Food was absolutely fantastic, staff are very friendly. The food served was absolutely amazing, I would say the Calzone is best as a sharer as the portion is rather big. Steak was cooked perfectly. Will definitely visit again.

Pasta is overcooked, too much sauce and too salty, but the salad and Tiramisu were alright

We had a great meal when we visiting Stonehenge last Sunday. The food is amazing and well received by all people in our party. The service is impeccable. We have changed our arrival time a few times and they have no issue in accommodating us.

Hey, yet another excellent meal. So reliable. Beautifully cooked traditional Italian food. Always fresh, and hot. Their service is a point of pride to them, and it shows. Family run, they deserve all the praise due to them. I cannot speak highly enough of the food or the service. Reasonable pricing too 😊

We recently went here for my sister’s birthday, it was such an amazing experience! The customer service was lovely, they were so welcoming, free dessert was offered to the birthday girl! The food I could not praise more it was fantastic ! Everything was just perfect will definitely be returning here !

Better than most of the Italian food I had in Italy. The tricolor salad was so good with fresh delicious tomatoes. The sauce on the seafood linguine was cooked perfection. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Made a refreshing change to eat at restaurant without the server breathing down our necks every 5 seconds wanting us to hurry up. The food was excellent, pasta delicious and the homemade bread was light and soft. Presentation on the food was obviously important to the chef and it added to the elegant setting. Highly recommend if you want good food at a decent price. Will be visiting again.

Albeit the food was lovely the service from the female waitress was disgraceful. I ordered a latte and it wasn't brought she came and asked if we wanted the bill. When asked about the latte she said she had asked him twice to make it but he had forgot !!!!

Been here a few times now for meals out with work colleagues and friends. Everyone is always happy with their food, always very tasty, portion size and presentation are great , good selection of cocktails and wines , well presented and very clean place to dine , reasonably priced and will most likely be back again in the near future

The food was lovely. However the waitress brought our boxes to take away uneaten food before we had finished the meal. I was waiting for a Latte and when I asked where it was. The waitress said "I've asked him twice to make it he just forgot!!!! No apology....... and just assumed j was going to pay the bill and leave without my latte 😮

After exploring Stonehenge, my son and I decided to have lunch at this charming Italian restaurant. To begin with, the food was outstanding—authentic flavors with generous portions. Despite the large servings, my 9-year-old son devoured his T-bone steak, simply because it tasted amazing. What really stood out, though, was the cozy atmosphere of the place. The staff, who were also the owners, were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. All in all, it was a delightful and memorable dining experience. It’s clear why this place has such high ratings—it’s definitely worth a visit!

I had the pleasure of dining at Spuntino Italian Restaurant recently, and the entire experience was outstanding. This cute Italian restaurant provides a rare true sense of Italy. The Spuntino is warm and inviting, with rustic decor and soft lighting that create a cozy atmosphere. One of the female staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel comfortable and well look after, I ask for her name and if my brain survives me right her name was klevina whenever you have chance to visit this cosy Italian restaurant make sure you ask this hard working young lady and she will do anything to make sure you have the best possible experience at Spuntino. In relation to food, it was only amazing. We began with the bruschetta was excellent. crunchy and covered in fresh, flavorful tomatoes and basil. For the main dish, I chose the traditional carbonara pasta, and It was not let down. Pasta was well cooked, and The creamy, thick sauce without being overpowering. Overall, Spuntino overtook all expectation I had. They obviously take great care in using traditional cooking methods and high-quality ingredients. Anyone searching for a true Italian dining experience should definitely check out this restaurant, in my opinion. I will most certainly be back soon! Thanks a lot for the wonderful experience.✨🤌🏿🙂

Today I arranged to go to Stonehenge to see the ancient ruins. I had a full meal in Amesbury before going to the ancient ruins. I was pleasantly surprised when I ate out this time. The food in this restaurant was quite good. Maybe it was not the peak season. Today at noon (Saturday), my wife and I were the only guests.

An absolute gem of a restaurant. The team were patient, polite and exceptionally friendly. We had a fantastic meal, in a great atmosphere with great friends and we couldn't have asked for more.

Food was delicious. Restaurant was completely empty at lunch time. Toilets a bit old and need some attention. Service was a bit slow but food compensate. Was not expensive for the food quality. I recommend

How have I not gone here before, was there yesterday for a family birthday lunch, the food was exceptional and service was 100%, don't miss out if you like Italian Food 5 adults 2 children all had something different and every meal was amazing. We all had 3 courses and drinks.

Using my husband’s account here, I went last night with my best friend for her birthday and wow what a great night. The food was fantastic, the staff were lovely and very kind people, it was so welcoming. Both of us were driving so couldn’t drink but we were happy to find a choice of mocktails. They had a great choice of wine though. They gave my friend a free dessert and sang her happy birthday too. I also have to add how beautifully decorated it was! We were even offered a free shot of Limoncello but sadly had to turn it down. One final thing, I was happy to see a children’s menu too. I will definitely be coming back and I won’t be driving so I can try some of the wine.

The best Italian food you’ll find in the southern counties

We visited the Sputino first time today, and we absolutely loved it. The service was excelence, and the food was delicious. We also loved the decor and the Italian music that played in the background. The gentleman who served us was really friendly and took great care of us and our little boy. Our little son loved kids pizza shaped as a bunny rabbit.

Lovely staff, grest food, clean modern restraunt. Monday night, 7.30pm, not a lot of people out, so atmosphere a bit flat. Definitely go again.

An excellent lil restaurant tucked away in plain sight..The setting is quite welcoming. Drinks are cheap and the food is amazing..Highly recommended.The servers are very friendly and welcoming.

Ordered the fish stew just treated like tomato soup with a few fish bits in which was disappointing. Definitely not worth the cost. Booked online and amended the clock to correct time, staff said id booked for 12, i said no I'd ammended it maybe it had reset as when you go to book it is auto set to 12. She said no I booked for 12....felt like I was being told off

Came here for a meal out with the family and we were not disappointed. There was a comfortable atmosphere about the restaurant, very cozy and friendly while also not to busy. All three courses were delicious, and the wait staff were very attentive and helpful. I will absolutely be recommending this place to friends and family in the area. Full complements to the kitchen and front of house staff!

Lovely decor but disappointing meal. The linguine pescatore was simply pasta in a tomato sauce, quite bland, with prawns and mussels on top.

I had the seafood risotto and unfortunately the prawns hadn’t been cleaned.. I raised it with the waitress and she told the chef WHO SAID they can’t be cleaned. Clear lie but takes time.

Everyone definitely wants to go here if you love fresh cooked food and great service. Wife had pasta meal , I had steak. Plus starters and pudding. You are not rushed plenty of drink throughout the whole meal. Very polite service. A shame it took me so long to get there. The best meal I have ever had out. Very relaxing atmosphere too. Brilliant will be back.

Waitress was more interested in the young man on the opposite end of restaurant than Anyone else. I waited 20 minutes to be served and there’s 8 people in the whole place. She’s very rude. Does not really care. Food was okay but quite boring. Had to season the carbonara myself as it was so bland. Waitress asked if I wanted Parmesan 10 minutes after I started eating. Weird. Shame really. **EDITED TO ADD** since posting this review I have had 4 phone calls, the last one the waitress was shouting at me down the phone. Then I received nasty emails. BEWARE if you are going to leave an HONEST negative review you will be harrassed!!! Disgraceful behaviour!!

Booked last minute for mothers day meal. We were warmly welcomed and showed to our table. Had a really tasty cocktail followed by 3 lovely courses. All 4 of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals and the staff were lovely too. We will definitely be going back. Thanks for a lovely meal.

Family group of 7 so we were booked in for 6pm, but it was still pretty full you are best to book at the weekend. The service was a little slow, but nothing to get upset about, it is not a fast food restaurant. The youngest of 8 was delighted with her bunny eared pizza, but it was big! The food was delicious.

Online booking not known about, sat on a table for 2 with insufficient light, needed phone light to read menus. Massive wait for main course, well over 1 hour. Food average at best, nothing wrong with it but nothing special. Piazza in Amesbury is definitely better. Shame no particular reason to return.

Excellent food and service. Price wasn't too bad either. Had the Italian Calzone which filled the plate and my appetite. Bottled beer/lager only but had San Miguel and Peroni. Works Xmas Dinner, seated comfortably and had a very pleasant evening.

Dined on Friday 9th December with a couple of friends, service was perfect friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Food was Devine massive compliments to the chef and the cocktails were a delight. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone

Food is good but the service is not as good as their competitor. As for atmosphere there is none.

I don't know what happened. We have been quite few time before and it was always very good but this time it was dreadful. It started with the waitress having her fingers in the glasses to Prosecco with no bubbles to the second glass with warm Prosecco.Then few things not available on the menu to overcooked chicken in the main. Nobody checked back if we are happy with our food. It just felt very disorganised and wont be returning.Dear spuntino, please get your act together. Awaiting response.
