, joke of a "manager" best bet is to go to Manis from now on...

Food is always excellent. Fast service. Sadly the prices have gone up again and is now too expensive for us. Other establishments in the area have not increased their prices as much as this . Not impressed by the response to my review. Try reducing profit margins rather than increasing prices. It’s put us off using the place and undoubtedly will others so increasing prices will reduce footfall and revenue that will never return.

not very happy with this place…we asked for a chicken shish wrap with no onions and no tomatoes but put then in it….we order a big bottle of pepsi £2.90 we paid and they sent us a can! we asked for cheesey chips and just got chips with mayo…not very happy with this place! never going there again!

We had a delivery tonight and the burger and the Kebabs were great . We ordered chips to go with it and they tasted like they had been reheated and did not have Salt and vinegar as requested infact we could not eat them they were that chewy. Also no free bottle of drink was with order.

This was our first time ordering from here and our food was delivered faster than expected , it was still hot and everything was absolutely delicious! We will definitely be ordering from here again!
