Cannot comment on rooms as I went into the cafe. Gluten and dairy free cakes are delicious 😋

Excellent breakfast, cappuccinos and sweet pastries with really good butter and jam. Friendly and helpful staff. Advised!

Only go for coffee ☕️ and cake, sometimes a light lunch. The cake options haven't been very good lately, so we are trying other cafe in the area.

Great cafe and food, rooms available

Stopped in for late morning brunch on the way to Westonbirt. Excellent food, really tasty, fresh and good portions. Sat in the dog friendly room with our dog, who enjoyed the free biscuits!

Not many places open from 8 on a Sunday for cold cyclists needing a decent coffee & bacon roll. Lovely staff, excellent service, great coffee.

Had fantastic Sunday breakfast last week at the Angel cafe (with rooms). Friendly service, tasty and fresh food. I was surprised that it was relatively quiet for Sunday 10am, considering g the lovely food they serve, but I suppose people prefer Sunday lunches to breakfasts. It seems popular for families gatherings.

A great Café. A hidden gem 🙂. Didn't stay so cannot comment on the rooms, however probably good based on the excellent toilets.

We were passing by and went in to have a very delicious coffee. Very delicious and with homemade pastries. The facilities were very nice inside and outside in the garden.

Cycle ride coffee and cake stop

What a marvellous place for either a light bite or meal. All day breakfasts of your choice (but with a touch of class). The Angel sat in the heart of the village of Sherston on a wide high street with plenty of parking. Beautifully clean with perfect service and fresh food. Very clean toilets (always a good sign) and nothing too much trouble. Will most definitely be back at anytime of the year. Highly recommend. 🍺

Food was quite nice I just felt a little insulted when I had 1 sausage cut in half in my sousage sandwich, which I paid £5.50 for, Defiantly only out to scrape as much out of you as possible with giving as little as possible, sad realy because beautiful surroundings.

Really nice place for cake and coffee. Open from 8am too for those passing through early.

We found this lovely place by accident, it's so beautiful and full of charm, the food was first class with a wide variety to choose from, also outside seating in a lovely space

Always go to the Angel when we go to Sherston in the afternoon for a cup of tea and a cake. Excellent customer service.service and great cake. Enjoy sitting outside in the very pleasant courtyard.

What a wonderful place to stay. The rooms were perfect, the food amazing and the owners couldn't do enough for us. Near to Westonbirt Arboretum which was perfect for Jack Savoretti concert!! Definitely recommend this cafe/ rooms! We all want to return again soon!

Atmosphere is great! Always busy plus great food

Stayed at the hotel. Clean, basic room , sterile appearance, shower over bath. Great linen , pillows bit on high side, basic tea and coffee, hair dryer. Could do with some colour , picture with some colour in it. Twin room , comfortable bed . Would stay again and appreciated contactless key situation

Second visit today and it won't be the last! Last time we enjoyed a couple of toasties and hot chocolate. Great food and really reasonably priced! Today's coffee was delicious and the lemon drizzle cake... Amazing 🙌 will have brunch next time! (My maternity leave is looking dangerous 😅).
